Had a breakdown in my semi called at 0730 was told to come right in. I arrived about 0800. By 0930 they had replaced my trailer door and 5 hinges. Great group of guys, who went out of their way to provide great service. Thank you guys.

Amazing group of guys! After the loves tech left me setting on the side of the road ALL night these guys showed up and had me rolling in no time got me back to their shop and fixed after the loves tech said he could not fix me and he was out of time !!!!!! I continued to have a check engine light come on engine shut of twice. Called and spoke with Jeremy very professional and knowledgeable cleared his morning schedule to get me in and hopefully we figured the issue out. The reason I'm saying hopefully is because it's electrical issue. But I'm pretty confident we got it. If you need help and in the area this is a great shop. Very fair prices and went the extra mile for me not to mention he was working on it in the snow. Thank you again Sir

AFTER I LEFT THIS REVIEW HE CHANGED HIS CHARGE TO $459.00 in stead of $259.00.PLEASE BE AWARE THIS PLACE WILL DO THIS TO YOU ALSO!!!I WILL UPLOAD PROOF OF THE RECEIPT SHORTLY AND THE CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD!!!I TRIED TO REACH OUT AND THEY WILL NOT CALL ME BACK OR ANSWERThe one star is for knowledge of trucks and timing . Supposedly they are right next to Pilot. They promised within one hour and showed up almost 3hrs hours later and my truck was sitting at the fuel lane at pilot. Truck ran fine until I shut her down at the pump. She was super low on fuel and almost ran out . When I filled up with fuel and try to start the truck up she would not crank over. Obviously I ran out of fuel and now probably have air in the system. However as I tried to crank the battery seemed weak and didn t give enough power to the starter . So I called the roadside and explained that I might need a jump and he recommended changing my batteries at a fair price and I said do it. When he arrived he did checked the battery s and stated they seemed fine. I explained we ran low on fuel . This is where he was lost . Couldn t get the truck started . He barely tried the basics but instead looked at a fuse and said I THINK IT MIGHT BE BAD LET ME GO TO THE SHOP AND FIND ONE!!! While he was gone my driver realized just to swap it out with another one for the moment just to test and it wasn t the problem. So service guy came back and at this point he just decided either tow it to the shop or just leave us stranded . He charged me $250 dollars and went in his way!!! No help at all... After 30 minutes we bought another van of starting fluid and sprayed the truck down real well and she started right up with no help from the service guy!!! I called and informed him and he said sorry but I will still charge you!!! Complete scam stay away and tried to repair the truck yourself. Obviously it was Saturday and he probably had better things to do but in this business we need service trucks that will help us survive!!! Not someone that will just give up and charge the 2hr minimum!!!

Don t use their roadside assistance unless you like being overcharged, lied to, and put in danger. That simple. On the 6th I had to use them to replace my blown out tire. They gave me a tire that was no good from the start. Apparently it had three bubbles on the tire wall. I paid for it at the time because of course who would think ahead of time that a company would even think do such a thing to a customer. So I never even thought to check. Only reason why I figured out is because today, not even two weeks later, I got flat from their tire. And if that wasn t bad enough they knowingly charged me double the price for bad tire. The guy from the second road side assistance was the one who told me the tire was no good. And had it not went flat it would ve exploded from too much pressure while I was driving. I called them to tell them what happened and all he could do was offer a 25-30 dollar refund. Couldn t even give me a decent tire, the tire I should ve received in the first place.

Had a dump truck broke down on the side of the road and didn't have time to fix it myself. Got their mechanic to come out to look at it, he didn't do a thing besides charge me $260.00 and tell me to tow it. After 4 days I made it out there to repair it myself and it was a simple pickup line in the fuel tank. Called the shop, they said they would look into it and get back to me. I haven't heard a thing yet, I'll never recommend a company who doesn't take pride in their work.

Two mechanics arrived quickly following our early morning call distress call. They were thorough and efficient while inspecting the truck and confirming the problem. They were patient while waiting for us to get clearance for the repairs. They guided us the short distance to their shop and got busy. Due to circumstances beyond their control, they remained patient while continuing to work diligently on our truck. Then, not only did they go out of their way to assist our company in securing us a room for the night, but they also drove us there and picked us up the next morning. They said our truck should be ready by noon and it was. We received a call a few hours later, while on our way to deliver. We were totally blown away when we realized it was the folks from Upper Sandusky calling just to make sure we weren't experiencing any issues and that the truck was running like it should be. Now that's customer service!

My truck broke down the day before Thanksgiving, called for road service and as disappointing as it was that we were unable to get my truck running probably they went above and beyond to help me get home for Thanksgiving. They got me a tow truck and kept looking for one to get me before I froze from the cold. I booked a flight for next morning to make it home and as I was trying to figure out a ride to the airport an hour away they call me and said they were trying to find someone to take me. They found me a ride at a very responsible price and got me to the airport and I'm home while they are going to figure out what's going on with my truck. Can't say enough thanks to Jeremy and his family and crew. I don't think they know how much I have appreciated all they've done. Thanks so much. Looking forward to seeing you when you get my truck fixed!

They got me in right away, expertly diagnosed my problem and fixed an issue ive had for awhile. There was no attempt to overcharge at all. They even let us use a car to go get something to eat while we waited. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Had one of my drivers have a blow out they showed up in a decent time frame put replaced the tire and were fair priced. I will definitely call them first if any of my trucks are out that way and help thankyou for the help

They were honest and dependable, they looked at my transmission, knew they couldn't fix it so they didn't charge me for their time to look at it.

My truck broke down on the road, air dryer and thankfully for this guys especially Jeremy fix the problem fast very fast, the parts was like 40 miles away , thank you i really appreciate that!!!!
