Our sales person was Jessie he was patient and attentive with our concerns and needs. Chad the sales manager was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure we were satisfied. Taylor took care of us at the financial end was great as well. Overall we had a wonderful experience and walked away with exactly what we wanted.

I'm an hour away from this dealership, didn't have a scheduled appointment, was not considering buying, just looking. . . So I thought until Joseph helped me out in finding the perfect truck and at the price that worked for me. I have Chevy dealerships near my house, but they were not able to get me behind the wheel with the deal like this one here. Everyone was courteous from the beginning. My friends and family know that is the location to find there next vehicle!

I arrived for my scheduled test drive, and the person I had scheduled with was no longer there. Despite them not knowing I was coming, the sales team treated my husband and I very well. Kevin had the car ready to go in a matter of minutes. The entire process was so easy, and was relatively quick. Kevin did a great job of walking us through the process, and soon after we were on our way in our new vehicle. I highly recommend Kevin and Chevrolet of Troy dealership.

My daughter just made her first real car purchase. Kevin B. was her salesperson and he did a fantastic job walking us through the entire process. From the test drive through delivery of her vehicle, Kevin made her and I both feel relaxed with no pressure, and the next day, she drove her own car home with a smile on her face! New to the area and to the Chevrolet family, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. I was surprised with the availability and made the appointment.Upon my husband's arrival, I got a text and was told to reach out if anything was needed while my vehicle was being serviced. I was excited that things were going so well. Then HELL broke out.My husband calls to tell me that a bolt broke off and they've stop working on the vehicle. He then said, in order to get it fixed, the price was $3600.The manager called the dealership where I brought the vehicle in Jan 2024, and told them that they sold me a car that the bolt was over tightened and crossed threaded.Who does that?She was very combative and said she would recommend my husband get back in the car and drive it right back where he bought it .Again who does that?When questioned, she back tracked those words. She even tried to use my warranty to fix what was broken while at the Troy dealership.Unheard-of right?Finally, another technician came and was able to unscrew the broken bolt and it was not cross threaded.We paid for the oil change service. Based on my service, I would not recommend anyone to this location or brand.

The entire team at Chevrolet of Troy did a wonderful job helping us find the new vehicle we wanted. They even had to go out of state to procure the vehicle. The sales team of Tom and Joseph were great to work with throughout the entire process. They were low pressure, straight forward and kept the lines of communication open which complimented our buying style perfectly. Dillon kept everything simple and answered questions as needed when it came to all the financing and extended warranty. This dealership is over 40 minutes away from us and I would drive that far again for this level of service and highly recommend others do the same for your next automobile purchase.

Jordan is a great sales associate to work with! He is very personable and respectful. He is willing to put in the extra work to accommodate any request. Working with Jordan is NOT the normal pushy and rude salesman experience, I truly felt respected by him. Furthermore I had a great interaction with Vincent (one of the mechanics).Be aware that management is firm on their prices for used vehicles, but that is their right to stick to the advertised offerings.

I found the exact Silverado RST I was looking for at the absolute lowest price I could find in the greater Cincinnati/Dayton area.Kevin Bauer did a fantastic job making sure the truck properly received leather and other add-ons. IF YOU RE SEARCHING FOR A DEALERSHIP PLEASE READ!I recently had a terrible experience with this dealership. They tried to pull a monopoly scam, claiming I won $1000 on a pull tab game sent in the mail, only to give me a cheap Chinese knockoff smartwatch instead.I usually throw these ads in the trash but felt like maybe Ill give it a shot. I called ahead of time to make sure it s not a scam so I called and talked to a manager on the phone.Upon speaking, I asked if this was a scam which he replied no . I asked if I actually won and he explained that depending on what I pulled that I either won 1 of the the 7 prizes they had. The tabs I pulled were a $1000 winning ticket. He said when I come in that i will fill out a piece of paper and he will give me what i won.After coming in and eventually wasting my time, he said I won a smartwatch. It s basically an unethical scam to get you in the dealership so they can sell you a vehicle. I was looking to get a new truck and SUV for my family early next year but after this experience I will not be coming here. Had they actually been honest and trustworthy then they would have gotten my business but I guess thats the scammy car dealership world we live in.I recorded the call and took pictures of everything so Im just going to submit the stuff I have to the BBB and FTC. Had they not lied on the phone I would not have proof but thankfully I record calls like this when I deal with potentially scammy people. Hoping this wouldn t be that situation but it was. I overheard about 2 other people in there as well getting told the same thing. An older lady and older man both were told and I quote well you won a smartwatch but not the prize shown. They order a huge box of these $2 Chinese knockoff watches and give them to you hoping you buy a car because after all, that $500 they spend on the watches they make off 1 person.I know there are positive reviews because of course they will help you and be nice when you re spending money with them. I just think this unethical and scam tactic is a waste. Save your gas and time and go elsewhere. Keep in mine I never leave reviews unless I have a really good or really bad experience and this one was a bad one. Best of luck to anyone reading this in their car search! BE AWARE!!!!

