Walked in on Easter and found a very clean and well organized store. Was able to easily find the things I needed and Heather sold me on a couple things I didn t know I was going to get but she was so friendly I couldn t say no. Thanks for being open and my experience was great at the Troy location.

I came in having no idea what I needed for my wiper blades. Jay greeted me with a big smile and even helped me find the exact ones i needed for my car. After showing me the wiper blades that would last (and good for the winter season) Jay checked me out and got me a warranty And just when i thought he couldn't be any more helpful he came outside and installed my wipers for me (still with a big smile)I'm not a car person. Jay made this super simple. I will definitely be back for any other car needs Thank you Jay!

I was experiencing an odd engine noise with my Honda CRV in Sept, on the Thursday before our Labor Day camping trip. I took the vehicle to 5 different mechanics in Troy for inspections. I got varying results, and one of the mechanics quoted me a super expensive bill that didn't address the engine noise. Feeling completely frustrated, I finally stopped in at Advance Auto Parts for oil, and explained my adventures. The gentlemen took the time to hear my woes, then mentioned another mechanic, and made a call to the owner to see if they could fit me in then and there. The owner agreed and worked miracles. He inspected and diagnosed my issue and had it fixed within 24 hours!! It was such a relief to have a safe, working vehicle and we continued our camping trip as planned. Made some great memories. And it was all because of the support I received from the guys at Advance Auto Parts.

I had a problem with an online order. Blake went out of his way to take care of me and solve my problem. I have been a dedicated customer for decades and will continue to be, because of experiences like this. Too bad more businesses don't have a Blake and provide this high level of genuine customer service.

Good people, good service. This morning i was looking for a part for an older vehicle and they didn't have it. The employee not only called their other stores to get it (would have been the afternoon) called a competitor and I was able to go there right away. That's service, thank you. I will return.

These guys know their stuff and they'll do whatever they can to save you a few bucks if you need to. Went in to make sure my dead battery was truly dead and Shane was on it, and yes, he ended up saving me about $30. I'd recommend this store any day.

Scott W.is a very knowledgeable manager definitely should be promoted greeted me when I walked in the store made me feel like I was more than just some guy strolling in who hope they didn't buy anything. Sew-in short very knowledgeable great experience

There was a time this would be the only store I would use. Anymore the staff isn t up to snuff. I fee they should know (at least what I know if not) more than I do about vehicles. Maybe not too bad tho.

Went in because of the free installation of wiper blades. Scott looked up the part number, rang me up and installed then in less than 10 minutes time from when I walked in the door. Price in the blades was better than the Meijer price too. So happy I was able to: save money; save 30 minutes of cursing at the car; and prevent 4 scraped knuckles.

It's an okay parts store at the best. I have had both success and failure here. I won't buy brake parts here anymore, as per to many issues. My mechanic purchased and installed a starter from here which was bad. Ended up being a nightmare.

Ask for brandon! He knows his stuff. Great store I pay the little extra to buy local instead of online because the knowledge. The patience they have with my lack of experience is worth it. Thank you.

They have good parts and big three all have comparable price my only complaint is i waited for awhile to receive help and then i had to basically look up part that being said i can very well so

Asked for assistance, young kid just directed me & walked away. Couldn't find what I needed so as I was leaving I was asked if I found what I needed, I answered "no, I needed help & didn't get it, I'll go down the road & get the help, thank you" & I walked out. They were not busy at all...
