We had engine trouble just outside town. Car was towed to Patrick's. Although it ended up needing next to nothing in the way of repair, Patrick and his staff were kind, courteous, and honest.

Wonderful experience. I m 8 months pregnant and as we were traveling down to our baby shower in West Virginia our van started leaking coolant badly and we were able to get it over to Patrick s shop. He quickly diagnosed the problems and helped us figure out the best solution. Super nice guy, great looking shop. I can t thank everyone at Patrick s Automotive Solutions enough! I m from out of town driving through upper Sandusky when my car breaks down on the side of the highway. I call Patrick s and Jess answers the phone and tells me to bring my car they aren t going to leave me stranded and they will find a way to squeeze me in! They found what was wrong with my car and had the parts brought in from another town to fix the issue! They had me back on the road in no time and at a reasonable price!! Jess truly made it feel like home while my car was getting worked on. Thank you for everything!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Best mechanic shop in a town full of great mechanics. Echo other reviews on fair price and they seem to be able to do anything from repairs on Polaris Slingshot to diesel pickup to old van engine repairs you name it.I hope this review influences your decision to give them a try. You won t be disappointed and you will be helping a local family business full of great people.(And I have never given 5 stars to anyone before, I am stingy with them)

I was towed to Patrick s on a high, local recommendation. I came in an hour before closing, they quickly diagnosed the issues, made numerous phone calls for parts to a Mercedes, and worked tirelessly (after hours) to get me back on the road. They were thorough, friendly and I had more than enough reassurance to get back on the road after a long day of dealing with car problems. Best experience with any type of auto shop!

This place ripped my Father in law off charged him for a repair they didn't do they said the 2n repair that was needed would cost him 800.00 dollars. My father in law got a 2nd opinion and it was an easy repair costing less than 60.00. And the partial fix they said they did wasn't done at all. Not a honest place at all.
