After 2 weeks of having my van for a check engine light repairs cost me over $1600 the check engine light came back on almost immediately after picking it up on January 25th. I called and was told they would look at it. I dropped the Van off Monday January 29th. After calling Wednesday the 31st I was told they haven't been able to look at it yet and they would get to it tomorrow. On Thursday February 1st I received a call that they would not be able to look at it as they are permanently closing the next day and I would need to come pick it up. I was told I could take it to another Tireman/Belle Tire location and they would be able to look at it and fix it if its for the same code.I work I do not have time to have my van in and out of the shop for days and weeks at a time. This is unacceptable and a huge inconvenience. I went to another shop and sure enough the code is the same code I paid $1600 to have "fixed". I would definitely not recommend using Tireman or Belle tire unless you like wasting time and money.

The staff was really nice and they fixed my tire for FREE yep thats right!Pulled in on a low tire thats been checked and sealed 2x prior. About every 3 days it was going flat. Took it to Tire man and they got me together and said NO CHARGE..... Major stress reliever!!! Thank you

They moved and wasted my time they said my brand new parts were bad and couldn't get it finished in the promised time they refuse to help in a timely manner and they keep trying to charge me more than expected due to me being approved for credit.

Dropped my car off for a simple oil change and headlight replacement told them I'd pick it up when I got off work they said they would have it done, I come back to it not even being touched yet and am told I'd have to wait another hour hmmm alright so I do that I wait there only for the hour to go by and my car is still untouched, would not recommend, totally unprofessional.

I d give them no stars but that s not an option . I came in the day before snowstorm they called me and told me they ran out of tires that they need to keep it until the next morning so they can put two new tires on I told him that was OK that was fine and then I go pick it up I noticed they did not change the tires they told me there was no reason to but yet it has two big gouges in it and needs to be changed they have a warranty they just didn t wanna give the tires up so I leave from there and I take it over to Central Tire Man were they nicely changed my tires for me because obviously there was a problem so if you want real service I wouldn t bother coming here and I just go to tire Man on Central

Just wanted to say thank you to Justin and Alex for getting us back on the road after a small incident took out our radiator. Within 3 hours they had us mobile and we're very helpful with getting it finished before closing for the weekend. You guys are great. Highly recommend for fast service and fair treatment.Mike

Always very kind and always makes my car stop yelling at me when I turn it on :) prices are sometimes a bit steep, but often willing to throw in a service for a reduced price

Have used them off/on for about 3 years now. Typically do provide good service at decent prices (I price check around so I know). They gave me a great deal on a set of tires in 2021 especially - it was $200 less than other places as they matched a price at Costco and most tire shops who price match won't match Costco. Tires have been great since I got them.Sadly service seems to be going down hill. I get regular oil changes here as well typically. Last one I had at the end of March 2023. In April of 2023, the "change oil soon" light keeps coming on every time I start the car. Also was going to go on a road trip and my manual says it needs a transmission fluid change at 120k miles, which mine is now at 121k and I felt the transmission was being a bit more noticeable when it changes gears so thought it would be good to have them flush the fluid. On this visit, which was today 4/28/23. Also asked them to check the brakes that they put in (back in 2021 and front in 2022). When I'm braking from a speed over 50 mph, vehicle is shaking, which is weird so I wanted to be sure since it's rainy and I'm going on a trip that brakes are good.They said they'd check to see if I needed the transmission fluid flush cause sometimes it's not needed on schedule and they are hesitant in doing it. They said they'd drive it to check and would do the other things I asked them to do along with turning off the sensor they evidently didn't turn off with the oil change last time.Dropped off vehicle at 9am. Told them I needed it back by 3:30pm to get my kid from school. They said that was good. The driver who took me to work even said they weren't that busy today since it's raining they don't get a lot of work on those days.I called them at 2:50 cause they never called me all day. They told me they've not even looked at my vehicle all day.....(insert eyeroll). They didn't check the brakes and didn't even change the wipers I'd asked if they could do.Needless to say, I'm very disappointed. Probably have spent about $4k with them over the past 3 years between the tires, maintenance, brake repairs, etc., on my van. The last couple times I've been there, including today haven't been good. So will be looking for a new tire/maintenance shop. Not sure why they even took my vehicle if they were going to do nothing. I could have gone to autozone to get the wipers changed and just checked the fluids myself during the day if they weren't going to do anything. Very upset about this and may also write to their customer service email cause it's ridiculous to me, especially considering the driver who took me home said they were not busy today. Yet when I called they said they were busy and didn't have time....something's not right with that.

This place is terrible now adays. I no longer shop at any Tireman now they ve been bought out.Let me just say Dan is the man at this Tireman. After receiving poor service at another location (had to return two different vehicles to get tires properly sealed) I started bringing my fleet to the downtown location. I couldn t be happier. Not only do they seal the tires properly and put equal pressure in them they actually torque the Lugnuts too! You don t find that good old fashion workmanship these days and those guys deserve a real pat on the back.

I'd give them 5 stars for tire prices but here's my issues with FP Monroe St. I set up an appointment 2 days ahead of time, selected tires, they said they had them. I get there they don't have the tires I chose but had others in stock at a higher price per tire but ended up giving me a better deal that what I would have paid for the cheaper tires. I wish I remembered who I dealt with then, he was awesome but the mechanics are whole different story.

Thank you so much to the staff at the downtown Toledo location! I was quoted 8x the amount for a small service from another auto repair company here in Toledo. They had me in and out in roughly 15 minutes! Friendly and very knowledgeable. Definitely will be using their location again! :)

I purchased my tires here about 3 years ago. Whenever I need air for my tires, just pull up to the bay and a tech comes out and puts air in your tires!

