I rarely write reviews, but STAY AWAY! Had my car here 5 times in 1 month for a repair that was not done correctly. Eventually told to sell my car. I had to dispute charges and then they boldly lied to credit card company about my character, which is not even part of the dispute. My daughter has been shopping for a new car. She called because she seen they had different ones in transit. She talked to Kevin, super nice and answered all her questions and had what she needed. I rode with her today to see it. A very pretty blue metallic Eguinox. She was going to be out of town for two weeks for business and was going to pick up after Z-Bart is applied after she gets back. They finished up all the paperwork and she was able to drive it home today and taking it back when she gets back. Everyone one there was so easy to deal with, no high pressure. Everyone should make sure they stop in for sure if looking for a new or pre- owned vehicle.

I do not recommend this dealer. I tried to buy a truck from here this last week. They ran my credit. My credit had a hard inquiry from it. Never heard back on if they could get me approved or not. Never heard back about anything to do with my trade in. In other words now I have a hard inquiry on my credit for absolutely no reason. Sales person was Chad. Lost my business and any future business I may have recommended. But thanks to Cronin in Lebanon I now have the truck that fits my needs. Definitely recommend Cronin in Lebanon.

Since moving to Troy 2 years ago, we have been using Chevrolet of Troy as our primary place for car service. The service department is professional and friendly. It is through our experience that we got to know Mitch as we needed our cars detailed. Mitch has become the only person we allow to wash and detail our cars. His work is meticulous. If you haven't had your car detailed in some time, don't waste your money with anyone else...call Mitch.Service: Auto detailing

I purchased a vehicle here on Monday, May 14th and on the way home I discovered there was a brake issue with the car.I contacted Dillon, the sales rep, on Wednesday and explained the problem. Since I was leaving town the following day he was able to work with the service manager and get new rotors and brake pads replaced on the vehicle.Thanks for the quick attention to getting what could have been a serious problem corrected.

I want to give a shout out to the service department for helping out my daughter today. She had just purchased a newer Chevy Equinox and was driving it to a friends house up north for the weekend. It kept stalling on her for a few miles and I told her to bring it to the nearest Chevy dealer since it was under warranty still. She arrived and Joe Johnson service department immediately diagnosed it with a bad cam sensor. They quickly replaced the sensor and sent her on her way. In my opinion this shows loyalty, outstanding customer support and willingness to help a chaotic situation like this in a moments notice. Thank you to Joe Johnson service Department for the quick response and pleasant customer service.

Wonderful service, and great experience on buying a new car. They kept me informed all the way, about it. Because I had to wait for a new one, due to no cards came in from China. But when they did they called me to tell me.

Terrible service. Terrible people. They were rude to my grandma and drove her car to the back lot and told her she couldnt get it and then made her walk all the way to the back to get it and shes on oxygen and shouldnt be doing all that. Plus on top of that the radio was messed up when we got it back and they said it would be $100 just too look at what they broke in the first place. Never go here.
