Made an appointment to drop off my car and have it looked at. In the section that asked about more info I expressed that I wanted a quote for a few things. The service technician called me about 20 minutes after I made the appointment online and told me that he wouldn t service my vehicle. I asked why and he said That s not Something I m going to get into on that vehicle so I asked what location would since he wouldn t. He told me problem none of them, he didn t know but he couldn t help me and to go to Audi. I have a 2005 Audi, nothing super brand new where it would make sense for him to say that. I asked for a quote on having my fuel pump replaced, a seal replaced to stop some oil from leaking and to have my front brakes serviced. He just flat out told me that he wouldn t service me.

Poor communication, simply do not carescheduled an appt through their app. when I went there ahead of time, was told initially the car will have to stay all day, then was told they only have technician for oil changes, tires, do not have a master tech. the guy was almost angry on me that I scheduled the appt. asked me to go to another location.they are overbooked and understaffed, understandable, but this is not a good, reliable place to count on if you need help.

I have been using Conrad's on ram, Lexus, Mercedes, bmw, Chevy and Ford and they do a great job. Great group up there appreciate jordan and Tim up front and all the great help in back. Just the same for the north Royalton store. Thanks

Bought brand new rear breaks in November of 2021. It s now over a year and a half and the rotors are completely warped due to the wheels being mis-torqued. Conrad s wouldn t do anything about it because they only do a one year part warranty. If the part was installed properly, this would have never happened. Because of the poor labor, I had to pay for new breaks again but went elsewhere to avoid the rotors being warped again. I will never trust Conrad s to properly install or fix anything on my car again.

Came in for a leaking/flat tire. Mechanic quoted me a fair price for fixing the tire and began working on it immediately. They were upfront about the cost and would pause service if they needed to replace the tire because it would have cost more. Overall, they fixed the leak (nail in tire) and it was free because the tires were previously installed at a Conrad s location.Unrelated but I would call ahead and make an appointment if you can. That seemed to help because I only waited for a half hour.

My mom scheduled an online appointment and they told us how "lucky" we were that they even noticed the appointment was scheduled because 2 people over the weekends appointment was cancelled. Pat was overall rude and I came to find my steering wheel moved and a blue paper mask on my driver's side seat. It also took 3 and a half hours to do a tire change....with an appointment. They told us they wouldn't call us when it's done, but we can call them. They said that next time we should schedule out in advance for their convienence and to come back before 6 so they can get out on time.Would not recommend to ANYONE.

I've been getting my cars serviced at Conrad's for years. They do a great job and honor your time. The men are friendly and helpful. I primarily get an oil change here. I appreciate the pricing of extra services before doing them. Keep up the good work!

Phil at the front desk does customer service like it used to be years ago and still should be. Very courteous professional and helpful. The tech that worked on my car was veryknowledgeable explained things in terms I could understand and gave good advice and did great work. Service cost very reasonable done on time and more than met my expectations. I would recommend this Conrads store to everyone.

Great experience getting all 4 new tires and an alignment with friendly service, car drives GREAT. They also have an awesome review feature where they will send you a video of what they are seeing once they look over your vehicle and pointing it out for you on your vehicle. The techs acted professionally and provided me with any info i asked for. Must say i am quite glad i chose to have my work done at Conrad's in Reminderville

I have several cars and they seem to need a never ending cycle of maintenance. I am so thankful that I've got these guys near by. While I normally avoid these kinds of places, Conrad's (at least the one in Reminderville/Twinsburg) has proven to be a great resource for me. They've handled everything for me from basic oil changes to check engine lights, alignments and more complicated emissions work. Phillip at the front desk and the manager Jeremy have both always been friendly, honest and helpful. They hit their deadlines and pricing is always up front. I'll continue going to these guys for many years to come.

Originally bought a set of tires for my wifes trailblazer... good tires at a fair price . .. Since that time had to return for loss of pressure issues . took care of that as well ... last experience loss of tire pressure again . made an appointment took 2 hours to repair ... I just put a set of michelin defenders on my acadia at discount tire ... with an appointment and was in and out in 36 min.

The below is my initial experience. I posted, then was surprised when they didn't charge me. The rep said since the car wasn't ready as promised they wanted to do the right thing and comp me. It doesn't mean I didn't have to wait, but nice to see customer service at work. Changing from 1 star to 3 stars========>Had an appointment scheduled. I made it days ago. It was set for 3pm, and I dropped it off early about 1:30pm. I called to check on the status of my oil and filter and tire rotation at 4:17pm. They said it was still on the lift. Now I am sitting in the waiting area at 5:08pm and its still not done .This is totally unacceptable! Why even schedule when they disregard your foresight. I have family waiting for me at a gathering. I picked Conrad's for convenience of location. This has disappointed me completely.We live in North Carolina now. When I travel back it will never include a trip here.

Great neighborhood service! I have been going there since they opened. When my tires are low they will have someone come out and fill them for me! No charge. I cant tell you how much this means to me!! Have always been satisfied with service there. Stays busy so thats an indication that others like this place too!

This was my first visit and I left very impressed. Friendly staff that presents a trustworthy first impression. It was easy to set-up an online appointment. When I arrived they had my appointment information ready, which is better than Ive experienced at other repair shops. The waiting area is comfortable with free wi-fi, television and complimentary popcorn and coffee. What impressed me the most was a real time video of my vehicle inspection. It is refreshing to see repair shops utilizing technology to improve and enhance the customer experience. I not only left with an oil change but a confidence to entrust my vehicle to the folks at this Conrads. I highly recommend and look forward to using them for my future vehicle repairs and maintenance.

