Jawdat needs a promotion! Amazing guy and is a main reason I m a returning customer. Reason for 3 stars is because it takes too long for people who simply just want a quick oil change and I got moved to a bay with a bump and I m in a corvette that is too low for it so I had to be moved and forced to wait again extra. Some of the employees are oblivious.

The best valvoline I ve gone to. The workers were all so kind and accommodating. They explained everything to me and were incredibly patient and kind. So appreciate them!

Y all are reading a review from someone who takes pride in their vehicle we do not let just anybody touch our vehicle. We take our Van to the same company far as quick oil changes and mechanics.Since I didn t have time to drive way out to our main oil place but I did my research on who has the best reviews on oil changes. Came here was greeted by two guys (one at a time). They re a little pricey I paid $20 more but it was worth it. They were professional, they checked everything, showed everything I need, gave tips/suggestions. Alex is a cool guy! Will be back for more services!!Last but not least they are currently under construction on the other side of the building which is kind of cool they are building a car wash!

Service here is OUTSTANDING, I had to get my tires rotated and while I waited a customer came into the waiting room because his steering went out immediately after getting his oil changed. The manager went out to his car and quickly got one of the techs to look into it.Everyone working there is very friendly and courteous. They are fast without compromising quality of service!

I felt the techs try to get you to get pointless things done. They didn't reset my oil level so it read as if I had no oil until my next change. And I tipped both techs however the one bullied all the money and didn't share.

This Valvoline location has gone above and beyond to help correct an issue with my car. Their professionalism is top notch, and I will visit this location exclusively when I'm in town.Highly recommend you use this location. They work hard to do all they can to help their customers.

Edit: they made it right and were super kindSo, you know when you go to get your oil changed and they want to try to have you get everything and anything done? Well smh, don't listen to them people..Tell me why we stopped at Valvoline and the guy says to us "oh man, y'all really need your serpentine belt done" then proceeds to say "hold on, let me take a picture of it for you" he then goes over to the hood and is there for a few moments and then comes back to my door and shows me a picture of the belt. When I look at the picture, I see that the serpentine belt is about to snap. Like, almost at the point of it being completely cracked on all lines.. He then tells us it can last for a few more weeks but recommends for us to get it done then. We say "sure let's get it done". He looks into the computer and realizes they don't have any in stock anyways. But that they're going to order some and we can come back in a week.Tell me why we go to AutoZone to get the serp belt, get home and open up the hood only to realize that our belt was completely fine. There was no cracks, no nothing wrong with it. These MFS really tried to get over on us!! They really used someone else's pic and said it was ours. Trust and Believe I will never go to one of them shops again and do my own oil changes and belts from now on.Do better Valvoline... Don't try to get over on mfs for a quick buck..

I have been going to this valvoline on Secor for my last 4 oil changes. This is the best business I've had the pleasure of going to. The people are fantastic and they are truly professional.

They detroyed my last car engine. Never again, will I go there to get my oil change done by female. At first, a couple of times, it was cool getting my oil change done by dudes. My vehicle was alright.

They ARE TOP NOTCH. We were in & out as they said. Thorough beyond belief. Personable as IT SHOULD BE. IN FACT, we were also there for the AC & ALTHOUGH they were unable to do the service at this location, they were gracious to inform us of another of their locations that could. BEFORE we left, THE BOSS HIMSELF informed us to go to the dealership to check & see if the NEWER AC for 2017 & 2018 were under recall. This information was surrmountable to us & HIS EMPLOYEES that were unaware/not in their system. HUMBLY GRATEFUL & THANKFUL. THEY ARE OUR GO TO CAR SERVICE.

I visited on a Saturday around two in the afternoon. The three bays were full and there was a car in line at each of them, so I was second in line. I had procrastinated too long and their reviews are excellent. I looked at my phone during the 15-20 minute wait, although they came and took my info and checked my lights about 5 minutes after I got in line. This place is a well-oiled machine (ha). They were super nice, answered questions about the transmission on my older vehicle, and weren t too pushy when suggesting potential services. They checked/topped off fluids and filled my tires. Prices are fine/average. Super thankful for a relaxing experience. :)

My fianc� usually changed my oil... This is my first time having someone else did my oil change (advanced synthetic oil) and I highly recommend Valvoline on Secor! Chris (the manager), Mary, and Logan were super friendly and helpful. They checked different parts of my Ford Escape when I drove in, and gave me a report on battery life, lights, air filter, tire pressure etc for free, and added windshield wash fluid for free. Chris recommended stuff that can be worked on (extra charge) and was still friendly when I said no to those things. Quick service and love their smiles My coupon code was valid

They usually do first come first serve but I was out waiting for over an hour and saw cars who came after me come and go. Didn't have my headlight, didn't even try to find any coupons like they usually do, I will go to a different one next time.

Addendum: The reply was BS. Took photo of my checklist. Note brake fluid checked ok. These people are liars. Changing my review to one star now.First post: Had to remind staff to fill tires when they tried to motion me out. Next day found my brake fluid low. They checked these on their list but did not do it. The middle Bay was open with no lines, so it was not too busy or understaffed. Will try the competition next time

I like going hear because they re always friendly and relatively fast. They also give honest insights about what I need and when I will actually need it. They never try to pressure me to get unnecessary maintenance and that s always a plus.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT!! Take your car there!!!! Never had one problem with my car until I took it there last Friday for an oil change. My engine start making noises as soon as I left!!! I went back to get an explanation and got the run around like it was my fault!! I m taking it to a shop Friday and when they tell me it s there fault I will be contacting my lawyer for my money back

The manager which is a female name Paige is wonderful! No wonder they met her manager! Her service was very friendly, knowledgeable, it was a learning experience and an honor to have a female work on my vehicle! She also gave me available discounts that saved me a lot of money! And as a mother and a single mother at that, that was highly appreciated! Definitely going back for the other work needed on my vehicle.

I ve been coming here for my past few oil changes and I ve never had a bad experience! I trust whomever is working in this shop to ensure my vehicle is taken care of and I m always pleased :) they often email discounts as well which is always a plus

The staff of Valvoline location in Secor Toledo. Are awesome they are professional, and friendly. THANKS! to them they let me know that my oil cap was missing from the last time I taken my truck to Midas in Monroe St Toledo. I will definitively be coming back to this Valvoline location. Received oil change around 2pm. Left for work at 8pm and had no oil in car. Oil &battery light came on whole driving.after turning around and going home I noticed all the oil that was running down the drive way in the rain. I don't understand how this happens. We had 0 issues with the vehicle and previous oil changes at other places.Service: Oil change
