Pulled in on short timing to get an oil change and they were very efficient,friendly, got immediately to me, allowed me to use a 50 percent off coupon, and checked several things along with the oil change I was there for. All employees were very helpful and worked so quickly and together. Very professional. Highly recommend if u need an oil change and are short on time, and somewhere worth your money!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. I came in on the 17th of this month got an oil change on my way to pick my Grandbaby up from school in PA. On the 18th my car stalled on the turnpike in the passing lane. Made it to the side of the rode just in time. My motor locked up from an oil leak Valvoline said after they had one of their corporate boys come look at my car. Mind you I would have never got on the road to drive that far with an leak and why did you not disclose this to me while you were trying to sell me a radiator flush/fill, another oil filter, transmission oil change and so on. By the way they sent the receipt to my email and on it it said a slight oil leak and that was their argument not to be responsible for my vehicle and expenses. My Grandbaby had to go back to school to spend herholiday. The tow was $189.00/ motel was $250 food was $50 as I waited 2 days for them to check my car out.I am almost in a deficit of $500 from my disability check even before it comes next week. I ended up junking the car 2010 Dodge Avenger and having my Son to drive to pick me up. What a wonderful thanksgiving this was!

This is my go to for oil changes! They take their time to explain things to me everytime. They let me know what they are doing and are super polite and quick

Drove with my daughter for her first oil change and sat back and watched to see if they would try and sell her something she didn t need . They treated her real nice and explained everything to her and didn t push all the normal goodies . I ve been there 3 times and each time they the techs have been nice , knowledgeable and not pushy on the normal you need this and that when all you want is an oil change . 5 stars from me . In and out and always look for the coupons they have online . This is my new go to place and feel comfortable letting my 16 year old daughter go solo next time .

Excellent service! I was heading out of town and made my halfway stop at this location for an oil change. Friendliest service I've received in a long time. They did all the inspections, and I felt good for the long trip ahead of us.

Manager Nate and service tech Tom were excellent with my car and my full service oil change. Best experience I have ever had with an oil change service. This place is top-notch. I won't go anywhere else. Manager Nate explained recommendations to me very well with a very caring attitude, and he was not pushy with any extra services like alot of places are. His customer service skills and managerial skills are most excellent. Super nice guy. He thanked me and welcomed me back for my next future service. And, Tom guided me out of the bay and said goodbye and that it was a pleasure to serve me. I sure hope these two gentlemen get recognized for their hard work and dedication. They deserve it. AMAZING!.. THE TEAM that took care of my car needs to be sent around the world to show people what loving a job and enjoying the people your around should be like! They have a passion for what they do.. They worked 120% as a team... When they wanted to check let's say check the filters.. They knew exactly what they were doing... removing a glove compartment to get to a filter we didn't even know existed... CRAZY... I'LL NEVER go anywhere else! You guys ROCKED!

After having repeated bad service at another company, I needed a good and trusted business. I found Valvoline after some quick research. Great customer service and quick oil change. They even replaced my dirty air filter and gave a generous discount. Will be coming back again for sure.

Nathaniel made the process very easy. They did an overall check of the vehicle and made sure everything was legal for the road (lights, turn signals etc) He showed me the air filter and how it was getting up there in use so a new one was suggested and since my car is newer I always like to give it the best for longevity. The price was broken down and was in and out quickly.Service: Oil change

This place is the best! It's quick and affordable. They are courteous, polite, understanding and patient. They never speak down to me, they advise me but never insist. It doesn't matter who is working I always get this type of service.

Was happy to see a female running things. I was in and out of the bay within 15mins. They did wiper , headlight , break light , and a few other checks. If i find myself needing an oil change in toledo I would return.

This is the first "stress free" oil change I've ever had with my current vehicle (2015 VW Jetta TDI I've owned since it was brand new). Honestly the only one I've had with no issues. Usually my oil changes result in them not having a filter in stock (even though they said they did) so they have to use my old filter again and I have to come back the next day to get a whole nother oil change and a new filter (4-5 hours a time) . My car has no stains on the headliner due to someone with oil covered hands touching it (tire man had to pay someone to clean my headliner twice). They also talked with me during the whole process which is a first for me. They even came up and showed me my dipstick to prove that the oil was at the correct level which was a first. Hands down best place I've ever been to for an oil change!! Shout out to Manager Nathaniel, service tech's Paige, Emily, and Clark!!! Your team was amazing. The only thing I noticed that could be wrong is a few clips in my front skid plate aren't sitting where they should (my front skid plate is screwed up from hitting a possum back in 2015 ) so I'm sure it's not something they did wrong my skid plate is just tweaked.

If I could I would give this no stars or half a star. Uncontrollably, this location was busy which was not a problem I do not mind waiting but when it came time for my car to be serviced I encountered something I've never experienced before. With just a standard synthetic oil change, replacing a cabin air filter the total came to 85 dollars which I was not prepared for considering not once was I told the price of anything. I have never once gone to a shop to have my car serviced and not been told the pricing, or a breakdown of said services. I will not be returning to any valvoline and will continue to preach to anyone that will listen to not visit this location. The employees were nice but that is just unprofessional. They were more focused on getting their pizza than helping the customer. Having worked in customer service I've never once done that to someone I was assisting. Not only that but I have to refill my tires after stating that my tires should be filled to 34psi and instead were lowered to 29psi. Well thanks for reading I guess.Service: Oil change

It was super busy. So I had a long wait. But to me it is worth it cause they are good at what they do. The price is high, but to me. I think it is worth it. I trust them over other places. They will tell you straight forward what you need.

Great service team. Got oil changed and left and noticed the smell of burning oil and I checked under my hood and the oil cap was gone so I called and talked to the manager and he told me to bring vehicle back in and he replaced the cap and did an excellent job cleaning up the spilled oil. Max went above and beyond my hopes to make things right. I definitely will be back and highly recommend this place. Thanks again Max for being so thorough I appreciate it!!

I've been going here for years and I've always liked this place for its happy employees, efficiency, and thoroughness. The mechanics are really good. Must be a new manager though. I've never seen him before. His name was Lyle. He was rude and unprofessional. His answers were short and contemptuous. There was not a degree of pleasantness about him. In fact, his demeanor was insolent. I should think that he would be grateful to even have a customer when so many people are out of work. As long as he's managing the place, none of my vehicles will be serviced there anymore.

If you decide to come to this location avoid a man named Sean! I have been to this location 3 or 4 other times and had ok experiences. I went recently and had the unfortunate experience of meeting Sean. It started by him signing and rolling his eyes when I asked about the difference in price for conventional and synthetic oil. I feel like that is a pretty simple question considering this place is so overpriced. It ended by him aggressively grabbing my credit card from my hand. I definitely won t be going back.

It was a busy day, or at least a busy time for them. The team of mechanics swiftly move the cars through as much as they had staff to do so. Everyone was friendly. I would go back!
