I never find car buying a pleasant experience. The stress of spending twenty plus thousand dollars is never fun period and every time i'm looking for a car i'm worried about how long it's gonna last. We found a CX-5 online and went to Yark Mazda to check it out. Gary met us in the lot within a few minutes of our arrival. Less than ten minutes later we had keys and were ready for a test drive. From beginning to end, the whole experience was great. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Gary never trash talked other dealers or possible vehicle choices. He was personable, friendly and helpful from beginning to end. The minor issue we had with the car (a spray cleaner applied in the interior and not wooed up properly) was taken care of while we went through financing and signed papers. It was one of the 2 best car buying experiences I've ever had. This is our first Mazda and first Yark experience, but ot won't be our last. If you need a a hassle free car-buying experience, give Gary a shout.

I had a fantastic experience at Yark Mazda! I brought in my Mazda to fix a strange noise, and they quickly identified and addressed the issue. The service was not only fast but also professional. I highly recommend them for their service.

Never had I had a more seamless car purchasing process in my entire life.Seriously. I'm impressed. The test drive. The finance approval. Done. No missed steps. Purchasing a car shouldn't be more complicated than that, and these guys didn't miss a beat.James and Tyler made it a point to expedite the entire process from start to finish specifically because we had 2 young kids with us (2 and 4 years old). Time is everything nowadays, and they treated ours like it was sacred ... even have the car ready for us when we pulled up. Upon arrival to the very end of driving off the lot, we were there for less than an hour. This is really a gem of a place here in West Toledo, and we'll be coming back in the future.Our 4-year-old thanks you for her new "green big playcar!"

Yark Mazda in Toledo has got to be the best in the Ohio-Michigan region. James was very knowledgeable and informative regarding my new Mazda CX-30. I appreciate his expertise as well as that of Tyler, the finance manager. They made my car buying experience the smoothest I've ever encountered. Everything went off without a hitch.

I knew exactly what I was looking for and Yark Mazda had the best offer. Nicholas made the process so smooth for me. This was my first time financing and it was nice to feel like they were intentional about customer satisfaction. Very happy with what I purchased.

Twelve year old Abraham here leaving an exquisite review for Gary, he knew all about the cars plus how to make us laugh He opened the doors for us, and barely left us unattended. He didn t give us any bad looks or attitude for just going to look at a car, and he still treated us as if we were going to buy a car. Come check them out and ask for Gary if he is not at the door waiting for your visit, but I m very unhappy with it not being packed so please come on and check them out.

I had an oil change done at Yark Mazda! Zach was awesome and took care of everything. They had my car done in less than an hour. They also topped off fluids and did an inspection. I would highly recommend Zach and his team!

Not happy with service after a few weeks, manager not interested in pleasing customers or valuing their time. I will not return and I filed BBB complaint for noises and recorded issues for future dealership. Calling Mazda corporate next.

My Mazda needed a repair. The entire process was easy and efficient. They made the repair, never tried to push additional repairs. Listened to my needs and communicated every step via text. Even received a video of my car afterwards detailing the repair. Zach was polite and assuring. Definitely recommend Yark Mazda.

I had a dead battery and drove in from Napoleon . Zach and his team are amazing they worked me in to get a new battery and oil change and I was back on the road by 2:30pm. Thank you so much working me in on a hard day all the while being short staffed. Mazda is top notch!!

My first time at Yark on CentralI didn t have a bad experience at Yark just was disappointed. Normally after my car gets a maintenance service my car gets washed. Not Match 19, I was told to sit in the waiting area and wait until my car was finished, No offer of TV on or coffee, water etc I am satisfied with my car for sure.

Kevin was great I told him what i was looking for two months ago and Kevin called me when He found it.I wish I had an extra key fob but i can get one .This can happen with these Auction Cars.I wish I could have got a bit lower on the asking price Kevin tried but Yark would not bugge . Kevin Stengle is top notch.Yark did a fine job of providing me with a clean Car and at a good price

Last week we were passing through Toledo while heading home to the Toronto area in Canada.. Our SUV acted up on the highway and we barely made it to the Yark Mazda dealership. We were so lucky to find this amazing dealership to help us with our stressful situation being so far from home. The staff helped us right away and we felt very reassured that we were being looked after carefully. Zach (if I remember his name correctly) was so considerate and kept us updated with the testing they were doing. We were treated with honesty and compassion for the situation we were in. We ve had three Mazdas in our family and will continue to always purchase a Mazda. If I lived in the Toledo area, I would be sure to purchase my next Mazda from them. In all honesty, we left feeling more than fortunate that we found Yark Mazda to help us out in such a difficult situation. Everyone was amazing and we are truly thankful for their kindness and excellent service !

Nick and Tyler were absolutely phenomenal with helping me in my car buying process. Normally people dread dealing with cars sales people but not here at yark mazda. From the test drive to answering all of my questions they were kind and very helpful. I highly recommend buying a Mazda from them if you want a smooth and painless experience.

Noticed that my front cross member was corroded on my Mazda 6. Upon further research I seen that Mazda had a recall on that particular issue. Called out to yark and talked to a gentleman named Zach. He was very helpful and insightful. Had me reach out to Mazda roadside to pick my vehicle up and drop it off. Gave me a loaner. They replaced the entire front sub frame within a couple days. Very impressed with how Mazda handled this all. Bravo Yark!

I traded in a Honda for an Acura that Yark had. Nicholas Pizzato was my sales agent and he made it as painless as he could. I was particularly surprised that, when there was a delay having to do with my trade-in, he let me drive the car I was buying to go get lunch etc. while we were all waiting. And he tossed in a full tank of gas on the new car. I d certainly work with him again!

They are excellent in receiving customers. They listen to all the problems and suggest the optimal and cheapest solutions. They also recommend other places and what s good for the vehicle. I strongly recommend one to get your vehicle fixed here

I recommend this place to everyone! Dont go anywhere else and get you an affordable car here! They will make sure you understand the concept of whatever you are doing! From leasing to financing a car there going to make sure your monthly payment is comfortable for you with your corporation.

In my third year with the CX30. Love the car, right size for urban parking. Comfortable and powerful enough long distance tripping. Handling is always spot on, designed around the driver's seat. As with every Mazda I have owned, only normal wear items have been replaced.

Our family just purchased our first Mazda. We were looking to replace an 11 year old Honda and had heard about the quality and reliability of Mazda. After a lot of research, we had our eye on a CX-90 and decided to pull the trigger. I had driven by the dealership earlier in the day and saw the vehicle was still in the yard, but covered with ice and snow. I called and spoke to James Diaz in the sales department and let him know we wanted to stop for a test drive. When we got to the dealership, the car was cleaned off and warmed (first test passed). We took the vehicle for a highway and city test and decide to purchase. No car buying experience is necessary enjoyable, but James answered our questions and didn't pressure us. We went back and forth over the purchase price and our trade eval, eventually settling on what we thought was a fair deal. While we finished signing paperwork, the dealership finished prepping the vehicle. James spent all the time we needed to answer all of our questions and if we needed anything in the future we could call him. Everyone at the dealership made us feel welcome and that they wanted to earn our business. Time will tell on the new vehicle, but I would recommend Yark Mazda for the buying experience. Hoping any service needs are way in the future!

I love Yark Mazda. I took my car in for an oil change and they were fast and gave me pictures of the underneath of my car. They keep me up to date with any maintenance I need. I don t have to worry. They take care of everything. Oh, and they have loaner cars if you need one as well.

Mazda 3 sedan was in for brake work, specifically, rear brake replacement. Work was done in about 2 hours. Service advisor was informative & friendly. So far, no issues with repair.
