Bought a brand new 2023 Cherokee L November of 2022 and was rear ended just weeks later, fairly light hit. I returned the business to the dealer despite what my insurance company advised. I thought this would be the best bet for fast quality service at the time. Fast track to today 12/29/23 my car is still there . OVER a year later .Update 01/09/24 .my car was ready for pickup I spent 15 minutes looking it over before I decided it s best to leave it. Management response to the loose rear bumper assembly shown in the picture . They come like that this is only a few of the pictures taken in those 15 minutes.

Brought my car in to get checked, Craig Siry service advisor very friendly and knowledgeable. Got me checked in till I get my car back, Maybe in a couple of days call me up. Told me what was going on with it. When I came to pick it up he walked me out to the car to show me exactly what was going on with it and explain to me what I need to do what was causing the issue. I'm very satisfied and the car performs like it's supposed to now. Thanks Craig and your service tech

Richie and his team guy in camo Dave and Graham were with me every step of the way on a seemingly difficult transaction where they purchased the truck I wanted from Kentucky and got it shipped to me in Texas. They did all this seamlessly and were there for me every step of the way. They genuinely looked out for me. Professional and honest these guys knew their job inside and out! If any of their bosses read this Give them a pay raise! These guys are Awesome!!!

The Yark mechanics worked hard to get to the root cause of the problems on my 2021 Jeep Gladiator, which after it took some time for the parts to arrive from the manufacturer, they provided me with a loaner vehicle, so that my life was only slightly disrupted, my Jeep was repaired right the first time and I was very pleased with the results, they were very thorough and got the job done. Thank you for your hard work and standing by your customers! And your warranty! Great job!

I have had nothing but phenomenal experiences with Yark! So far, I have been here for 3 oil changes + tire rotations and 1 frame replacement.These people are easily the best in town when it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair!

Absolutely fantastic experience! Guage is an excellent salesman. He got me a beautiful factory ordered Jeep Gladiator Mojave, cheaper than anyone else by a country mile. Not to mention they really valued my time and got me in and out the door in less than an hour to enjoy my new truck. 10/10. Will definitely be coming back for any future Jeep or Mopar purchases.

Needed recall work done. Everyone was so helpful, even when parts were running a bit behind. Additionally, they provided a free shuttle service to ensure our day kept running on schedule. They constantly kept me updated via phone calls, texts and even video. Very happy with the service!

This was hands down the poorest customer service I have ever experienced at any auto service place. I had an appointment schedule for a Friday morning. I called 15 minutes before the closing time to be met with their voicemail letting me know they were closed. I did leave a message and the Service person, Dave did call me back the next morning. When I asked him about my vehicle, he told me it had not even been brought in yet to be diagnosed. He then proceeded to tell me that when you schedule an appointment, that does not guarantee it will be seen, that just enters it in the docket to be seen. It could take an undetermined amount of time. When I asked if he thought that should have been something he communicated to me, he acted like it was business as usual. He then proceed to tell me that the tech scheduled to look at it is off that day and no one would be looking at it until Monday. Again, I asked if he thought that should have been communicated, again, he acted like it was business as usual. I did get pretty upset in that moment and I told him I had to call him back to discuss if I wanted to leave it or come pick it up at that point. I opted to leave it there as I needed the repairs completed. He did end up calling me on Monday morning to give me the info on the diagnosis and I agreed to the service to be completed. He said, we will have to order one of the parts but we should have it in and done the next day. The next day came and again no one called me. I called at 3 in the afternoon and left Dave a voicemail. after an hour, I called the main number back and spoke with someone who then told me Dave was off that day. I then asked if my vehicle was completed and if anyone would have called me if it was? She got flustered and speechless, checked the computer then quickly transferred me to a Sarah. Sarah did not pick up and did not return my phone call. I called the next day around 11:30am. Again, no answer from Dave so I left another messaged. I then called the main number who they then transferred me straight Dave who finally answered. I told him, I called yesterday and never heard anything. His answer was, your car is done, I was off the previous day due to being sick, giving the impression that it was completed the day before and no one contacted me. When I went in to pick up my vehicle, not a single person in the service area asked if I need anything until a man came from another room in the back. To top it all off, I picked my vehicle up and the problem that I took it in and paid to have repaired, was not fixed. Poor Communication, Poor Service, No Transparency with service and timelines, and certainly not valued as a customer. I would not recommend this location for anyone unless you wanted to be treated as a number or a dollar. First and last time customer.

