The whole experience was great. Ron assisted us right away even though we arrived right before closing. Mike was great with the paperwork and kept us laughing. Ron even called the next day to make sure my 2020 Cadillac XT4 met my expectation. It did!! And it got us home from Troy to Dayton in a snowstorm! I would recommend Dave Arbogast!!

Mike Force, My salesperson and the rest of the team at Dave Arbogast GMC have been incredible to work with. I found a vehicle online and Mike has been so professional, consistent with excellent communication, transparency and I found him to be an absolute pleasure to work with. He even handled the transportation of the vehicle to Utah and made sure I knew exactly what was happening throughout the process. If you're considering purchasing a vehicle from these guys, I would not hesitate and I would definitely ask for Mike Force.

I worked with Mike Cole to purchase my 2020 Cadillac XT4 and he was a total gem. I spotted the car on the website on Saturday the 30th and made an appointment to test drive it and a few others that afternoon. He was very patient and kind, even when I told him I was at the beginning of my search and was not ready to buy. Changed my mind, wanted the Cadillac, texted and called during a holiday, got everything set up and picked up the car yesterday! Their car wash was closed, so he took it to another car wash and paid so it would look perfect when I picked it up. Went over some of the bells and whistles with me before I left, which was very helpful. Texted him today with questions about a few of the features and he had me come over so he could go over them with me (again-lol). Mike made this experience so much fun for me and I highly recommend working with him.

Just purchased our 2023 Yukon XL from Dave Arbogast! Overall experience was great! Long wait time to close the deal but Erica made sure I was taken care of through all of it! Alex was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the finance side of things!Erica has been supportive even through some of the items I found a couple days later not up to par.If you want a great sales experience and looking for a car that no other dealership has I m sure they do, so go down and ask for Erica, she ll get you just what you need!

My experience here superceded my expectations of a car lot. Mark L. took great care in listening to what we were looking for in a vehicle. Jay in financing was a great help as well. I am grateful that I came here and highly recommend them to anyone. Great teamwork!

Dave Arbogast Ford recently performed service and installed an accessory on my Ford F-150. We are big fans of Joey Beckett and have followed him to the dealerships for which he manages the service department. Joey is always honest and trustworthy whenever we have our vehicles serviced. We ve even purchased new vehicles from the dealerships where Joey has worked. We first met Joey when he was servicing my elderly mother s Ford Fusion. Joey was so kind to my mother that we made the decision to only have Joey and his team work on our vehicles. Joey has a wonderful team also, especially Mike. I had a wonderful experience purchasing my vehicle at this dealership. I bought a conversion from Larry and it exceeded all expectations. It has made my mom life so much easier. All my kids love it. Everyone i talked to at Dave Arbogast was very kind. The process was simple. I got my van delivered to me, and even the delivery driver was fantastic! Highly reccomend.

Purchased a used 2018 Buick Enclave from Richard on Jan 12, and it was a perfect experience. Richard was patient as we drove multiple cars, and had started dialogue with him back in August of 2023. We stayed in touch throughout the process, and finally made a decision on this wonderful car. The whole Arbogast team was friendly and wanted to keep our concerns and budget restraint in mind without trying to push for something we couldn't pursue. We are extremely happy not only with the car we chose, but the whole process in getting there. Arbogast will be getting our business in the future, and they all deserve a heartfelt thank you from us!

Extremely Rewarding They went above and beyond expectations. Chance was amazing as the salesman .Dave assisted with loan & was totally awesome. The manager even came out & introduced hisself There also was a lovely young lady who installed the Buick App on my I phone !!! Now if thatIsn t excellent service @ a dealership I will eat my hat!

Just purchased a beautiful Chevy Express 1500 Van and I absolutely love it! Larry Oaks and the team really exceeded all my expectations. The sales staff was awesome. Knowledge about different vehicles was excellent and the test driving process was really simple. The closing of the deal through the finance department was really easy as well. Great experience! I hardly recommend Arbogast Buick and GMC

I bought a new Buick Encore in 2019 and is getting ready to buy a new one this summer. The service rep Mr. Lucas explained everything to me when my car was getting fixed. He kept me updated and offered me a loaner which I appreciated. I will tell my friends about the friendly service here at Dave Arbogast Buick.

Got a fair price for a great truck,they were so unorganized, and our salesman had a bad temper. I'm not going to get into it, but wow. If we didn't want the truck as much as we did, we would have left. I will never deal with him again.

