Went in to check prices on parts. Well everything was just about double from Amazon and 2 other car parts stores. They didn't seem to care even after I said I would pay more than online but not double. They didn't seem to care so I left and ordered on Amazon prime will have parts tomorrow for half price!

Great store, excellent staff. When my ex wife's ride was having problems they had just the right broom to get her airborne and terrifying all the people of oz again. Thanks O'Reilly Auto!

Terrible customer service, three people working in the store. Two was getting a case of oil while the other was complaining about why he was demoted. All I was after was some wiper blades but couldn t get any help, so went to Walmart and bought them.

It was ok. Staff was unsure of anything we asked.Management there is usually super helpful so I was shocked when the evening crew didnt move to help

Most of the staff are knowledgeable. As far as items being there when the website says they are satisfaction is null. Call first for sure.

Went in because u thought my battery was bad Mattias checked and as the belt was broke. He got the part out and even went to put the belt on. Talk about going above and beyond! Thank you sir!
