What a great experience purchasing a vehicle. Eric and Ryan, worked hard to get me in the right truck for my situation and I couldn t be happier! The paperwork was ready when I got there , explained everything to me and I was in and out quick! If your looking for a vehicle I highly recommend giving them a call!

Couple of weeks ago I'm looking for a Suburban, I find this place with great reviews I fill out an application online go there the next day and in fact this is the Suburban that I want I was in and out of there in an hour, got the truck home the check engine light came on because we all know about O2 sensors and everything turns out it needed Cadillac converters and Ryan and Stark Auto did above and beyond to take care of this now the truck runs great no issues and I definitely will be back to get another vehicle from these guys 5 stars. Also the mechanic these guys use Vince at LA Motors on State Route 91 is a top-notch guy and gets things done thanks a lot Vince at la motors and Ryan at Stark Auto see you guys soon

We are extremely happy with our experience at Stark Auto Sales. Our 24 year old daughter was looking to replace her truck, and we found a great deal at Stark Auto Sales. Finding a good used truck is a challenge right now. Eric was extremely helpful, and we never felt like we were being pushed into something we were not comfortable with. We would not hesitate doing business with him again!

Great place. Ryan was very honest about the vehicles I was interested in. No pressure to buy. Very helpful getting me the information I requested and in most cases within hours. He went so far as setting up a video chat so he could crawl under the truck to get me a look. Everything went smooth from the paperwork to the 3.5 hour drive home with the new vehicle. The truck was every bit of what he said it was. Clean inside and out all the way down to the oil. I will definitely spread the word with my friends here in Michigan. Great line up of trucks as well.

Wonderful dealership to purchase a vehicle. I was able to find the perfect truck for me at a great price. The staff was extremely easy to work with and never pressured me in any way. The financing process was a breeze as well. It was so nice to work with a locally owned dealership without all the headaches of the "Big Dealers". The staff listened to what I wanted and did everything they could to meet all of my needs. I highly recommend Stark Auto Sales. If you are looking for a dealership that actually treats you like your business matters and that truly wants to "earn" your business, look no further!

Had an awesome experience with Eric and Ryan! I've been looking for a truck and it had been such an awful experience. Everybody knows buying a vehicle consists of so much hassle! Well the only bad thing I can say about the team at Stark Auto Sales is I wish I would have found them sooner. Absolutely no hassle or games. Very personal but also straight to the point. I've had my truck now for a few months and I couldn't be happier with the deal I got! The next time I am in the market I know exactly where I'll start my search. Thanks guys!

My nephew bought his first truck from Ryan. Ryan was well informed of his inventory. He was honest and gave my nephew a fair price for the truck he bought. Stark Auto gave the personal touch compared to the bigger companies out there. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for good quality trucks and SUV's.

Great people at stark auto sales I have bought 3 cars now over the past 10yrs and I dont plan going anywhere else. Eric is a great guy goes above and beyond to make sure you get a great vehicle at a affordable price I HIGHLY recommend going to stark auto sales whenever you are thinking about purchasing a vehicle you will not be disappointed. I recently bought a truck from stark auto Ryan being the salesman to help me. I ve been looking high and low all year for a truck. And thanks to the government listening to every word a targeted ad popped up with a decent looking duramax at stark auto. Eh what can it hurt to look I said. And after a few hours of deciding I wanted that truck! Ryan was so helpful I don t know it this google review will allow me to write all the positive I have on this dealership. I have a TERRIBLE credit history. I knew 100% I wasn t getting financed. But why not try. 2 hours! If that! Ryan was calling with some options! I couldn t believe it. Not only did he get me financed he got me where I wanted to be. This may not sound like much but I have been denied a few times this year. They are so easy going, relaxed and no pressure. And everything was so fast. I hate signing paper work but it felt like 3 minutes and I was done and on the road. I highly recommend!!! 10 stars!

They were the nicest people I ve ever met. We had gotten a flat tire two hours from home and they immediately changed it without an appointment and only charged me for the tire. They even gave me a discount on the tire and a ride to the tire shop. The service was impeccable and so so fast. Stark auto is such a life saver and the best auto store there is.