I don t recommend this place at all. My tire caught a flat while I was in the area at my daughters doctor appt but I was able to drive to the nearest tire shop. I get there they tell me 2 hours which was ok I understand some days you are really busy but for a tire that s very unusual. After an hour and maybe a half of waiting I asked how much longer and was told they were bringing my car in now. 30min later they said to me we don t have your tire in stock we do have someone bringing it from our central location it s going to be another 30min like seriously!!! He could tell my frustration and did offer me a discount on the tire. I then said I wish you guys would of told me this before I waited 2 hours and he said he didn t know like how didn t you guys know. They had me waiting 2 hours for a tire they didn t have with my sick child. I was so upset I couldn t wait any longer so I asked them to put my doughnut tire in and left. I went to Firestone over the weekend to get a tire instead and you know what they did? They made sure they had a tire for my car before they had me waiting. Now that s what s you re supposed to do! Worse experience ever!!!

Took longer than when I would've liked. But the front desk guys were friendly and helpful. Wouldn't have minded some coffee to guzzle while I waited. But the bottled water was considerate.

This shop is hands down the best I've experienced among the 3 cities I've lived in. Even through the COVID-19 crisis & nationwide movement, they were able to get everything I needed taken care of in a single day & completely unscheduled. Assistant manager Malachi did everything in his power to deal with a warranty issue and saved my wallet and stress levels big time. The manager was equally helpful when dealing with invoicing issues as well! The store had great communication from the shop to the front desk as I watched several people come in for pickups/drop-offs with little to no wait time.I'd recommend service here to anyone I meet in the area and will be making this shop my primary "go-to" from now on!

The manager was extremely rude to the customers and the workers. He told me they don't make appointments for tire rotations and that i called the wrong store. He went as far as asking me what day did i call and time. I showed him my call log with date and time and he still wouldn't honor my appointment time. Clearly the manager is not happy to be working, have workers or even customers. MANAGER lead by example and do better!!

They can't even get a wheel alignment correct or they aren't trying to get it correct. Twice I had them try and it's still not right. Their accuse is they couldn't get a jam nuts loose on the rear end. Maybe try to use some heat and lube next time because that works wonders on bolts that haven't been dealt with in years. 95$ seems kinda steep for no effort to try. Maybe give me a job and I'll give it my it's not rocket science you really don't need to be certified to turn a nut watch a screen..

My experience was excellent. They were very thorough with the work that had been done. They were very polite and informative and helped me get home until the work was completed on my car. I will always bring my vehicle here when i need wirk done on my car. They are great and honest people. Thank you.

I was planning on replacing my two front tires and then the day before I took it in, a nail flattened one of my rear tires. The folks at Tireman suggested I get all 4 tires replaced, which was my biggest fear. Thought I was going to drop well over $500, but they did all the tires and maintenance work for just over $300. Couldn't believe at how affordable it was especially when I expected the worst.Drop off and pick up were super easy. Didn't have to wait at all. Took it in before work and it was done by noon. I will always take my car here for my tire needs.

My go to auto care place - extra busy today but got me checked out and ready to go by end of day. Fair and friendly!Update: be sure to verify fluid levels before leaving; horrible noise in front wheel day after service caused me to go to neighborhood mechanic who discovered empty power steering fluid. Fixed me up quickly - saved me from a major repair.

We were visiting from Columbus and got a screw in a tire. Called Tireman and they got us in within two hours, fixed the tire and charged us NOTHING for the repair. Wow! Thanks to Ryan and Tyler. Very friendly staff, very clean store and they live up to the claim of free repairs regardless of where you bought your tires. Very refreshing to receive top notch customer service. If we lived here, we would go no where else to buy tires.

Ernest took his time explaining and printing out my various options and was able to beat the price of my old shop in Michigan. The customer area was clean. So far I am very impressed. I go back tomorrow for my new tires.

This location I've been to several times . The last time I was lied to by 2 employees about an oil change that was never performed. I called that very day and he "assured" me it was done. 2 days later when I had no wiping fluid ,I called and was told the same thing and to bring it in. I asked for my money back(paid cash) and was told a check would have to be mailed or sit there and watch them perform it . They literally sat in front of me and did a whole oil change that was supposed to be done .

Just bought 4 new tires fron Tireman. Car rides better. Excellent service. Wait was kind of long but they gave me a discount of half price on wheel alignment. Satisfied as usual.

Paid 1100 dollars to get my intake replaced. They had my car for 4 days. 2 days after a got the car back it car lost power and you had to floor it to get it to move. I almost caused an accident. 2nd time giving them the benefit of the doubt took my other car there for a fuel tank and lines. Changed the tank and everything didn't check the fuel pump. 2 weeks later fuel pump goes out and line is leaking again. Supposedly fixed the line again and now its leaking again. Worse shop ever

They were quick to get me an appointment, however, they did not top any of the fluids off. I waited for a while in the store to get a shuttle ride back to work and my stuff from my glovebox was all over the seat when I picked up the vehicle.

Went for a bad bulb... Was quoted $200 to change it. I explained I had the other one changed for $50 at the dealership and the guy was like oh we can do it for that price. They used a part that was not specified for my car and still charged me the same as the dealership... Was told it took 30 minutes to change the bulb and the labor for that was $55 so he gave me a discount...Will never give them business again.

I am moving out of state in a few days. They went above and beyond, making sure my car was road ready.Windshield wipers, head lights, a new tire, and even checked all my fluids, glad they did; i was low on oil!! Love it
