These people understand giving great customer service! This is by far the best experience I've ever had at any automotive shop. They were professional, informative, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this Valvoline.

I went for a much needed oil change . Logan was AMAZING with his customer service his knowledge and help ! He went above and beyond what I d say was required . A random stop but will go out of my way to go again ! Truly Logan was great ! I hope he knows how lucky you are to have him !!!

I went for oil change, one car in bay before me it was about 30 minutes before my car was in bay.everyone nice but it felt my car was rushed through not real sure exactly what was checked when I was back home I realized that I did not recieve a receipt.

They refused to do my oil change because my radiator was "smoking and leaking fluid". If it was smoking I definitely would have noticed and my car is not overheating. And the fact that the other two guys that were working stood there and laughed was uncalled for.

Excellent service. Quick. Reliable. Nothing undone in the checking of what needed to be done. No high pressure sales. Complete honesty. I was even told I do not need an air filter presently. When I have gone to other locations I have been told I need an air filter when it back to put a new one in the day before. Denny used to work at this location and he is now over the one in lambertville which can use his help because that's where they attempted to sell me an oil filter because of one I had in the last 24 hours was no longer reliable. Believe me that store needs to shake up in its personnel and Denny is a man to do it. So today I dealt with the Logan and he was just as generous with his knowledge as is Denny. Very hospitable would you really don't think of when getting an oil change. But I'm using the word hospitable because I was felt welcome and given good information. I'll be back. But not in 24 hours. LOL

They are so nice here although I found out I could have saved 50$ if I went to Walmart lol be it was quick and the cs was noce

Went for a first time oil change, left absolutely satisfied. Friendly staff, relatively clean environment, and never felt pressured to buy more than I came in for. It was nice to be recommended services at certain intervals to prevent any problems that may happen down the road. Will definitely come again!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great experience. I could tell they were short staffed, and I could tell they were all pretty tired, but everything still got done in short order. Looking around it's nice to see all the specialized equipment and safety tools they have to get the job done and to protect their workers.

It was so straight forward. You pull in, they check a few things on your car (including your lights and blinkers, that's nice) then they ask which oil you'd like (my favorite part, because some places just have you pick from conventional, blend, or synthetic, no brand names or anything so you really don't know what you got) They weren't as pushy as most places to change your air filter and other things because no means no, I liked that. Now most places are misleading with the price, it will be $59.99 and you come out paying $107. They only added like $7 to my total for oil disposal which is fine, I get that. 5 stars, I'll definitely be back. Thanks Valvoline, you got a new customer.

I went here for the first time for my cars very first oil change. I wasn't sure what oil was recommended for my car. The guy told me it was 5W20 which I figured they would know...they are the professionals. Afterwards I found out 5W30 is recommended for my 5.0 engine. The man assured me that the lower grade was fine. The more I read online it should have been the higher grade w30 which it says on the cap. I don't feel that my new engine has the proper oil in it for protection. It cost me $150+ to get the incorrect oil put in that is recommended by Ford. I feel like I need to get another oil change with the required type of oil. They do have friendly service, but that doesn't make up for the wrong oil. I normally go to Victory Lane but I thought that I would give Valvoline a chance. I think that I made a mistake.Apparently the owner doesn't read reviews very carefully after reading their response to my review. I was charged $150 for the wrong recommended oil for my car. Car was overheating so we pulled over right away into their parking lot. I'm unsure if he was a staff member or manager but he came right out very quickly and wanted to help us out any way he could. We already had coolant in the car since it had been leaking for a while but he was caring and wanted to make sure that we made it home safely. I would highly recommend coming here since they have a genuine concern for people. I didn't get to catch the guy's name but if he reads this I want him to know it's hard to come by good people like him and I hope he gets a promotion or raise because he deserves it.

I love how the employees work as a team. I got my oil change done quickly and was notified about any services I might be needing. I did not feel pressured about getting them while I was there.

Fast service. Need more professional.There has dirty oil on vehicle bodyMissing valve stem capThey trying put too much air in the tires . Normally 32 psi they put 40 psiThat caught my attention. ITold them turn down to 32 psi

This place is always so great, thorough, and fast! Alexis was so nice to my daughter (it was her first time as a new driver getting an oil change). She explained everything and told her to come back if she ever needed anything checked! So appreciated by a nervous mom of a new driver!!!

the service itself at valvoline is quite excellent. i just can t believe they re open on 9/11. this is a day where we should all come together and appreciate our loved ones. every day is a blessing. tomorrow isn t guaranteed.

Decent prices unless you require full synthetic. Then you pay double anywhere else I've been. The staff are friendly but seem to struggle working together. I sat for 10 minutes, finished, with my hood up. I understand there's other people there, but there are three bays and 7 employees. The struggle isn't that real.

Honestly I haven't been there in years someone suggested that I need to get an oil change it seemed convenient so i went there, they pulled my air cleaner out and held it up to a new one and suggest that since mine was filthy I should change it. Here is the good part, I just changed it two days ago, and I had to ask him which one was mine and which one was the new one ?I told him to put mine back in.I understand and I can appreciate suggestive sales ( if needed) but to simply put it in my face and flat out try to rip me off in unacceptable! I will not be returning....ever !