I came in last minute on a day that they were understaffed because it was the day after the 4th of July. The man at the front desk (Phillip) was so kind and so understanding, I was able to leave my vehicle with them under the understanding that they may not be able to get to it today but they were going to try. By mid-afternoon I received a call that my oil change and tire rotation was complete. Outstanding service I would recommend and do recommend to anyone and everyone. Phillip deserves a raise!!!

Listened to customer and made sure they understood symptoms and problem and then identified troubleshooting method and explained all associated charges. Kept customer informed of progress and estimated completion. Identified safety issues during courtesy vehicle inspection. Never felt pressure to spend more money than I was comfortable with. Thank you!

As always, Conrad's gives me good work on my vehicle. And the fact that they were able to replace my starter on a busy Saturday afternoon while I was stranded was very helpful. Got the car back and the CD player would not work, although radio did. Conrad's was unable to help, but I found a reference on web that suggested disconnecting battery to reset. That worked. Also found that tech had not reinstalled battery washer so I fixed that.The other thing that seems a bit off about this repair is that the new starter came from NAPA, and my cost would be $180-200 without discounts (which I'm sure they get). For a bit over an hour of work, the $250-300 additional I paid seems like quite an hourly rate.After using Conrad's for various things for 20+ years, I'm overall happy with their stores. I will continue to use them periodically but will think harder about price estimates when I'm not in a critical situation.

Moved to Reminderville two years ago and we're very impressed with Conrad's store there. Have always had good service and reasonable pricing. Jeremy Webster does a great job. Explains things well and gives us confidence with our two cars. He's a fun guy to talk to. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. Before moving we were customers of Conrads in Solon for more than 20 years.

Conrad's in Reminderville has always taken good care of my auto needs for tire service and total car needs. I've never been disappointed with their overall service,. Their customer service is top notch as well.I've been using them for the past 10 years and they have been exceptional for both my Cadillac and BMW!! Reminderville Conrad's has knowledgeable and professional employees who work hard to get your car fixed quickly and correctly. Online appointment system is great, as is the free air machine outside. Car wash on site is an added plus. The snacks inside are a bonus. Always a good experience. Thanks!

I ve spent thousands of dollars at Conrad s and I will never use them again! Two weeks ahead of a planned vacation to North Carolina I took my Chevy Traverse in for an inspection, oil change and tire rotation. The shop called me and recommended a new sway bar on the driver s side, transmission fluid flush and coolant change. $600 plus later I felt good because I thought we were ready for vacation. Shortly after my wife said the wheel was shaking a bit but I told her I thought it was just the sway bar breaking in, I drove it around town and it seemed tight but fine. Well, when we left for vacation as soon as we hit 60 on the freeway the wheel started shaking relatively bad. Something was definitely off. I arranged for an emergency stop at a Midas in Pittsburgh and they told me the car needed an alignment and wheels balanced. The balance was off on all four wheels and as much as 7 ounces on the front driver side. I was livid, this is 100% something Conrad s should have taken care of. After the emergency trip our check engine light came on and now we re in car repair hell. I think the Midas shop screwed something up too, but none of this would have happened if Conrad s would have just done the job right the first time! And this isn t the first time I ve taken my car there and then something else mysteriously breaks right after. For your own sanity and pocketbook I highly recommend staying the hell away from Reminderville Conrad s.

Although I live in Solon, I have been going to the Reminderville Conrads for as long as it's been there. I stumbled on it years ago, have been a customer ever since. Jeremy and Phillip are professional, skilled, they care about you and your vehicle, and they are as honest as a business can be.For example, 2 years ago VW wanted to charge me $1200 for "maintenance" after the warranty expired. I brought the estimate to Phillip and he said he would not recommend anything on VW's list of needed repairs. The car is perfect, never had that ripoff VW service done. What more could a customer expect?The Customer service is so good Bob Conrad would be proud.

Showed up late on a Friday and was greeted and welcomed and serviced immediately!! New tires and oil change and no hassle!! Friendly and took time to explain everything happening to vehicle! Thank you Conrad s for a great experience and peace of mind!

Brought car in on emergency basis when my transmission line burst on a Saturday. They diagnosed the problem the same day and ordered necessary part for Monday. Car was repaired very efficiently, and I picked it up Monday afternoon. All employees were very knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Will definitely be going there for my future auto needs.

I heard a lot of great stuff about this place. Today had to bring the car in seems like the gentleman was a having a bad day and I ended up getting the short end of the stick. The guy that I ended up working with was a pretty cool guy he calls him "Mr. Tire guy" faith restored. Hoping to get my car back all 4 tires need replacement hoping to get my truck before the end of day.

Phillip was GREAT again. We did not have a scheduled appointment and he accommodated our visiting daughters schedule before she returned to school. We service all five of our vehicles there and will continue to do so.

Very good experience with Jeremy and the team who completed my diagnostic. I was given a thorough explanation of what was happening with my car's heater and given options varying by price. I will recommend Conrad's in the future. :)-Stephanie, Macedonia OH

I stopped in for a battery check and they took me in right away even though they were busy. The manager took the time to research what the warning notice on my dash meant. When they found the battery was low they replaced it right away. The service I received was great.

Always greeted and work explained. Manager Jeremy sat down with me and went over an estimate. We discussed the car s service history, and Michelin tires. The popcorn is always the best, and the coffee okay. Thank you for all of this.
