This place is so awesome. The service department is out of this world amazing and accomidating. I booked an appointment for an oil change for a Tuesday. Mistakenly thought it was for Monday and when I went on that wrong day, they still took my vehicle in and did the job, not once blaming me for my mess up. I can't stress enough how great this dealeriship is all around.

These guys were very helpful, I brought my car in for an oil change/check-up. They squeezed me in, gave me the facts about my Buick, and I made it to Louisville safely- while following the advice I was given.

I was having issues with my 2011 equinox. I had it repaired then a month later another issue I got my car back to the dealership Mike took care of me and the technician fixed the problem. I am so happy and feel safe driving. I love my car and am so appreciative.Mike was very professional and did seem to care. My service tech was friendly, and the waiting area was very comfortable. I loved that I could get a fancy coffee drink and catch up on my social media scrolling in a comfy chair. When my car was done, they even vacuumed out my passenger floorboard! Great price and great service!

One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had. Jamie is amazing to work with. I have owned my vehicle for 2 years and every year I get a birthday and holiday card from him. I have gotten my car serviced and each time the experience is wonderful and welcoming.

I recently had a recall replacement that failed. I was extremely frustrated as anyone would be. They towed my car and fixed the issue immediately. I spoke with Casey Carpenter who was wonderful. He listened to my concerns and frustrations and he compensated me for the inconvenience.

Ethan you are the worst service consultant I have ever met who doesn't return any phone calls and keeps someone ls car for over 2 months and doesn't communicate with them ..... just wondering how you even got your job because of you arbogast prollay lost my business
