I went today 3 PM for oil change of my vehicle. The guy at the front desk didn't behave the way they should behave with a customer. I handed over the vehicle for oil change and after 1 hour they called and told me that they can't do the job as they don't have the tool to open my oil filter. How can be the service so poor that they don't even know what tool they need or not!!. Moreover, when they returned my car after wasting 1 hour of my time, I checked my engine oil cap under the bonnet/hood and i found it loose that could damage my engine if fallen while i am driving. totally unexpected service.

Please don't buy or have tires installed at this location. I did this and since they were installed, 2 of the 4 tires have been leaking, likely because of them not using bead sealer. Everytime I call to get it looked at they just keep pushing me away telling me I can't make an appointment to have them fix what they did wrong. I'm not into writing bad reviews but the customer service at this location is absolutely terrible.

I ordered tires and chose them to be installed at the store. The appointment scheduler had 7am as available which is the time the auto center is SUPPOSED to be open. I get there at 7am and no one is there. No one showed up until 8am and weren't ready to work until 8:30am. I then walk in when they open the doors, and they didnt acknowledge I walked in and pretended to not see me after I made eye contact with both of the workers. This is beyond unacceptable. I had my tires installed somewhere else. I understand Walmart is losing business.

The manager at the auto center is rude and doesn t seem like he wants to work very hard had a nail in my tire which I bought warranty s for and told me that it wasn t fixable so my tire would be prorated by mileage but wouldn t take the time to see how much my tire would cost me when I first got there at 320 he said well idk how long it will take to look at your car I m waiting on an appointment at 4 which would have been plenty of time to look at my tire I was the ONLY one there let s just say I will NEVER go back to this auto center I ll go to Oregon!!!

Awful management with no one working at the front desk.Needed to have 1 tire replaced, was never notified it was ready, had to check on the app. When it came time to pick it up, it took over one hour just to get my keys because no one was working the front or they were on "lunch break".

DO NOT go here unless you have an hour to completely waste without receiving anything. Oh and 1 of employees had the audacity to say, " why does everyone have an attitude", because we don't work there and get paid for an hour to do nothing!!! SMH

Well I went in to buy 2 new tires. Douglas brand. Install was fine, then 2 days later both brand new tires were almost flat at work. Bearly was able to make it home. Called them up and they refused to make an appointment for me. Said I had to wait first come first serve. I was appalled, since clearly it was their mistake. Which it was. Both valve stems were damaged and leaking. Had to wait multiple days before they were fixed costing me personal funds to refill air and have dangerous driving with very low tire pressure. With my 2yr old son in the car. Also I needed a new headlight which they picked out the wrong type so I had to drive back a 4th time. They're simply the worst mechanics I've ever seen in my life. Wish I could give a flat zero.Service: Tires

I pulled up and was ignored by more than one worker who walked past and acted as if I wasn't sitting there. I didn't know whether to leave my car and come inside or park in a parking space and wait. The people working are supposed to educate the customer to the process so that they feel comfortable. After sitting there for 15 mins I finally left my keys in the car and went inside. I found a service person behind the counter who told me there was no manager and gave a half hearted apology. They told me it would be 45 minutes but it took double that and I ended up being late for an appointment.

They fixed my issue and put a new tire on. (After I had to remove the lugnut and bolt myself after they'd stripped the lugnut) However, after we'd left for our trip I noticed that they kept the tire (I know seems dumb that I care, however I had a warranty & had barely driven on the new tires probably could have gotten it replaced for $20!) They didn't put the spare back (never had any place not do that before). They worked good enough in a pinch, but I guess it is Wal-Mart.

I arrived at this Walmart at 2:30pm, to have a tire fix. I had three cars ahead of me for minor issues. I was told that I needed a tire fix, which I was fine with. After 2 hours of waiting, the service manager tells me he couldn t get to lug nuts off my car. I asked him how did he know that I needed a tire if you didn t even take my tire off the rim. He just turn around and went back in the shop. I than took my car to Mobil service station, and they took my tire off in about 10 seconds. Do not go to this Walmart, they have no idea what they are doing. Customer service was very terrible too. Would not recommend this Walmart to my worst enemy.

Had a 9am appointment, which is when they open. No one was in the shop until almost 9:30. There was only one technician, and one manager. The entire process and experience was subpar at best, lackluster would be my next go-to descriptive word. Lazy, unprofessional, asinine, and a complete waste of money. If I wanted to be treated this badly I'd go to Joe schmoe corner shop that was forced to open his own shop because of his bad attitude and subpar skills. When they're offering technicians $15 an hour no wonder they can't keep staff or people who understand what customer service means.

