It was definitely worth the 3hr drive to Arbogast Ford to get my new car! Jamie was great He was super friendly, personable and very helpful he went over everything in the car with me, paired my phone to the Bluetooth and even got my phone holder set up where I wanted it that was above and beyond, and I really appreciated it.I got a fabulous deal on this vehicle trade, and I absolutely LOVE my new car!! It basically does everything except steer!Alyssa was also very helpful, and Dan in Finance was great too, making sure I understood everything.I definitely recommend this dealership for car-buying wants & needs you won t leave disappointed.

Today was the best experience of my life! It was my first time ever buying a vehicle by myself and I couldn't have done it without the help of Dave Arbogast Ford. My salesman was a gentleman named Dan Everett. He was the most helpful and honest saleman I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! If you're ever in the market for a new car and you want a great and honest experience, Dave Aborgast Ford is your answer. Thank you guys so much!

Well, I purchased 4 new tires today. And I will be honest. They looked rough. The tires were new. But are dirty as all get out. Then finding out they don't clean the tire of warehouse dust or dirt disappointed me greatly as this was for my wife's car that I bought through them. I am waiting to hear back from the service department on Monday to also see why I had a extra charge that was not expected. I can leave more details later. But want to give the service department time to respond. But in all honesty, I should not have to go wash the car multiple times and scrub dirt off of brand new tires. I am disappointed to the point I might be looking for a new car dealership over this.I would like to note. They do have a friendly team in the service and sales department.

Just recently bought a 2020 Ford Edge ST and had a great experience. Chris Todd was my saleman. I noticed once I got home that my rotors had grooves and the brakes were squeaking. Chris got me in with the service dept and they quickly examined and recognized the brakes needed to be replaced. Without hesitation they order new brakes and rotors for all 4 wheels, set me up with a loaner car. I had my car back the very next day with the repair completed w/o charge. They just won me over and I will be buying my next car here too. 5 star experience...Thank You!!!!

Great experience getting a car from these guys! I was fortunate and had Richard help me get a new car within my budget, and while that might seem 'normal' the previous dealership I went to was abysmal. Going to Ford Arbogast was the correct choice for me, and I'm happy to do business with them!

Excellent experience buying my daughter s first car. (2020 Mini Cooper S) We are located 3 hrs away and Dave Arbogast Ford was great to deal with getting details about the car before making the long trip. Alyssa and Dan responded back quickly and answered all the questions we had. The car was as advertised and described. Once at the dealership the salesman, Dan Everett, was great to deal with and made the experience for my daughter fun and exciting. The sales manager, Doc, met with us as well and thanked us for coming to Dave Arbogast Ford.Everyone at the dealership were polite, friendly, very professional, and great to deal with.We would definitely do business there again and highly recommend Dan Everett and the Dave Arbogast Auto Group.

I have used Joey Beckett for all my vehicle needs since 1989, I only purchase my vehicles from Joey and only service my vehicles with Joey as well. Joey is trustworthy and of high character , I have complete confidence in what he advises me on with my vehicles. I have had my vehicle in with Joey at Arbogast Ford now 3 times since November of 2023 and have had great service, Brittany Beckett advises me on my warranty concerns and recalls,I have complete trust in her as well, Mike, Gene and Dalton are part of Joey s team and that I have dealt with through the years. Awesome Team. Thank You for taking great care of me and my vehicles since 1989.

We was looking to get my wife a new car and had been researching online for months. We finally decided we was looking for a Ford Edge Titanium. We was excited to see one become available in our area at a reasonable price point. We scheduled a test drive with the dealership and when we showed up was greeted by Chris Todd. He had the car pulled up front, warmed up, and ready to go. After the test drive we knew this was the car for us. We were able to negotiate a better than advertised price and decided to purchase. The finance manager was great to deal with and helped us work down payment/monthly payments to amounts we were comfortable with. Chris joined us after the money part was complete and gave my wife a great introduction to the vehicle. Helped her pair her phone and answered any questions she had. He did all of this after the dealership had already closed for the evening. He has followed up to make sure we are still thrilled with our purchase and we are 100% satisfied. I would highly recommend going to Arbogast and seeing Chris if your in the market for a new/newer car. I will be hitting him up again when I'm ready to replace my car.

2 wonderful experiences on the same day with Parts Department and Service Department.1st time customer experience there. Stopped in to discuss changing oil in my Maverick and Service department got me scheduled with in a few days. Went in for the service and vehicle was taken into shop immediately. Josh pointed me towards the customer waiting lounge where there was coffee, water and that morning some fresh donuts.While I was waiting I had a few new parts I wanted to inquire about ordering from parts department. I was greeted by sales person, Gavin, that was very helpful in helping me locate parts that I was wanting to add to the Maverick. Instead of saying "it's not available for this vehicle" he understood by desire to do something that was out of the norm.Look forward to the great service in the future.

Had to leave Cincinnati to get the best experience. Doc and Ted gave me the best price. The few issues we had with the vehicle were immediately taken care of. Can t recommend this operation enough and would work with Doc/Ted again anytime.