I had a great experience with this dealership . Unfortunately I don t have a google account so I had to use my brothers to leave this review . After the service I received I had to make sure I shout them out for being straight up and very professional. Ryan and angel are excellent people and I recommend anyone lookin for a nice car or truck to check them out ASAP! Thanks Ryan for the Dodge Ram 1500 that you sold me I was very pleased with my purchase ! I drove back to Pittsburgh with all smiles . They will work with you so that you receive the car you want at a deal that works for you ! 5 stars all day !

Recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee from here and the whole process couldn't have been smoother. Ryan was extremely helpful, truthful and professional through the whole process. Had an issue with the vehicle shortly after purchase, I called and let them know and they got it fixed right away. An outstanding testament to their customer satisfaction. I Just purchased my second truck from them. I found very clean 2013 Silverado. The truck was in excellent condition with only 58,### miles. I was easily financed and had the truck within a day. they made sure it was cleaned and checked over. They have a great selection of trucks to pick from. It s been a week with the new truck and I am super satisfied!

Amazing customer service and a nice selection of vehicles!!! Ryan and Eric were courteous from the moment I pulled in the lot. Never felt pressured to make a purchase (which is rare when looking for a truck) and were very informative and knowledgeable about their inventory. Will definitely do business with SAS again in the future!

I purchased my first truck from Stark Auto in 2015. It was a 2011 Chevy Silverado and ran like a dream. It was the best decision I have made in life and I loved every second of it. It was actually such a great purchase and ran so good that I came back to Stark Auto to upgraded it to get a newer version of my old one. I recently purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado and it is perfect as well. I have had nearly 0 problems with my first truck and absolutely no problems with my new truck !! They both have ran great for me and was everything I expected it to be. I have nothing but great things to say about Stark Auto, Julie and Matt. I highly recommend people taking a look at their inventory and giving one a test drive so they can see for themselves !!!

After a deer helped total my SUV I decided I finally wanted a truck. I called Stark to ask specifically about latch infant seat system and Rebecca checked it and gave me more info about the other features included on it. She was helpful when it came to financing. We decided to make the 4.5 hour trip from PA to Ohio to test drive the truck. I was sold even before I drove it. I made a couple calls and spoke with Ryan before the drive...they were replacing the entire brake system . I felt like they really cared about me, my family, and my needs with the truck. We were in contact on the drive to OH. There was no pressure, they gave us plenty of time to check the vehicle out, strap our 4 year old in for the test drive. With the super long drive and our immediate need for a vehicle I m thrilled they took the time to make us feel like part of their family I wish they were closer! I highly recommend Stark. If you re interested in a vehicle that s quality, go talk to Ryan or Rebecca

This place is great. I've been buying cars for a long time and this was the most hassle-free pain-free purchase of any vehicle I've ever had. I love the no hassle price which was better than anything I could find anywhere else anyway. The car was great... the staff was great... and the process was great. Amazed! I've had such a hard time with vehicles in the past from different dealers, so I was very skeptical! They blew me away! We felt so welcomed like we were family. Have now had our vehicle for over a month and no surprise problems or anything wrong with it. They have awesome cars on their lot and no junk sitting around. They're very honest (rare right?). Try for yourself. I do not know them personally nor work for them in any way shape or form. I will continue to look here first when buying vehicles in the future!!

I had a fantastic experience with these guys. Found the truck I was looking for. Had an issue with the vehicle after the first few weeks and when the warranty company refused to provide the service that they were contracted to do they took care of the cost themselves. I will absolutely be back for the next vehicle that we need. They got rid of that warranty company as well.

This is the second truck I've bought from Julie and she is amazing. They are always willing to do what they can (within reason) to help you out. Don't fall for the negative reviews, some people don't understand the meaning of buying a USED vehicle. For instance.... I have had my truck a few days and haven't put many miles on it and had to replace a rear brake caliper that stuck... Instead of coming here to bash a dealership or calling and raising Cane about something they wouldn't have known about anyway, I realized I bought a used vehicle that sat (unless test drove) and things like that happen. If you don't want any issues, spend the money and buy it brand new! Thank you guys for another great truck, Matt Quinn.

Recently bought a truck here and it had a few unforseen issues. Eric and Ryan never abandoned us, instead helped us work through the problem so everyone ended up happy. Honorable and trustworthy guys. Hard to find now a days.
