Wonderful and terrific service. Very knowledgeable staff. Highest of expertise. Top notch mechanics. Overall experience was pleasurable from intake to pick up. Mechanics are some of the greatest guys. Office staff friendly and courteous willing to listen to all our needs as a customer!!

These guys are the best in the country! I will tell everyone to come here. Needed to get a hotel and they drove me there when I needed to go back to the truck becuse I forgot something They came and got me and took me right back. The next day they had me fixed even saved me a few thousand dollars. Definitely recommend these guys if you are broke down in the western Ohio. Oh and they even gave my dog water and lots of treats.

A great place to have your business vehicle serviced. Reasonable rates and excellent service.Avoid all the downtime and callHerrmann's Service Center .You'll be glad you did .

Great place to rent space for your vehicle, including R.V.s and Semi's. Also a great auto mechanic for vehicle repairs.

I'm driving semi truck, and I have oil leaks and on same time transmission didn't shift from fifth to sixth gear. They found what the problem was,but unfortunately they do not do engine work. So they charge me out of two hours only for one hour. Which is very cool,and very respectful. And the let me live my trailer on they yard while I will fixing my truck. Very honest, polite people I ever meet. With all my respects to them!!!

Took my front tire in off my lawn mower as it had a thorn in it. Not thinking a new tube and installation wud be that much I just left it and said I wud pick it up later. When I go to pick it up, he said 80.90. Said that cudnt be correct as I cud buy the entire wheel and tire for that. He then reduced it to 50 bucks and some change. I had it done in Sidney about a year ago for under 25. Wont be going back there for anything. How do shave off 30 bucks anyway? That s proof u were getting soaked from the Jump!

Friendly enough people but the last time I had one of my 8 big rigs there, they charged me $600.xx to diagnose that my international had a hole in the turbo. The price they quoted for the turbo was about 3 times what ebay said an OEM was worth. I called them on it and afterwards decided to have it towed to a different local shop who changed the oil line and had the truck running a bit later. Mysteriously, there is no hole in the turbo. I asked the service writer about it and he said he would get back to me and has not yet. Im paying their bill but with extreme frustration while doing so. I understand billing clients but dont understand the way they are doing it here.
