I definitely recommend Webster's Auto Repair. I brought my car in for an oil change and inspection. The service was done in a timely manner and the inspection was thorough. I trust them completely with my car maintenance. Their prices are very reasonable. Couldn't be more pleased!

I am very pleased with the service I received from the mechanics (Peter and Scott). My mechanic of 20+ just disappeared therefore I was nervous about trying someone new. They treated me more than fair and did a great job diagnosing the problem and fixing it. I will definitely be using them again when needed. I'm a satisfied customer and take comfort knowing I have found reliable mechanics. Thank You Scott and Peter!

Websters was amazing! Got a nail in my tire on a trip from Michigan to Tennessee, they were able to get me in quick and get me all patched up, super friendly, helpful, and reasonable priced! Would recommend to everyone! Thank you guys!

Jason is an awesome guy and always willing to help and explain what needs to be done. He also offered me alternatives and timelines on when things needed to be done. Highly recommend i wont take my car anywhere else.

Even though we no longer live in Troy, this is still our go to place for car repair. He does it right the first time, doesn't try to add on extras, and is always pleasant. We trust him so much that he is the only shop we recommend and our kids use him too. I don't care about having to drive pretty far now because once you find a really good, stand up mechanic, you figure out how to get your car to him! There's a reason he's always packed and busy!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto A/C recharge, Auto engine tuning, Brakes, Auto brake replacement

He s had my car for 6 weeks and I still don t even have an estimate, even after calling multiple times to check in. Frustrated is an understatement, especially when I dropped my car off and he said there were only 2 cars in front of mine. Very disappointed, especially after coming so highly recommended.

I needed a front end alignment done on my car and with my job I needed a quick turn around. The owner worked hard to get my car finished within that time frame for me and it was much appreciated. Would recommend for services.

This repair shop is a hidden jewel of Troy. They always do good honest work and never over charge you. This seems to be hard to find now a days. I would recommend this place for anyone who doesn't want to be tricked or manipulated by a car place.

I needed my tire plugged and Jason got me in right away and fixed it for me he was awesome when ever something goes wrong with my car I will be going back to him he had excellent customer service!!!!!!Service: TiresService: Tires