Poor service. Needs better management. I called ahead to verify their hours for tire service and was told that they open at 7am on Saturdays and that service is first come first serve. I arrived at 650am and waited for the store to open. I was the only customers present when they opened. However, upon opening the manager told me tgat no techs were in yet and that I'd have to wait...hopefully the scheduled tech was just running late. I advised that I would look around the store for a few minutes and circle back. I returned 20 minutes later with a few items to ring up and was informed that the tech had arrived. Just then another customer arrived. The manager rung up my purchase and then directed me to the tech for service. The tech took my tire orderand my keys. As we finished the initial transaction a couple more customers arrived. I advised the stafc that I would walk across the street to grab breakfast and return to wait on my vehicle's service. I returned 90 minutes later to find that my car had not been looked at at all AND to find that 3 other customers that arrived after me were being serviced before me. When I confronted the manager, I was simply told that I would be next. At that point even two of the customers that were being serviced voiced that I was before them and should've had my service compleyed by now. I immediately requested my keys and decided not to do business with Walmart auto care centers. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. They don't seem to value just simple, standard customer service at all.

I got there at 5:20, and no other customers are there. I ask one of the guys if they have time for an oil change, and he says yeah, go on in and the lady will write you up. I go in, and she says "no, uh uh. We close at 6, so we stopping taking people at 5:15." So you close at 5:15... she was rude about it for no reason. Valvoline it is and I'll go to Kroger for groceries.

Went there early in the morning to get wiper blades installed after taking my son to school. Told me would take 20 minutes, so I walked around the center and waited. It did not done until 1 hour later just for a wiper blades. They also didn't offer military discount. They employees are nice, but the auto services sucks. Should have went to auto zone instead.

It took them 4 hours to replace ONE tire. Originally took it in for a flat repair, they waited over 2 hours to call me just to tell me they couldn't fix and that I'd need a new tire. Then it took them another hour and a half and me calling them (after they had explicitly told me they'd call me) to find out that my car was ready to pick up.

Went there to get 2 new tires put on my truck and called ahead to make an appointment the day before. As i usally do whenever i have an appointment anywhere ( drs, dentist, ect) i showed up about 15 mins early and let them know that i had called ahead and scheduled. They told me that the person who i spoke with doesnt exist apparently and that they will try to fit me in. It only went downhill from there. After arriving at 11:45 and checking back in at around 12:45 which seemed like a reasonable amount of time to put 2 tires on my truck, they told me that i was next in line to have my truck worked on. Frustrated i told them ok and asked a time frame when it would be done. "In a little bit" is what i was told. So i decided to walk around the store for a bit more. It was around 2pm and i walked back over and my truck was on the lift but the hood was up. Confused i asked why they were looking under my hood for 2 new tires? They thought i was there for an oil change apparently and had already started working on it. I was absolutely upset and told them to lower my car down and i was leaving. Spoke to the manager who was actually very personalable and apologized and told me the oil change was free and they finally put my tires on. So finally after almost 3 hrs i was out the door. Would never recommend or go back there again.

Tried to call and schedule an appointment, and employee would not let me. Said they can't get me in this evening because they are packed. Really wish they would just take the time to schedule so that I can pass that information on to my boss. The rating on on how they do business. Employee was nice, and service has not been bad

Poor customer service. Called to ask hours of service, only to be told when I arrived at 3:00 pm that they cannot change my oil because staff is leaving. When asked why did you tell me that you are open until 7:00pm when I called, employee had no response and shut the window.

I have read the reviews here... some are warranted and others are just flat out bs. Brakes are never checked and steering wheel problems that you think you have are because they add power steering fluid to most oil changes as part of the service. If you don't want it added then pay for the cheapest oil change. Wal-Mart refuses to touch any and all brake concerns because it it a liability. Any brake problems you have are preexisting problems and are typically included in the notes by the technicians. I go there frequently because I know I will get serviced as needed, even with preexisting conditions to my vehicle. If you are trying to make an appointment, they are ONLY ALLOWED FOR NEW TIRE INSTALLS A DAY IN ADVANCE. oil changes are first come first serve and unfortunately some are refused due to preexisting conditions or engine type or time constraints. Tires are tightened down using torque sticks per manufacturer specifications and then re-torqued three times with a torque wrench after that, I have witnessed this myself. The auto care center is not a mechanics shop or parts store!!! They, also, are not the same as walmart . com. They do however price match with walmart . Com for tires that are available in stock. I have not had any bad experiences with the walmart auto care center since I have used them. I started using them because of bad experiences from other oil or tire places. When it comes to simple preventive maintenance, except for tune-up cause they don't do that, I will always pick walmart for the simple fact that follow procedure when it comes to protecting the customer and themself. Also, all same day work regardless of what it is, oil change, battery, head light install or restore, are first come first serve. If there is a line, you have to wait or go somewhere else. If you don't want to have to come back, I suggest waiting otherwise you will have to come to walmart anyways to get it fixed.
