Erwin s is my dealership of choice. I m a Jeep guy, always have been, always will be. My salesman Doug Eardley was awesome and helped me trade in my 2011 Jeep for a new 2020 Wrangler Unlimited Sport. The process was quick and easy and I was out the door in my new ride. They even topped me off with a full tank of diesel and gave me a Jeep hat and a Koozie. Keep up the great work guys and I ll be seeing you in the future when I m ready for another Jeep again

Absolutely the best dealership I have dealt with (and I have purchased numerous vehicles). These guys do a great job from the point you walk in to well after you leave. Highly recommend Adam as he is well informed, not pushy and very responsive throughout the process. I just finished my 3rd purchase from them and I have zero complaints and many compliments about their sales or service.

My wife and I have purchased two vehicles from Erwin within the past year. We have purchased cars from other dealerships in the past and the experience we had at Erwin was the most pleasant. Our sales representative, Adam Fair, was very professional, honest and provided us good advice on our purchases. Another sales representative, Jeff Blackburn, was very courteous and informative. They have a nice selection of new and used cars. We are very happy with our purchases. Finance Officer, Jeff Gasson, was also friendly and informative. Jeff went above and beyond to obtain the best loan for our car. I would encourage anyone that reads our post to stop at Erwin Chrysler Jeep Dodge when shopping for a new or used car.

Sean was helpful as always. Answered all of our questions and even came in on his day off to finalize the sale. Sean called us today to follow up in case we had questions. We have purchased several vehicles from Erwin and will do so again if the need arises.

This was one of the best services we've received. We were a walk in, and out of state and they were able to take our oil change. It was done on a great timely manor, in and out in 30 minutes! and they even did one of our recalls. Thank you!!

Never again will I go to the service department here. After paying for my car to be fixed we left with the same issues we were having before. They told me to bring the car back. Once I did they informed me there was a different issue and wanted to charge me an additional 1500 after already paying for them to fix my car( which they failed to do) I refused for them to fix it AGAIN. when I picked my car up it now has more issues than it did when I took it in the first time. I only took it there because I assumed it was a computer issue. Not only am I out the 1500 they charged to fix my car, but my car still isn t fixed. And the sales rep had the nerve to try to talk me into trading it in I will never take my vehicle here again. Nor would I recommend them even to my worst enemy

Anyone in the Dayton area looking for a car, DO NOT go to this dealership. They sold us a car that was NOT properly inspected before placed on the lot, admitted to us that the intake guy was only a tire guy. Promised to fix what was wrong with car. Here we are, 4 months later. After the cars first trip to the service department, we get .5 miles away, service light comes on with a funny noise from my AC. Wait until a couple weeks ago to get a new radio which was promised in July, I had to call to ask if it was finally in since *crickets* from them. Take my car BACK in, to which we ve had to call numerous amounts of times for updates since we haven t heard a peep only to be told the radio actually wasn t in and they were still waiting. Fast forward to Friday, was told it needed to be programmed and we could get it Monday. Nothing. Not a word. Finally call today and was promised a call back. Shocking. Nothing. Call AGAIN only to be told the guy we ve been working with went to lunch. Head up there because I m done talking through the phone, to be greeted by no one, just stared at. The service manager did not acknowledge a word I said nor concern.

Great place to buy a car. Great selection and non aggressive salesmen that aren't pushy. Blake "the man" Bayliff aka Bayliff is the man you want to see. His genuine care for us and the buying experience was great. We highly recommend this dealership. Thanks for helping the wife get the car of her dreams!

Came in for an oil change and fuel filter, which was quoted roughly $450 give or take. It turns out to be almost $700. It's ridiculous how bad the quote was off. I'm very disappointed, I would definitely go somewhere else and save your money!

0 stars!! Horrible customer service! Our vehicle was under warranty and I called to get it in for a recall and asked to have an exhaust leak and transmission slipping issue looked at to see if it was something that was covered under the warranty. They NEVER told us there would be a diagnostic fee of $160! We already knew the issues and that what needed fixed. We only wanted to know if it was something that was covered under warranty. They said they couldn t tell us that until they looked it. If you have a vehicle with less than 40k miles under warranty you should not have to pay a diagnostic fee! This is just horrible customer service for Dodge! Especially if you have the issue fixed at that establishment. And Michelle was rude! I will never take my vehicle here again! I will drive an hour to Cronin in Lebanon for better service!!

