Found this place by chance and it's the best discovery I ever made. Staff was courteous and capable and made us feel like family. They went above and beyond in order to get us in the car we wanted with a monthly payment we wanted. Highly recommend this dealership to everyone.

I rate this place 5 stars but I would put 10 if I could 'great service great prices they helped me all the way around they even made sure to fill the tank up after we bought the car .

Took extra care of my mother and myself and made sure we got off the lot with a new to us Honda Odyssey for less than we originally expected! Great folks here! They will take good care of you and work with you every step of the way!10/10 above and beyond customer service!

This was far and away the best experience I have ever had with a used car dealership. Ihab is wonderful to work with, as is the other guy (whose name escapes me).We were needing a safe but economical car for my brother, and we had a very short window of time to find it. Ihab was so patient and great about listening to our needs, and he made every effort to search for exactly the kind of car that would work for us. He is very kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. We could not have been happier with our experience with this great company.

I had been searching for a couple months at a range of car dealers for a car for my sons. I drove by Toledo Auto Group one afternoon and it appeared they had numerous vehicles right in-line with what I was looking for...and yes, they had a clean, one owner car that was priced right. Mr. Smidi made the test drives and inspection of the car easy. My sons are now enjoying their 'new' car. Thanks TAG!

We just got our Honda Pilot from TAG. The guys over there very helpful, very personable and professional. The service here is like no where else we ve ever experienced in Toledo. The guys over toledo auto group worked with me for over 2 weeks trying to find the Escalade I want with package I love ,for the best price (whole sale with a little fee ) I highly recommend those guys if ur looking for something special they wll find it for you and the whole process was open book .

Bought My, 2014 Elantra almost two months ago today I went for my second oil change since I ve been doing DoorDash and Uber, My mechanic said everything Still looks as it should.so happy With my car, those guys over Toledo auto group they treated me like family and went out of their way to make the deal work cause of my situation with minimum down .they are good people which I highly recommend, never felt pressured or pushed.Great Car selection, Great prices, great service, and Hospitality .

I just purchased a vehicle with their help last week! I stopped by a few weeks ago looking for a specific vehicle they did not have on their lot. Deeko promised me that they would do their best to find me the vehicle i was looking for with the price range i had in mind. Last week i got the call that he has found me the car that i was looking for. Green light was given, car was purchased and i am one happy customer. i definitely recommend buying from these guys. This experience was everything! They were so patient with me (since this was my first time doing this sort of thing by myself) I was able to get a really nice car and they walked with me every step of the way even with all the silly questions I had, even after everything was done they were so kind an professional, they continued to offer aid and resources for me if anything were to ever come up. I definitely recommend coming to this place if you are looking for a car. The two men who helped me were very knowledgeable, upfront and honest. They went above and beyond to help me get financed and I ended up getting the car I wanted without having to sit there for hours like other car dealerships. They let me take my time and they were not pushy at all. Also, SUPER nice and caring, my blood sugar was a bit low and they offered me some snacks to help, which I really appreciated. They demonstrated outstanding customer service and they made my car buying experience as easy and smooth as possible. Over all they are very good people!

I bought my first car here, a ford focus 2013. I absolutely loved it. I already drove 2000 miles in 2 months.There are two guys.Both of them are nice.Ihab really helped me in this process he spent so much time for me.This place works professional.If one of my friends decide to buy car,this is the first place that we gonna visit.
