Very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable they don't try to over sell products you don't need the only reason I removed a star is the condition of the store its a bit cramped and in need of some updates and maybe a bit of cleaning but that's about it.

Very nice and helpful. Man at the counter actually came out to look at my vehicle to make sure I was getting the right part. He even asked if I needed help putting the part in, which I didn't but I thought was very nice to offer.

Horrible customer service. I stood there for 15 minutes patiently and not one sales representative came and asked if I needed help or even acknowledged me. I couldn't believe how I just stood there patiently and no one acknowledged me. Your business isn't what I call "customer care".