It was quite the haul to get to the dealership but worth it. Got the truck I wanted and worked with me to make it happen. My sales person Carrie was a jem to work with and would highly recommend her to anyone going there. I have bought several vehicles in my life time and she was hands down the best I have ever worked with.

Kevin was most helpful in getting us the vehicle that we wanted. He answered all of our questions on purchase versus leasing and got us the best deal available. He personally checked out the vehicle and made certain that it was in great condition for us. He took the time to go over the specifics of the vehicle and got us signed up for OnStar. We took our truck in to get serviced (oil change, tire rotation,) and find out what was wrong with it. It cost $209.19 to find out it needed $6000 in repairs and wasn t even serviced. We then took it to a more local service shop and they are charging us just over $1000 to do the repairs. We figured something was up after it became Chevrolet of Troy because the oil changes and tire rotations on our Tahoe went up $50. Literally $50 for the same service when it was Joe Johnson. Unfortunately because of all this, I doubt if we bring our business, both servicing our vehicles and purchasing vehicles, there anymore.

***Not sure who in the dealership wrote the comment. A name would be great to contact as I called the dealership and they were not able to direct me to anyone able to help with the issues I m having. The dealer also has my number P108 is my purchase order number.I just want to share why myself and others I have told this story to won t be looking to Chevrolet of Troy to purchase a vehicle.First off I want to thank Ann and Parker in the service center who tried to help me the best they could. Though I will never buy a car from the dealership I would be happy to give guys in the service center my business. The sales and used car departments were very reluctant and unwilling to help with the issues I found myself in.I bought a 2020 Colorado with 123,000 miles. In the end my total price I payed was $23,000 something. I was delighted with it. My first truck in fact. I test drove it and it seemed like it was in good condition.The next morning (a Thursday)after buying the truck I started it up and the serpentine belt was chirping really load. It was annoying that that would need replaced. I then got on the interstate and when I got up to 75-80mph the truck was starting to shake which was very concerning to me. I contacted the dealer that night to get it in to see what might be the cause. They were able to get me in the next day. They informed me that the belt would need replaced and that the shaking was coming from tires with cupping and uneven wear. They would need replaced 1,098$I was really disappointed at this news they said they would get in contact with the managers and see what they wanted to do to help me as I literally bought the truck that Wednesday and it was Friday. I knew that neither the belt or the tires would be covered on a warranty but was hoping they would help if not cover some of the cost. I told them to hold on the truck until they could atleast change the belt as it was not a joy at all to drive with the belt chirping. The service center told me that they could at least cut their labor price for the belt replacement on Monday.Now I will say that the used car manager did help cover the cost of the belt (this is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1)but was unwilling to help at all with the tires.In my mind it must have been a miss on the dealerships part. I didn t experience the shaking when I test drove the truck as the traffic was heavy on the interstate. I figured that if the dealer would have know the state of the tires they would have already had the tires changed before the truck was on the lot. I m not a car mechanic and I just see good tire tread and think the tire is good. I was trusting in the reputation of Chevrolet of Troy that the truck was in good of a condition that it could be. It is also very easy to look up and find that it is not safe to drive a vehicle with cupping which is another reason why the dealership should have changed the tires as it is a vehicle with a safety issue.This whole time I have never accuse anyone of trying to pull a fast one. I ve stayed pretty calm hoping that they would see they missed some things and would make it right since they are all about customer satisfaction.Not happy that I will have to be putting another 1000- 2000$ into a truck I ve barely driven and for something that I believe the dealer should have made right when it was brought to their attention.Back to the service center. They wanted to help me with the tires when sales and used car managers would not. They were t going to charge me labor and would try and find a good deal on tires for me. In the end I told Parker and Ann to not worry about it. It s not the cost that annoys me the most is the principle of the whole matter and I did not want them to get stuck with the bill when it should have been the used cars department.I was told from the dealership At some point my cost of ownership has to end and yours begins. Really disappointed.

Neil Didier was very knowledgeable of the technical aspects of the Equinox and actually paired my wife's and my cell phones for us. He was also well versed in the business aspects of the sales transaction. I was also happy to deal with Taylor Stevens going over what, although very important, can be very boring financials.

Our first visit to Chevrolet of Troy resulted in our first purchase there. We knew what we were looking for when we got there. We found Christopher Foxx, our sales guy. He introduced us to the 2024 Silverado we were there to see and gave us all the details. We had a great no pressure, no haggle and fun experience with Chris and crew. Highly recommend! We will definitely return to Chevrolet of troy the next time we are in the market for a new vehicle.

Josh went above and beyond the call of duty in helping us with our new car. He took my calls night and day, even on his day off and weekends, to answer all my questions. He is super friendly and extremely helpful filling in my lack of knowledge. He was very patient with me and made me feel like an important customer. I think you should give him a raise!
