Had 4 tires put on. 1 week later, my tire was going flat. They were able to fix it (bad valve stem) right away with no wait time. So thankful for their wonderful service. The tire shop crew were wonderful. If I was allowed to tip them I would have! Great job guys!

We were 2 hours from home with a flat tire. They had a new tire on, with excellent customer service in under 45 min on a Saturday afternoon. I never have an experience at Walmart worth 5 stars but these guys are the bomb.

Very professional but I would like if they show what was done like most places they show you your dipstick the color of the oil you can't see what they're doing you have to wait in the waiting room I like to see what's going on making sure they're doing a good job.

A kind lady in tiktok has POTS syndrome and had to sit on the floor. The manager told her to get off the floor with her service dog when she couldn't. Bad customer service.

Bought my 1st set of brand new tires to have them installed here. Micki (hope i spelled it right lol) was the one doing the install. Kept me updated the whole time, and was friendly and very helpful! Will be back! Only recommendation would be put a tv in the waiting room. You guys have a ton on display in store.

If you change oil in this location, always open your car's hood and check yourself if everything is in it's place. Because I always come to this place to change my car's oil, one time I found that the dipstick was not properly placed and second time I found that the hood itself wasn't properly closed, third time they tested my car's battery was bad and recommended me to change. Once I went to buy the battery at AutoZone, one of the workers at AutoZone retested the battery and told me the battery was in good condition, but the battery connection cable was loose and that was the reason for showing them bad battery signal. So basically they don't have much knowledge, and don't consider everything they said istrue.

Very helpful staff.Took awhile to change a battery.Did not have a very large waiting room area.Prices for services were very reasonable.

Not recommended. Dropped my car for oil change and after an hour returned to see what s up with the car. I found out that they didn t have the oil and wanted to pour over the shelf oil from Walmart itself for a way higher price. Not even apologized. I took my car to the dealership and changed the oil for less.My first interaction but not recommended at all.

Got my oil changed and the new guy left oil on my steering wheel cover, door and all over my hood, I just washed my car too. Other than that complaint the service was good and fast so I didn't have to wait long for oil change. I got texted to pick up my car really fast, they said it would take an hour but was more like 20 to 30 minutes.

I m not speaking for everyone but for ME I have always experienced exceptional service. Sure at times for an oil change, tires, or just basic care the wait can be extensive but that s expected when it s FCFS . Personally, I want the job/investments into my vehicle to be well attended to. You cannot rush quality; manage your time before going is my advice; if that s what you re worried about.Today (Sunday 1/03/21) I went around 1 pm and once again I was taken well care of. Just wanted to review and show my appreciation for these technicians. BIG shout out to Jeff who took care of my issue! You re very much appreciated!

Only reason I gave it 1 star is because I have to give it something. This is a complete rip off. $210 for 2 oil changes is insane. Neither my car nor my wife's will be going back here for anything. It took them 2 and a half hours to do 2 oil changes. They talked more than anything so I will go to the dealership where it is faster cheaper and more profesional.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have been ere twice for a oil change and tire rotation and both times it was completed between an hour and an hour and a half. Usually running a special for 5 quarts costs about $17 dollars for regular and near 40 for high mileage. Tire rotation runs $10 for all 4 tires. They seem to be a disorganized and easily distracted but they are nice enough. I won t come back.

11/12/2018. There were two Gentlemen working and under pressure and they never once acted like they didn t want to help. Once assisted, All my questions were answered, and once my Tires were put on. I received a phone call that my car was ready and they took the time and went over everything that I purchased and both Gentlemen were very professional, and had good attitudes.

Man do NOT bring your car here for any sorta tire work. All they do is switch the tires around. On TWO separate occasions, two different cars. All they had to do was patch where there was a nail. Instead they filled it with air and switched it around. The manager micki or whatever was very rude. Plz whatever you do take it anywhere but this Walmart or you ll be back in a week with a flat, with the same exact problem just in a new spot.

Showed up at 12:10, just needed an oil change. Was told the system was down and it would be a couple of minuets. Ok' go do shopping and come back around 1:10 system still down. Wait for another hour and then come back out of the waiting room. Was asked if I needed anything. Told them I was waiting for service because the system was down. The lady said "Ooooh, well its not up." Then walked away. No other conversation, just left me standing there. I left and went somewhere else.

They can t even pick up the phone there. Called several times. Got a person from the fitting room?? She told me I had to call some other phone number to the store so she could tranfser Me. It did the same thing as first time and still don t pick up. They been open for 2 hours now. Can t take my car there for service if no ones working

I dropped my car off at 10:00 a.m. and they told me it would be 2 hours 3 at the most. I waited 3 1/2 hours, went back and the shop was closed for lunch. Another employee looked it up and they didn't even start my car and still had 2 cars pending before my mine
