This was the best car buying experience. My wife and I have ever had TJ had the car we were interested in washed, detailed, oil changed, and gas topped off when we got there. They took care of paperwork so quick and gave us a bottom dollar deal. We are new to the state and will only buy cars from only them in the future!

From start to finish I had a flawless experience. It felt like doing business with friends. My van is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Independent Auto Sales. What a wonderful car buying experience! Very professional, no hassle, no nonsense sales team. Got a great car at a great price and fair deal for my trade-in. Happy to buy local and have found our new "go-to" for vehicles. Appreciate our sales person, TJ Johnston, who was down to earth, easy to talk with and made this a comfortable experience that didn't take hours to complete. Keep up the good work!!!

I just purchased a vehicle from independent auto sales and I must say it was the most immaculate truck I d come by in a long time! I am so fortunate to have found this dealership in Troy! TJ was very responsive, communication was above and beyond and so pleasant! A true professional! Highly recommend! My daughter is more than happy with the purchase of her 2016 Chevy Cruze! We're just amazed with the low miles and the condition being like new! Also, TJ's jokes and one liners are FREE! Just bought a car from them last week and it was a great experience. TJ took care of all the paperwork and the car was in like new condition. I would recommend anyone to stop in look. No pressure sales guys. They want to see a satisfied customer.

Great place to buy a vehicle. TJ helped and took care of everything, he was professional and had paperwork ready to go when got there. They made the car was washed and ready for the test drive and we're fair on price. They have a great selection of used vehicles, something for everyone.

After a close friend purchased a vehicle from Independent Auto, I have been looking on and off for something specific. The appealing draw was that the value and condition of the vehicles are excellent compared to others in the area. Once I was there, I experienced what my friend had described. A very nice vehicle, friendly service, and accommodating requests. All of my questions were answered in ways that I could understand and thoroughly. I felt respected, valued, and engaged as a customer. TJ really made my car shopping journey easy and I felt no pressure to purchase. If you are looking for a great selection of vehicles that are a value, check them out!

Bought a car here a few weeks ago. It was a quick transaction, but the service was great. They explained everything in detail and even stayed past closing to help us out. I would highly recommend. The car we got was great too. Good deals for reliable used cars.

Great buying experience! We recently purchased a very clean low mileage convertible sports car for my wife.TJ was no pressure sales and great at handling our purchase. She loves her beautiful new sports car! They have a very nice selection of clean low mileage vehicles and really cool folks getting you in one.

I went to several different dealerships looking for the right vehicle at the right price. Many dealerships tried to pressure me into buying something outside of my price range and practically on the spot. Independent was a completely different experience. They made both the looking and buying process completely low stress. They were personable, honest, and had reasonable prices. They are the one dealership in town that you hear only good things about. If you re looking I would stop here first.

Truly, an exceptional experience with T. J.I drive far more than most people for my work, and so I generally end up going through a used car every 3-4 years. Needless to say, I have had to deal with many dealerships and salespeople. I do not remember ever buying a car and having such a real, down-to-earth, positive, pleasant, no pressure experience. This is what most dealerships, and honestly, most salespeople wish they were. My experience with T.J. was, without doubt, the best I have had, and honestly, I didn't realize buying a car could be so easy, with absolutely no pressure, or that salesperson could be so down-to-earth and genuine. I can not recommend T.J. or Independent Auto Sales strongly enough. If you dread the experience of having to shop for a car, then stop going to other dealerships, and call T.J. I wish I had started dealing with them years ago and could have avoided so many other horrible situations. You won't be disappointed.

JC is a fantastic and honest salesman. He gave me the best deal on my car and made the process feel easy and streamlined. TJ was very nice and accommodating as well.If independent has a car you want, independent is the place to buy.

Great dealership with EXCELLENT customer service. If you go here ask for TJ!! He is awesome and willing to answer all of your questions and will work to get you the best deal! I appreciate that he treated me like a person and not "a woman that has no business being there by herself to purchase a vehicle". He was very respectful. I was given a pretty good deal and they worked their magic to help me get an awesome vehicle and drive it home the same day! The buying process was very easy and smooth. I'm very happy with my experience and glad I ended up purchasing from their dealership. Thanks again TJ!!!

My mom was recently in a car accident and her car was totaled (not her fault and she's okay). It was extremely frustrating for her to find that none of the cars she wanted to buy were available. She called Independent Auto Sales and found a well-maintained, used vehicle at an excellent price. She worked with TJ and he was kind, patiently answered all her questions and even delivered the car to her (she doesn't live close to the dealership). She had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Thanks for taking care of my mom, TJ and crew!

Good service, helpful, better than expected.I bought a car online for export and was followed up all the way with video, phone and emails. All the paperwork and registration went like a dream.TJ's a great salesman, if I were his boss, I'd take good care of him.

Out of all the places we shopped looking for a used car, nothing compared to Independent. All their cars were clean and in good shape, and the customer service was excellent. I brought my car in a couple days after purchasing (as is, no warranty) because of an issue with a door not locking and they fixed it for me free of charge. I've never had a better customer service experience anywhere else! Highly recommend them if you're ever in the market for a quality used car for a great price!

I would say this is a good place bc honestly we thought it was .but then too have someone sale a van to a family for 9k for it to complete die from engine issues their excite words .can t say anything nice about them to be honest I hope they step on legos and their coffee is always cold .I guess I should ve been clearer on the sale, it was my parents, also it was a Honda odyssey .remember us now????

This was my first experience buying a car and I couldn t have asked for better people to work with. The car salesmen were kind, genuine, straightforward and answered all my questions throughout the process. The team worked fast and efficient. Plus, they washed my new car and sent me off with a full tank of gas - bonus!I would absolutely recommend this dealership and will be returning for future purchases. Thanks again Independent!

Fantastic customer service and they always have higher end used cars that are not beat up or damaged. Super good to me when I had some minor issues with my Volvo (Older car has its quirks). They helped me out 100% of the way. Buy a car here because i can personally testify that they will make things right every time.

I came in here just to look at a few vehicles on the lot after looking for weeks at what felt like every dealership between here and Cincinnati. This lot has some of the cleanest used cars I have ever seen. Unfortunately, I didn t have any money to put down on the vehicle I liked and I couldn t make ends meet on my end. However, TJ was great! He did everything possible on his end to make the deal work for both parties and he treated me more like a friend than any other salesman I have dealt with. I highly recommend this dealership if you are looking for nice used cars. I also recommend you ask for TJ as he was fantastic.

I just purchased a 2008 Toyota Camry Solara this past weekend. I looked all over the country and found a great car with Independent Auto Sales in Troy, OH. TJ was awesome to work with. We kept in touch over a few days and came to an agreed price. The car was a purchase for my daughter. We flew from Atlanta into Dayton and met a the dealership on Sunday afternoon. When we arrived the car was sparkling clean and detailed. I don't know how many dealers would go the extra effort to meet us on a Sunday from out of state. The car is AWESOME! It was everything TJ said it was. We are so happy with our new car. My daughter and I drove the car all the way back to Georgia and it runs like a champ. I trust Independent Auto Sales. I might live a few states away but will look here when my other daughter begins to drive or I purchase another vehicle. This dealership has clean dependable rides. Out of the last 23 years of buying cars this was the best buying experience.