Ryan was great to work with! He helped me understand what was happening with my car! He ensured me that this was a great option and it would be done in a timely manner. Ryan was incredibly helpful and kind to me and my significant other. He helped answer all my questions and explained anything I needed. Thank you again for your great service! I cannot recommend this dealership enough! Collin worked seamlessly and cohesively together from start to finish . They communicated with me and one another constantly, keeping me on the same page. I am so excited for getting my Ram back up in running after dealing with other Ram dealership that couldn t fix or diagnose the issues , and I felt confident with my repairs from YCJDR ! I signed a 3 year lease for a 2021 Rubicon and was told today that it was a 4 year lease. I feel taken advatage of because the salesman Anthony told me it was a 3 year lease. They basically told me one thing verbally and had me sign a 4 year lease! I trusted this company that what they were telling was true, and it was not. Be careful shopping here. Today I spoke with the manager (who tried to say I was yelling at him, to avoid accountability) and he told me there was no one else I could speak to, other than him. His demeanor makes me feels as though he knows what is going on and covers it up. He then said, we have it all in writing. I am sure you do. There were about 40 pages of documents and my mistake was trusting these car salesmans to have integrity and actually put in writing the same things they tell you verbally. I have multiple vehicles and this is the first dealership I have ever worked with that was so deceitful and full of it. I wish there was a way to speak with the owner so they would know of these types of practices but the manager said he is the only person I can speak to. I plan to speak with an attorney about this experience. Please everyone be careful when you lease a car from this place because they are not truthful when it comes down to it. Dont fall victim to this scam. I will keep the truck another year but at the end of the day, I have 7 cars and they just lost a really goos customer. My intital plan was to keep upgrading my vehicle with Yark but I will NEVER shop at this place again. I'll take my business elsewhere because this is unfair. Proceed with caution when shopping here! Big scammers.And to respond to you all- yes I did sign the paper work after sitting in the dealership for 7 hours. I trusted that what I was told was accuarate and it was not. I was not presented with the form of payment I used for this down payment and at the end of the day I DONT CARE about the paper work you all have. That is what scammers do, they cover their tracks. I am not denying signing the paper work, I was deceived while signing the paper work is my argument. At the end of the day, keeping the truck is NO BIGGIE- I PROMISE YOU. But I bet with these faulty practices- you all will not be in business long. You just don't do people like this. I will stick with GM/Cadillac etc where I am use to. This was my first and last experience with Yark. I will stick to luxury, at least they dont do this type of stuff. Have a great day and thanks for you response but it really just made things worse.It also looks very suspect that after my review, there were several 5 star reviews from people who have never left reviews before. #integrity #beaware

Ryan was very helpful through the entire experience. He called me often and updated me with any new information and progress as it happened. He also had the vehicle inspected and made me aware of other issues with the truck which I really appreciated. They had my vehicle for about a week and made the process as painless as possible. He also researched to make sure that my repairs were covered under warranty. My truck is now running as it should.

This location did an awesome job fixing the issues i had with my vehicle. My only complaint is $170 an hour is out of my price range but is the going rate for certified dealerships. Collin was the person who took care of me and couldnt have been more upfront and accommodating.

Couldn't recommend this place more! They had the most fair pricing I'd seen, even in the current climate of a crazy car market. It was worth the one hour drive to get here.I want to give a particular shoutout to Matt Ernest who took excellent care of me. He was kind, efficient, thorough, and a real straight shooter when it came to pricing things out, and telling me what my options were. There were no hidden motives or intentions of making a quick buck. He wanted to get me exactly what I wanted and I'm so glad we were able to come to a deal. I wish all salesman (across any market, car or not) were like Matt.I'll definitely be recommending this place to friends and family. From start to finish my experience here was nothing short of fantastic, and I'm grateful for the whole Yark team.

Excellent experience once again at Yark getting a broken sun visor replaced on my Wrangler. They had the part in stock and Dave called me in less than 2 hours after I dropped it off to say that it was completed. Dave was courteous and engaging and I really appreciated his professionalism. I highly recommend Dave and the entire team at Yark Jeep!!

My car broke unexpectedly the Saturday before Christmas and everything was closed so I had my car towed to Yark just because I know they sell Jeeps and likely work on them often. I had expected the shop to not even look at my car until later in the week, which I was totally fine with considering it wasn t scheduled and it was right after the holiday but they had my car fixed and ready before noon the day after Christmas. Chris was informative and knowledgeable about what happened to my car and got it fixed so quickly. I did not buy my car from this dealership but really appreciated the professionalism and time spent getting my car fixed and back to me.

I have always come to Yark service center since I got my Jeep Grand Cherokee and wouldn t go anywhere else. Andrew is very accommodating, polite and very knowledgeable. Makes you feel very comfortable bringing your vehicle here. They are very fast for my oil changes. I appreciate Yark service center!

I recently had an amazing experience with Dave at Yark service. CJ the tech took the time to show me what he found on my 2012 Jeep Compass. I had it check by another mechanic in town and wanted me to spend a lot of money on things that were not necessary to be fixed. I will definitely use Yark for my future repairs. I appreciate your honesty and knowledge.

Ryan was super kind and helpful in assisting me yesterday when I came in for an oil change and to look at why my headlights had condensation on the inside of them. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. I was getting nervous about the time because I had to get off to work and he had me in and out of there without needing a shuttle. I would highly recommend him when you stop in to the service building at Yark CJDR!

I was approached as soon as I came in. The young man took all my information in a timely fashion. He then gave me a run down on all of things that they will have to do. Then give me the estimated time and also my options. I decided to wait it out and he actually got done at least 20 minutes early. Explain everything to me what they had done. And that was off on on my way.. Excellent job nothing to complain about at all.

I had an oil change and tire rotation scheduled and was able to also get a service appointment. My jeep was having some starting issues. The techs were able to diagnose the issue and repair it. It was great getting it all done at the same time and bonus they knew exactly why my jeep was having starting issues. Chris in service was awesome.

We purchased two vehicles from Yark automotive, and we re happy with the outcome. Even when one of the vehicles developed a minor mechanical issue. Yark, automotive, and Matt from the used car sales department, stepped up and took care of the issue in a quick and timely manner. We purchased 5 vehicles from Yark automotive and will continue to deal with Yark automotive in the future.
