This establishment is a sham. The owner seems like a gentleman but flips in no time with an aberrant behavior as soon as you question his practice. They charge way more than a certified service shop and stack unrequired charges on your bill. The owner is always pushing for more and more. I had to tow my car in a couple of weeks back as it quit running on me and the owner made me sign $173 charge for diagnosis first thing I walked in. After 2 days of keeping it in the shop they come back with an unbelievable diagnosis. On questioning the diagnosis the owner went crazy on me. I asked that I will only pay for diagnosis so he tried charging me twice. After continued talking with him that his diagnosis has oil change as a recommendation, even though oil change was performed only a week prior. He threatened me that he will call the cops on me, and called me cheap for questioning him, but then asked his worker to push the car out and charge for only an hour. When I went ahead to pay the charge he asked that I pay only in cash and not use my card, in turn wanted me to run to bank and bring back money. Not sure what he did in my absence but car was not fixed even after applying his diagnosis to fix it. All in all the owner needs to cool down his temper and do legitimate job on the vehicle. P.S.- I am a student and informed this to the owner the moment I walked into the store but he still tried to cash in on me.Service: Vehicle Inspection

New tires bought and installed here. They checked on differweent makes and prices and found great tires at a good price. We schedule a time, got the car in and and I now have the new tires. Great job, guys!

Clearly my tire had something and they charged me to tell me the seal between the rim and the tire was the problem... My tire kept loosing air pressure on the way. I decided to go to a different place where a nail was found and repaired. I just lost time and money in this place.

We have bringing our cars to them for years and appreciate their honesty. Yesterday, I had a slow leak in my tire that they patched instead of trying to sell me a new tire. We will continue to use them for our cars' maintenance/service.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

Went in today for an alignment. Employees seemed competent enough, until completing said alignment the tech ran my 2015 Lexus f-sport into the curb pushing it a solid 4 inches. Right in front of me. Will not be returning and would not recommendService: Wheel alignmentService: Wheel alignment

Their are businesses that validate the distrust people have toward a profession. This is one of those businesses. I came in with a flat tire and, though that tire did need replaced as it had three nails in it, they attempted to convince me to replace the matching tire by claiming that it was highly worn. The tires on my car were nearly new when I bought my car, and that was less than a year ago. They are not worn enough to replace, and my flat tire was not flat long enough to affect the wear on the other tire. Whenever someone applies a hard sell, be skeptical, they are probably less interested in the work being done right, and more interested in your money.Service: Tires

Even if I spend the unexpected but the necessary, they treat me fair and responsible. They fixed a wrong tie rod installation done by a cheap mechanic at no extra charge. I was driving my Truck unaware that I can cause a fatal accident. It feel secure now my drive and I appreciated also all the effort you guys did to lower the price including an excellent customer service.

Horrible service and follow up. Came in for Freon charge, left with having to replace compressor and a $850 bill. A week later, AC stopped working again and another Goodyear shop fixed electrical issue at no charge. Called shop and was told everything worked when I left. What poor customer service. Continued to pursue and found out compressor worked fine when I got there, but failed while being looked at after talking to mechanics. Was told by owner he would follow up with me. A week later and no follow up. Disappointing service and I m out $850 because everything worked when I left. But it also worked when I got there to start with.

This Goodyear location is a complete rip off with high prices! I've provided them business in the past and they charged a $135 diagnostics fee for just looking at my window and added additional fees that I didn't approve. All they care about is their bottom line and not the customer. I will never recommend this location to anyone. I will continue to spread the news on how their employees and manager doesn't care and they will over charge you. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, IT'S TERRIBLE!Bye the way this is the person that was in your establishment. I will not be bringing any further business to this place.

The tire service was good but then they also wanted to sell me a battery, telling me that my battery was getting weak. I had my battery tested at an auto parts store and my battery, at only two years old, is fine. So Goodyear tried to sell me an expensive item that I didn't need.

I have to put in a good word for these guys as it seems the only ones willing to review them have bad things to say.I worked with Matt at the store this past week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Not only was he extremely helpful in finding me rebates and coupons, but he also helped coordinate a transfer of the tires to the dealership where my vehicle was being serviced.In my mind, Matt went above and beyond his responsibilities. I'd recommend visiting him for tire needs in the future.