We went to several car dealerships before ending up here. Joe Baker Jr is hands down THE BEST. He was personable and professional. He was not pushy. He was so kind to our children and to us. We had a couple issues early January with the service department when I took one of our work trucks in for a transmission leak. After reaching out I received an immediate response from Joey looking into the issue. After looking into the issues and concerns I advised him of, he immediately called me to fix the issue. Joey has been wonderful to work with throughout the process. His communication and care for the customer is top notch!!! Thank you Joey!!

I just bought a F150 from Arbogast Ford. The entire process was quick and easy. They are fantastic to deal with. My sales person, Joe Baker, is the best! He was very professional, sold me only what I needed, didn t push me on stuff I didn t want, and made sure I knew everything about the truck before I left. Thanks Joe!

Dave Arbogast Ford service department is amazing. Joey Beckett and his team are over achievers and take great care of their customers.My 2014 Ford Fusion had several recalls that needed addressed. I had just had surgery and was unable to take my car in. JB and the service department picked my car up at my home and dropped it off after all work was completed. They are amazing!!

I canceled the original Bronco order that I had with Germain Ford because they wanted to tack on $17,000 to my original order, for fair market value .I went to Dave Arbogast, and they were amazing to work with. They did not mark up the Bronco, and Zach (the sales manager, who I ended up working with) was amazing. He was always more than willing to update me on the status and had everything ready for me to pick it up within just a few hours of it arriving at the dealer. Highly recommended!

Darryl was the best! He made the process of buying a car easy & affordable. He knows his cars- and when you I told him the specifics of what i needed in a vehicle, he s got me taken care of right away. The dealership was quite comfy but professional, and Darryl was very impersonable, speaking to me as if we were lifelong friends. The whole process went smoothly and I WILL be recommending him and this dealership from now on.

Knowledgeable staff. Sale process was slick, but easy to get through. Dan is a hard working salesman who hustled to make sure we got the deal done. The sales manager and even GM met with me to make certain I was able to get a the truck I wanted. I knew what I wanted and the dealership delivered. I was treated fairly and the dealership made good on everything they said they would. I drove out from Columbus, and was not disappointed, I will definitely return.

Took my Lincoln MKZ to Arbogast Ford for service. Gene Jackson and Mike Taylor at the service desk were both very friendly and professional. I was recommended the Works Package, which was done very quickly and they even did a quick vacuum of my front seats! The service desk and waiting room were clean and comfortable. It was my first time visiting Arbogast Ford and definitely won't be my last. 100% recommend anybody getting their vehicle serviced or repaired to take it here!

My experience here special ordering my 2023 Ford Bronco was awesome throughout the entire process. My salesman Zach Cromwell was the best I have ever had. He was very friendly, always willing to answer any of my questions and kept me informed throughout the months leading up to my vehicles delivery. Overall everyone I worked with was great and made this the best vehicle purchasing experience I have ever had and I would recommend them to anyone.

I would rate them higher but it maxes out at 5 stars! My truck had an intermittent battery drain and from day one they were able to get me in when the local dealer in my area wouldn't see me for a month. They even showed me what work they had done and were doing to try a find the issue and even listened to me ramble about possible causes. Not only that but once a loaner was available they even bought it out to me since I didn't have a way to pick it up. I abbreviated this a lot because they did a lot of work to solve my issue and they really worked hard to get me my truck back. I really can't say enough good things about Gene and Dalton and the service department. They are now my go to for all my trucks servicing needs!

I started the purchasing experience last year. Chris Todd at Arbogast was with me for the entire time. Ordered my Bronco in March, and received it sooner than expected. Chris made many recommendations along the way that made my purchase very rewarding. Chris always responded quickly and spent plenty of his off duty time answering questions and supporting me through the process. The ideas and feedback he gave me on the customizations that we included were spot on. The company the use for these things did an excellent job. I spent a lot of money and I drove away very satisfied. We are now after purchase and Chris is still offering much support.

I highly recommend this dealership. The guys are all in matching attire which makes them easy to find. Ted Scisson, our salesman, is top notch! We ve bought so many cars from him. He is trustworthy and very kind. Definitely an asset to the arbogast brand.

Dealing with Ted Scisson was EXTREMELY EASY!!! I live 3 hrs away, so everything was over the phone, but it was just as easy as being 5 mins down the road. I highly recommend, the whole experience was great and straight up

I searched everywhere to find a specific F150 I was looking for I found a few different places but Dave Arbogast won out hands down from the moment I spoke with Richard he was polite and helpful wasn't pushy and didn't try to talk me into something that I didn't want I live in nc and wasn't sure about buying something so far away but Richard and the people at Dave Arbogast Ford made it so simple Ed the finance manager was great and didn't try to add extra things or try to keep talking me into extended warranties witch I have seen at almost all other dealerships had a small issue getting it tagged in nc but I reached out to Dave Arbogast ford and Ashley the office manager was so nice and helpful and got the issue taken care of I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years but I can truly say this was the best car buying experience I've ever had I highly recommend Dave Arbogast Ford
