Brought my Jeep in for an oil leak on a Tuesday afternoon for a repair I expected to take at least 2 days. I was shocked when I got a call the following day to let me know that it was done. That rarest of all things - an honest mechanic!!I had heard about Kovach from a few people over the years but always felt that Twinsburg was too far (it's actually closer to me in Streetsboro than every other mechanic I've ever used).Took my F150 there because I had had a repair done elsewhere and wanted to know if it had been done correctly. On the way to Kovach, weird noise started happening in the front end.Bottom line, they diagnosed the problem, didn't charge me anything, and also fixed, FOR FREE, a loose heat shield that four different mechanics had mentioned but done nothing about.It's a family business with a really nice vibe. I overheard Nicky saying on the phone to a customer that her husband had been up all night on a repair. You don't find that everyday. With all of that, both Scott and Nicky were cheerful and professional.I wish I had gone to them first and my advice is - GO HERE FIRST.

Scott and Nicki are the best! I have used them for all kinds of repairs on both of my vehicles and they rock! Very reasonable and always willing to get the work done most times before they tell you. Nothing I type can possibly come close to describing how amazing Scott is. He is honest and fair. When my son came home from college and his car was having issues, he made sure it was safe for him to drive back. He has kept all 4 of our cars in great shape. If you're looking for someone who is honest, fair and does great work, take your car to Kovach.

After very positive past experiences with another vehicle, I took my SUV in for brake service July' 21 - rotors and pad replacement front and rear. The service was again exceptional and the price very fair. Fast forward to Feb '22 and 10k miles later, there was a very distinct pulse when applying the brakes which became much worse in a few days. I called and spoke with Nicki. Her immediate response was to get the car in asap so they can take a look. Fortunately we did not need the car for a few days and dropped it off. The following business day, Nicki called, the front brakes, including rotors were replaced - under warranty, no charge, no question. I picked the car up yesterday, feel like I'm driving a new car. Scott assured me if there were further issues, he would be sure to make it right. I don't think I would have gotten that kind of service from the dealer. Kudos to the Kovach team. I no longer live in Twinsburg but will happily share this with my Twinsburg friends and make the 40 minute trip to support this local business. Thank youService: Brakes

I have taken two of my vehicles there and they have been fixed quickly and completely reasonable priced. Same day service with a free loaner to keep your day on track. Never going anywhere else. Great job Scott Kovach. Keep up the great work.

There is a reason Kovach car care has a 5 star rating. Every time I bring my car in, I feel assured knowing that my car is in the hands of an honest and highly skilled professional. Scott fixed a chronic battery drain on my car in one visit that the dealership couldn't figure out after multiple visits. Nicki handles the front office and is always a pleasure to interact with. I sent my car to Kovach and was very impressed. Scott answered all my questions thoroughly and honestly. He both diagnosed and fixed the problems very quickly. They were absolutely excellent. They fixed.my car no problem. They are reasonably priced and the lady at the front is so nice. Ive only been there twice and I'm making them my go-to from now on. Thank you to whomever referred me to them. I'm glad I went there. I'll be going back to I get tires next.

We needed brakes for our 2012 Nissan Rogue done, and Kovach was able to quickly get us scheduled and take care of it for a great price. I'm very happy with our experience.

Great Family Business. Just plain Honest Hard Work that has kept my 2 vehicles running for many years. Mr Kovach is a top expert on his field. I have yet to bring him a car problem that he could not professionally, promptly, and affordably fix. The minute you walk into KCC, you are treated like Family. We are blessed to have had the privilege to have meet Mr Kovach. I recommend his services to anyone I run across.

Best in town bar none. I have used 3 other "competitors " (I say that in quotations because they don't come close to measuring up) prior to Kovach. They all found things that weren't wrong with the car originally(which second opinion proved nothing wrong), price would increase at least 2 times, and overall shady business practices. I posted on a fb group about who would be a good recommendation and Kovach kept popping up. This was the polar opposite of what I have experienced in the past. If you want genuine car mechanic with good ethics and morals you will not find one in Twinsburg area unless you go here. He definitely earned a customer for life and I will recommend no one else. Mind you I had no clue who these people were prior to and they acted as if I have been a customer for years.

Scott did a rear brake repair for half the cost of what Conrad's Goodyear wanted! Very fair to work with and highly recommend them for any type of repair.