Other than the wait for parts our experience was great, we bought a 2021 Acadia and a tire had metal in it, they removed the metal and there was a leak so they replaced the tire. Also when we left the dealership it seems overnight the exhaust had some issue, this was the part we waited for but all was done quick and at no charge once the parts came in. We are loving our new to us Acadia.

Service after the sale is important. Unfortunately at Dave Arbogast Buick GMC in Troy that experience is now very dissatisfying. Service for a simple oil change and tire rotation or a battery replacement can take 2 or more hours at a time. If you want a systems check you have to drop off your vehicle and can expect it to take days not hours. Very disappointing. Unfortunately and unacceptable. Time to move on.

I brought my SUV in for an oil change and tire rotation. That service was okay. However, my spare FOB that was returned to me looks like it was run over. It did not look like that when I gave it to the employee. I asked to speak with the service manager and he said it was only normal wear and tear. My FOB did not look like that when I handed it over. It is gouged and bulging out on both bottom sides. I will not bring my vehicle back to be serviced at your service facility or recommend your service dept. to anyone. I used to manage aJC Penney store and our policy was the customer is always right. There were times when I knew that the company was being taken advantage of but I still satisfied the customer. I am very upset that my FOB was returned to me in that condition and I m finished dealing with Arbogast.

took my truck in for service today when pulling in to the service entrance i was greeted right away. they check all my trucks lights and had it vacuum by the time i had gotten written up for my oil change . while waiting and watch the big screen tv eating lunch from the in-house cafe. they brought to my attention of some service's that i have forgotten about and where over do on and showed me some maintenance items that i didn't realize that was that bad. i agree to the repairs which will take a few hours to complete . they gave me a shuttle ride home and called they me later that day when it was done!! it drove like a new truck when i pick it up !!i had a great professional experience and will be returning in the future for all on my vehicles services !! thanks!!

The tech was quite polite and carefully listened to all my concerns and actually believes he has found a resolution for an issue I have been complaining about almost since I had my first service on it. The other techs we have had said they would research it or look into it and never resolved it. This guy said he would probably call me by the end of the week with the part I need to resolve the issue! We really appreciated his diligence!

The wife and I were heading home from Florida, with our 5th wheel camper in tow. While on our way back to Ontario, Canada, we ran into a DEF problem with our 2500 GMC. Upon reading the reviews about this dealership, we have to agree that it is a 5 star, if not more, GMC Dealer. From the time we arrived, being greeted professionally by Joey, to making arrangements with Hudson at Campers Inn RV next door, to park our RV. They gave us a spot on there lot with full hook ups, while the GM Dealer worked on our problem. The Mechanic Dave kept me apprised of everything that was going on. And was an absolute pleasure to work with on my issue. I'd also like to thank everyone here at the dealership for making us feel right at home.Thank you very much.

Excellent customer service. We had ordered a truck 2 1/2 years ago and after 18 months of no contact or updates from a different dealer I requested my down payment be returned. We started looking again and stopped by Dave Arbogast. Ryan Millsaps kept us updated throughout the entire process. The process started on 11/18/23 and we picked up the 2024 Sierra 3500 HD Denali Ultimate on 1/27/24. I would highly recommend Dave Arbogast, and Ryan!

Mat and Dan were the best. I paid less than asking and got the best bargain. I recommend everyone to check them out and talk to Mat to sell you a car. Service was great, took a week to do the purchase process and ship to me.

I have been with your dealership for over 10 years and have always brought my vehicles to be serviced there. In the past i would receive coupons for different things. No one told me anything about prices increases. I asked my service consultant before i got my oil changed if there would be any discounts or specials for black Friday, the only thing she said was it would be a 5% between set hours, well I receive that with military. I found on the internet that you have an offer for buy 2 and get i oil change for total of $149.95 and i was charged $90 for my oil change which I wasn't told in advance about price increase. I will be getting my oil change elsewhere and the offer for tires as well.

Apparently I started to do a review for this many years ago and never finished it... I've worked with Joe on another purchase last week. (Purchased a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland. It's a hit with the family ) It's nice to know that he's been there a long time and cares for his customers! He never steers me wrong and goes the extra mile when necessary. I highly recommend Dave Arboghast and if you get the chance to work with Joe, tell him hello and you saw this review! -11/2/23(Original review from 2 vehicles ago........)After searching various dealerships online, I went to Dave Arbogast and worked with Joe Bauman. This is the second car I've gotten from him. He was truly great and understanding. I had a hard time figuring out what I wanted and he was very patient with me and let me test drive a few cars, even in the bad weather. Their prices are very competitive and they helped me get the right car I wanted that would fit in our family budget. Thank you so much!