I had the pleasure of working with Matt Stump during my process of leasing a car. At an extremely hectic period in my life, the process was very pleasant due to Matt's stupendous service. He spent a considerable amount of time asking me questions about my needs and what I was looking for so that he could genuinely find me a car that was fit to my unique style, credit/income, and practical day-to-day needs. Being from out of state and in dire need, Matt ensured that I could complete paperwork online - he made sure that I received the paperwork, walked me through it so that I understood all of the information detailed in the fine lines, and the appropriate areas were initialed and signed. Additionally, Matt set up all of the logistics so that my car could be delivered to me in a way that was both time and cost-effective. This genuine approach is what makes Matt stand out from any other car salesman and car buying experience I've had in the past. In the past, I have DREADED just the idea alone of buying a car and all the activities that go into the car-buying process, but my recent experience has changed my perception. I look forward to working with Matt again in the future, andI highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy, trade, or lease a car to work with Matt for their needs!

We recently purchased our ninth vehicle from Erwin. We drove from Georgia to Ohio to complete the purchase. Ron, Matt, and staff are always friendly, courteous, and always there to help. Our salesman Dave, was very good in keeping us informed by email or phone as we made our way north. Overall a very pleasant experience. We will buy our next car here also. Great job guys!!

I very much enjoyed the buying process. My sales rep was great with no pressure. However, I took my 2022 Durango in for its first oil change and was extremely unhappy with the service I recieved. When the removed my old filter on my v6 they dripped alot of oil across the air breather tube and the front of the engine bay by the hood latch. Then did not properly adjust the air pressure in the tires when they rotated them. After paying th 125$ for the oil change I went straight home and popped the hood and saw the oil all over the engine. I know it sounds petty, but this is just a lack of professionalism from the dealership that I paid 50k for a new suv from. I will never take it here for another service, very unprofessional.

We got our car from here in 2017 Blake is the one who helped us and sold us our car. Brought my little brother here last Saturday Blake took my brother's info sent us home and the next day Blake had a nice looking jeep picked out for my brother Blake and the team also had the paperwork all set up and ready to go on Monday so all my brother had to do was sign and we were out the door within a short time (Man was that nice considering I had my toddler with us). Thank you all so much for not wasting our time and making this easy for my brother.

Updated...Blake Maxwell has left Erwin and the service department has gone downhill. Although I have bought my last 6 or more cars there, my loyalty is to the salesman not the dealership. The service department is now hit or miss and has been more miss than hit.Blake Maxwell is the best salesman I have ever worked with and Olivia the best service rep. This is an amazing team to work with. They make you feel like family and appreciated. Thank you Erwin team.

Great car buying experience. My salesman Blake Maxwell was efficient and worked quickly to get me in the car that I picked out as well as recommending a great place to eat in the area. Luke the finance Mgr was very detailed when going over my paperwork and offered some tips to continue improving my credit score. I would suggest this duo to anyone interested purchasing a vehicle.

I went to this location to get an oil change and a tire rotation, it was easy to schedule an appointment and the staff was super friendly and helpful, it took about an hour but what I really liked was they did not try to sell me anything additional, they did exactly what I needed, the cost was about $112, as my vehicle uses synthetic oil, I didn't find that to be too unreasonable, I will be returning to this location for my next oil change.

I didn't need much more than information about my vehicle and my request was cheerfully granted without cost or delay. I only needed the build sheet for my 06 truck. The experience was very pleasant and should I require any other services I'll definitely go to Erwin as my first stop. Thank you service department!!!

Our car buying experience was fantastic. Blake Maxwell was exceptional. He helped us figure out exactly what we wanted. He understood what was important to my husband and what I wanted in a vehicle. Stopped in to look around and get aPrice. ALI was super nice and very helpful. At lot of used vehicles at extreme prices. A few new ones at higher prices than I can afford. The place and lot was clean and staff was eager to assist even if we didn't buy. We will be back.
