The staff here found the issue immediately. I had been to 3 other repair places that could not find the problem. These guys really know there profession! This was the quickest I have ever gotten my vehicle back. Went with my sister to pick up her car that was supposed to have transmission work. He had the car for literally MONTHS and the car still is not fixed. We paid $3000 plus and when we went to pick the car up the radio no longer worked but worked prior. He hooked it up to something then said to come back next week when the technician is in. The dashboard is completely different than what it was and the car does not go more than 20mph. More lights on the dashboard has came on. The car is worse than what It was before they worked on it. Then they have the nerve to charge daily until your able to pay the full balance. Not to mention when a payment was dropped off they left the windows down on the car and it rained. At this point a refund should be issued because I m pretty sure parts where swapped on the car. I really can t believe they had the nerve to give a car back worse than what it was, further action will be taken!

They put a used transmission in my car back in July of 2021 and gave me a 30 day warranty. It haven t even been a year and my car is down again. A mechanic look at it yesterday and told me my transmission went bad. I paid over 1k for their service just for my car to be back down under a year. We are a used car dealership and took a jeep wrangler to them to check the 5th and reverse gears. Our mechanics were very busy to inspect it.They gave us the run around for about 6 weeks to look at it and then it took them also over six weeks and we unable to provide us with a cost estimate and always gave us the run around again with empty promises to let us know what was going on after many calls and visits. We sent our employee last week to check on the status and he was told that he still doesn't know what is going on and they had issue figuring out what it needs. We called them the next days and surprisingly we were told that it was done and we need to pay $2,200 for repairs, not knowing whether it was repaired or not. They never told us what was wrong with it, never provided us with a cost estimate, and repaired it without our authorization or knowledge and we never gave them an authorization for repair. Lots of delays, bad customer service, no cost estimate and no authorization to repair. Now, they refused to give us the car back and want us to pay them $2,200. We are planning to take legal actions to get our jeep back. Worst experience ever.

I took my mother to Toledo Discount to get her car looked at because it was making a squeaking noise. They were very honest and did not overcharge my mother. Couldnt of been any happier. I would recommend Toledo Discount for any automotive needs.

Highly recommended! I own a taxi so my vehicle always has to be in tip top condition. The staff here is very honest and prices are reasonable. I won't go anywhere else.

Wouldn't value their warranty. Transmission went out in 3 months brought it in and the mechanic said his scanner detected it wasn't a transmission issue. But I already had the car scanned elsewhere and was told there weren't any codes and the problem was mechanical (2-4 band was broken). So I pushed back and told him to show me the errors on the scanner.Big surprise he refused!

These guys really tried to get a used transmission for a 15 yr old FordWe finally gave up towed it to junk yard.But they installed part that diagnostic indicated was bad. For free cuz it was a roll of dice. If I need any repairs n future I wouldn't hesitate to use the shopThey seem legit

Wow these guys are amazing please let them rebuild your transmission you will be so surprise and very please of there work I had to call the shop to thank these guys, they rebuild 2 of my transmissions out of my two classic cars and they both kick ass. I don't care if I stay all the way across the country I'm bringing my car to Toledo Discount Once again thank you guys.

Great place to go for anything you need for your car or truck. ASE Certified mechanic. Professional & honest, reasonable prices too. I would not go anywhere else. Give them a call, you'll be happy you did!!

Had an older model Toyota Corolla and they were quick to do the work and repairs were fantastic. Communication was great and I highly recommend them to those living in this part of town. THANK YOU!