I can only write a review on my own experience but I have to admit, I am very surprised by the negative reviews that are posted. These people can not make a living by not charging anything. I recently had work done to my Mustang and they (Pat and Ryan) did an outstanding job with some modifications I wanted made. That is the second time I have had them work on this vehicle and the second time the work was great. Additionally, I thought the charge for the work performed was VERY reasonable. They spent a lot of time making sure what I wanted, called Ford regarding a part that is no longer available and did all the work in a day. In fact, the car is going back in tomorrow (4/17) for more modifications. I am very picky about work on my Mustang, and will continue to take all my vehicles here for any required maintenance.

First of all, poor customer service. Secondly, about an hour after a simple oil change I open my glove box to find it completely trashed. Someone went through my things. I called and complained, which fell on deaf ears. They said it was necessary for an oil change... I don't think so. I had a bad feeling dropping my car off. I will not be back, nor do I recommend their services to anyone.

Great shop. The owner Pat is very knowledgeable, kind, and talked me through the fix for my car. My car is running better than ever! I will be back (hopefully not too soon).

First of all I can't even reply second of all I was told a quote after having it looked at third of all its unprofessional to argue with customers over the phone. I was told the labor was more than gas lines then you tried telling me over the phone quote the second gas lines double the price when you told me it'd be cheaper to get it done all at once cause of the labor but it's cool I just won't be there again .

Pat and his Goodyear team are awesome. They always take care of everything we need at a fair price. It's nice not worrying about your car. Just take it there and the work is done right.

I did not have a good experience. I had them fix brakes for me. I took the car back in for another problem and the guy told me I needed brakes.lol What a joke I told them to check the computer. He then had the owner come out and tell me he read the instrument wrong. My 12 year old can tell if something is new. They will definitely try to rip you off

We had a truck delivering a die from Michigan to a plant in Twinsburg. Of course after dropping the die off the truck wouldn't start. Not knowing what to do I called Fozios Goodyear and they took care of us immediately! Helped us with a tow service and diagnosed and repaired the truck very quickly and had our guys back on the road and on their way back home safely! Very professional and courteous! Thank you!

Needed a simple alignment, 2 other local shops made a big deal about my aftermarket wheels. Not Twinsburg Goodyear! I stopped in they took care of it no problems. I'll definitely be back for anything else I may need.

Much better. I was looking at Conrad's in Solon and they wanted $200 to remove some wheel locks. What a rip! $10 tool from Walmart and had them off. Goodyear had better prices on their tires, too. I'll be back.

Never again, charged me $20.00 to check my fob battery after I told them I needed a new one. Keep your 20 its the last of my money you'll see. All while flashing that big sheister smile.

Repaired a nail that was stuck in my tire! Excellent fast service. Saved my tire! I also have a Goodyear account. Yes, I'm a real customer.

Went there on a Sat morning with a clunking noise on my car, they took it for a test drive, came and told me my rear shocks were bad. It would be $220 to fix & it would be about an hour, 45 minutes later service manger comes out and tells me that I also needed rear sway bar bushings but could not find the part so I would need to come back to get that fixed, at $15 for part ($8 @NAPA) and additional one and half hour labor charge of $150. When car was ready price went to $270 (shop fees & tax). When drove the car to work on Mon. car still clunks & now it has a vibration on highway. Took it back and went on test drive with Technician, he felt vibration, when we returned the Tech went in back and PAT came out told me the tires needs balancing, brake pulsation, front tires, which had charge me for. NEVER look or offered to look under car to see if anything was wrong with work. This will be the last time I go there!

I thought 25 dollars for a tire rotation was expensive, but I was upset when they charged me an additonal fee of 10 dollars to find a leak in my tire. I wish they told me it was going to be an additional charge when I asked them to find the leak, NOT when I went to pay. Last year I had them put tie rods on my other vehicle. Not only did they charge me an arm and a leg for the parts (twice as much as you could get them at autozone for), they used a small zip tie that didnt fit to secure the tie rod boots down, and they failed, then the boots came undone. I had to use a larger zip tie to fasten both boots back on at home. Hopefully no dirt got in there to damage the parts. This will be the last time I go there. Too expensive!

Crew was helpful and courtious. We had forgotten our flat tire at home, so one of them drove us back home to get it while they prepped our car for new tires.
