This place is a great find !!! First, they are open on Saturday which was a life saver for me because I only have one vehicle for work. Secondly, their diagnosis was on point with what my suspicions were and I was physically shown the problem areas. I initially went in to get my windshield wipers fixed. However, I had a gut feeling there was something worse going on as well. Upon looking It was found that my brakes and calipers were bad and a tire rod . This place closes at 1 p.m and the mechanics stayed until 4p.m to work on my car! Mind you that this place was extremely busy too. I'm ever so grateful and feel safer now. The price was very reasonable considering the work that needed to be done. The best part of this place is a lady Michelle who not only is the scheduler and is well versed about cars. She is extremely friendly and very hilarious. I could have spent all day there just hanging out. Anyway, I highly recommend them and am now a loyal customer!

I have never been so comfortable with my car breaking down in my life. This place is amazing, from the same as day fast service to Michelle being THE BEST service professional EVER! I had the chance to tell the owner, who was there by the way, about my gloriousexperience. Also, while I waited I saw 3 to 4 service men come out completing cars with the quickness.And I decided to pay more money for another service. Thank you! I'll recommend you for any service! I wish I could give them 10 stars, BRING YOUR CAR HERE!

Staff is really down to earth. Welcoming and friendly. Had a diagnosis on my truck and found it to be the ECM. The price to repair and diagnosis wasn't too bad. They got me in quick and told me the issue only 2 days later, so quick service as well. I would recommend this shop to anybody needing your vehicle looked at or repaired.

Total Auto Repair! They are the most kind mechanics I ever crossed paths with! They were very thorough with inspecting my vehicle to find out thr exact problem I've been having! My car was in good hands and fixed what needed to be done! Thank you Total Auto Repair for taking care of me! They will be my new mechanic and will definitely recommend to family and friends!

Great honest guys and reliable. My fuel pump went out on my truck I had it towed there they confirmed my suspicions and also found that my fuel pump driver module needed replaced and I gave them the okay to fix it they had it fixed and out the very same day. Highly recommend I won t take my vehicle any where else!

Great new neighborhood auto mechanic shop! Service manager and employees were very professional and the waiting area is immaculate! Got an oil change and tires rotated. In and out in 45 minutes. Thank you Rod and team!

Came into the shop for a brake job. When they finished I had soft brakes. I took it back and these guys went above and beyond to figure out why I was suddenly having the soft brake issue. These guys will make sure you are taken care of. I will not be taking my vehicles to any other mechanic shop but these guys! Great people and will stop at nothing to make sure the customer is happy and on the road safely. Thanks guys!!

For the next two weeks, actually the rest of my life, I will never forget the extraordinary kindness of Michelle. We often remember surprising moments for a few days but this one is going to remain with me. I am a cancer patient with extraordinary financial limitations who also happens to have a car and the transmission went out. Michelle went Way beyond the call of duty. You can tell her passion for people is not a duty whatsoever, rather a gift, and that was a blessed recipient. After I dropped my car off she drove me home so I would not have to walk. She contacted someone she knows who works at the University of Michigan to obtain resources for me regarding my medical condition. Who does that at an auto repair store? They're just supposed to be in it for making money right? Wrong. She and the other people I met at Total Auto repair are extraordinary. 2024 is just a couple of weeks away. It's going to be a good year aside from what we have witnessed as a moral decay in 2023 there are still good people. Thank you Michelle.

Looked all over the city for weeks trying to find a shop that'll even listen to my problems until I found these guys. Literally everyone I spoke to was friendly, honest and very informative. I won't be taking my cars to any other place. I know every case is different but they quoted me a great price and I ended up paying almost half of that. 10 stars of I could.

A 5/5 stars isn t enough for this shop. Their customer service is top tier. Michelle is amazing. While I didn t meet their mechanics, the work spoke for themselves. They replaced my engine, radiator, oil pan gasket, oil filter, front axle, and active grill shutter. Michelle kept me informed throughout the repair & it was completed in such a timely manner being they basically rebuilt my car.Update: cannot reiterate how amazing this shop is. About a week or so after having the repairs above mentioned, I filled my gas tank & my car started to stall. I was able to make it home after it stalled. However, about a half hour later it did it again but this time, my check engine light came on with a service transmission message . I told Michelle & she said they d tow it to the shop. They came out & did a full diagnosis to figure out the problem. They worked throughly for 3 days. It ended up being three censors, to which they didn t charge for because they stand behind their work. Not to mention, they filled my tires up without being asked (tire pressure was lower due to the weather), again- outstanding service!This is absolutely the best shop for your auto repairs!Services: Transmission, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Transmission replacement, Transmission repair, Auto maintenance

This location was a huge help to me today with getting me in so quickly. Michelle answered all my questions & concerns in regards to my car and she was a pleasure. I m so happy to have this place so close to home! battery was replaced within 20 mins and my dealership told me they wouldn t have my car back until the next day.

This is the ABSOLUTE BEST place I have ever taken any of my vehicles!!! They are so nice efficient and the biggest thing for me is I can trust them without a doubt! I will never take a vehicle anywhere else. I ve been taken advantage of so many times in my life because I m a single mom and don t know much about cars! I never once felt this way. As soon as I met Michelle I knew I found my place! She s the best! Michelle is AMAZING! This is the kind of hospitality you're looking for when you're already stressed and worried about what may be wrong with your vehicle and how much it will cost to get it fixed. I've been without my car for a while but they got me up and running when 2 other auto shops couldn't. I am so grateful for their expertise and the kindness I was shown.

It s probably the best auto shop I ve been to. They got me in same day, the repairs were pretty quick, the price wasn t much over parts, and their financing isn t good awful like most shops. Plus they will text you and stay in touch about your vehicle via text which is pretty rad. I still can t believe how quick my coils got fixed, that s what you get when a business hires a specialist!I m so thankful, they saved me from having an accident.You can see that crack on the before picture.

Went to other shops that said just to look for the problem would be over 1300$. Saw the great reviews for total auto repair and took the problem to them they fixed it for half the price others would charge just to look at it. Highly recommended great service and great prices.

Awesome people work here!! I was blessed to find them because as a woman, Auto shops tend to try to take advantage but these guys are honest. Ray was awesome he came to check out my car that broke down across the street and they have their own tow truck and towed it in under a hour! My car was diagnosed and fixed that night!! Michelle made sure I understood everything and gave the best price around. Everyone really made me feel like my issue was their issue and they did everything to help from start to finish! Thank you again to your whole team.

What a fantastic auto repair shop. My Chrysler 300 broke down. Total auto repair came and towed my car to the their shop and had it repaired the next day. The quality of service and price are all 5 stars. This is my new auto repair and service shop!
