New to area and stumbled upon the nicest bunch of repairmen that I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Fixed my tire leak and didn't even charge me. They do lots of other work at very reasonable prices. I'm thankful to have found them, and they will be my go to for me and family members in the future. Thanks Bob & crew. See ya again soon.

So glad my dad recommended this place to me. The owner was super friendly over the phone, quoted getting my brakes replaced at a much lower price than others in the area and was able to get me in the same day for next day pick up. To my surprise I receive a phone call from the friendly mechanic, Eddie, 2 hours later that he and Bob got my car done and it's completely finished and ready for pick up! I had them do an oil change as well. All for a great price and great customer service. They have a new and loyal customer out of me. Shady operation, be cautious. They diagnosed my transmission leak incorrectly as a power steering leak. They ended up doing more harm then good by tearing into something that didn t need replaced and charged me a boat load for their nonsense. Had to bring my vehicle back 3 separate times for them to try and correct their mistakes and still couldn t get it figured out. Ended up going to another shop who did a proper diagnostic and paid a fraction of what I gave these guys to damage something that was working fine. Don t leave vehicle with them or you will be left out of the loop, make sure you supervise the work done. Waste of time and moneyService: Engine repair

I have always had really good service with Bob's,,they are very honest about what needs to be done to your vehicle and not feed you a bunch of extra costs that don't need to be done. I have been doing business with them for at least 5 years or more and will continue to. The bigger the business is not always the best option..take time to talk to them about your vehicle concerns and give them a chance to see if they can help you. You may be surprised at what you learn through their conversations and knowledge. An auto repair shop that doesn't take advantage of women or people without auto repair knowledge.

This place is awesome. They are fast and yet thorough. Most of all and best of all they are honest. When Bob called he told me the price of the job. Which was fine. It was waaaaay lower than we all had expected. Then he called back and said the totaled was wrong. It was actually LOWER than what he told me. I about fell over. He could have never told me and I would have never known. That has made me a Bob's customer for life. That kind of honesty in today's business world is rare. Keep up the good work guys. You gained a new and loyal customer!

These guys got me in the shop two days after I called and let me use my own parts, and the labor was $50-$100 cheaper than other places that I called. They were also able to get/make me new hoses because my original hoses wouldn't fit on the new radiator they were installing. On top of that they are some of the friendliest mechanics I've met. They did a great job and I'm very pleased.

Very polite and straight forward. Had my water pump replaced and oil changed on my 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee. It was very reasonable price about 100$ less then anyone else in town. Took little over 3 hour very satisfied with service. will return for future maintenance

Had clutch replaced in my Kia. Got it back and another issue had accured that caused the replacement of clutch. Brought it back and Bob looked into the issue, and explained and showed me the issue he discovered. Drives and shifts great, just like when I first bought the car. Treated good by his dad that works in the office. Great job to those involved. Bob called me before he did any major work on my Kia, and upfront on possible costs. Little expensive, but worth it. He gave me a good price compared to other shops. At least I'm excited to drive it again, and not looking at it broke in my drive way. Thanks fellas.

Bob always takes care of us whenever we go, and will actually explain things they do to the car and is patient with your questions. Never tries to oversell. Would highly recommend if you want quality

05/01/2020, repaired my 3013 Honda CRV at Bob's shop. great work! his reviews show Bob's shop is a professional and honest place. it is indeed. Bob quote me $325 + tx, the final total is $321.4! will come to Bob's place next time.

I have been taking my vehicles here for nearly 10 yrs. Bob Jr & and Sr are straight up honest guys who have never taken advantage of me or my family. Best service and rates in town.

Fixed my tire for cheap, and quick. The only bad thing was they seemed to be talking down to me, like I was stupid. I think it's because I'm a woman. But it was good service, cheap, and very fast

I've been going to Bob's for a few years now, since I moved to Troy, and received excellent service for a fair price. It's an old fashioned family atmosphere that provides honest work and very friendly service.

Bob's great, so is his dad. If your in a bind, let them know ahead of time and they'll give some options. Family works there, you see 3 generations as soon as you walk in. Good people.
