This sold me a transmission that they quoted worked and was in great condition. Come to find out pieces were removed it does NOT work and oil was removed. This is not a trust worthy business at all. They will not answer my calls now.I would stay away from buying used parts at all costs. They are very shady.

Ive never shopped here and just from that experience alone, I will never shop here! I only read the one star reviews because I believe they are real reviews. So I gave a real one star, review, because it is true. I mean the costumer alone, is enough reason to not call and talk with them, which is exactly what I've managed to do, is not call. So I'm thankful that I've never had to step foot in this place where they steal your money, and cus you out for it. If I had Internet, or a means to getting online to do any shopping at their online website where nothing is updated for inventory or prices, even if this were possible, I wouldn't do it. It should be called the "PleadShop" from all the pleading you have to do to get your stolen money back! And don't get me started on all the biden administration advertising that is done In and around this establishment. Oh don't get me started! If you want speed, consult with your physician. If you want love, you gone have to go through the pain -NF stay classy speedshop.

RUN! RUN! RUN!This place is a nightmare waiting to happen! After almost 12k I was handed the keys to a car that barely stayed running and repeatedly blows up transmissions. They claimed to be fixing issue 3x and I was instead given a cheaper transmission that I did not want but was forced to settle. After almost a year of back and forth I went to get my car and instead was physically assaulted by the owner JIM. To this day I have a non running lawn ornament worth $0 after spending almost $12k. Please take my advice and RUN!!!!

I would give 6 stars if possible!! The guys here are extremely knowledgeable and and very helpful and polite. The pricing is more than fair, and they have both used and new parts!!! My first choice when it comes to getting parts for my racecar or engines

The crew at the speed always go over and beyond helping out with projects,probly the only shop I ve been were they actually communicate with you,if they don t have what u need they will help you find it!Absolutly fair prices,looking forward to future experiences at the speed shop!new rubber and wheels for this puddle jumpin commuter been shopping for a while now and no one came close on price and variety!!!Thanks speed shop for the smiles

Weird, but pleasant place. I went here to get a U-Haul trailer and it went well. The guy who helped me was in a little nook in the back of the store. It almost seemed like U-Haul rents space from the main shop. The main shop is filled with auto parts--stacks and shelves and bins full of them. Bunch of older guys standing talking at the main register. Fun atmosphere if you like fixing up cars. Very much an independent operation.

Transaction was smooth until you have a problem with the product. I purchased an air intake from them because they were selling it for half of the retail price. After I installed it, engine light showed up. They claimed that's because my car needs to be tuned for the new intake, and that's 100% incorrect because aFe intakes are designed to be plug-and-play so they don't know much about their products/modifying cars. The engine light is gone after I put my OEM intake back and everything is fine, meaning the aFe intake is defective. However, they don't take returns even the product itself is the problem. They will blame the installation error or your car is bad. If it's installation error, i should have the same problem with the OEM intake too. Not recommend this shady shop to anyone.

show up on Saturday at 11am.. one sign says open and 2 say closed. No sign/reason for not being open. might wanna call before wasting your time before traveling here.

Purchased a rim that was guaranteed to fit my car. The rim did not fit. Tried returning the never used rim to get my money back so i can afford another rim that fits but they would not give me my money back. So i have to wait to get paid again to buy a rim that fits. Poor business practices. Stay away from the speedshop

Edit:2023 didn't have what I wanted racing seat or racing seat belts. I was only customer in store...speed shop person didn't seem to want to help me. If you are a real racer...And I have been. REAL racers help one and another. Asked a few questions if he could help me find some belts etc...All answers ONE word NO, NO, NO and No. Thanks for all of your non help.2020: Real live speed shop!I like to be able to touch and see a product that I'm buying in person. Much better than online

Bought a Corsa exhaust that was advertised at "NEW".. What showed up was a used exhaust that had been installed/removed from a vehicle. All slip fit connections had been clamped down. Had to purchase an exhaust pipe expander....That plus the cost of the kit put me at retail value. False advertisement. Buyer Beware

I'm buying a Holley 750 carburetor today just sitting here in the parking lot. You can't imagine the excitement I feel to buy it and to see more hot rod parts. This place is awesome. It get the same feeling when I go the Jegs or Summit Racing.

Dont order online through their store! Im new to buying parts from them and i ordered just under $1000 in parts and it says to please do a courtesy call to the store after you place your order. So i did just that and was then informed online pricing isnt accurate on there site and also inventory isnt correct. I was informed all but 1 of my parts were not in stock and i asked about ordering them in and i was told they could but not at those prices... Its like a bait and switch. If your online ordering isnt current and up to date then turn it off! The sad part was i try to by from local places to support them but not after this interaction of being told i was suppose to call first well thats not what your website says to do!

Great group of guys, tons of inventory, outstanding prices. Really hard to beat The Speed Shop. Jim the owner really cares about his customers. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. I don't even order from summit anymore. Support your local Speedshop! Let's keep these guys in business, they deserve it!

We bought a Bush bar from them . They ordered it. Told us it would fit our Silverado Truck. They were even going to put it on for us. Paid in full. It doesn't fit our truck. $450 down the tubes. They said: It's our problem.You know, you trust someone (who is suppose to know) to order the right part! Obviously not. NEVER go to them!!!!!!

Bought a carburetor was already used on a vehicle, no fuel line hook up. Was told go buy a house nipple somewhere else. Not cool, won't be back EVER !

I purchased a motor back on April 9, 2020 for $6500.00 From The Speedshop. I had them ship the motor to Florida.I requested them to mail an invoice and build sheet and they failed to send one after several requested phone calls.I was told that this motor was 383 stroker with 750 horses and it was brand new and that it had a racing cam and pistons in the motor.The motor they shipped was installed into my car and the motor had no oil pressure and was overheating. Oil was blowing out thru the value covers and blowing out thru the lower oil pan.I thought something was not right about this engine. I had my mechanic remove and tear down this motor and found out that this motor that they shipped was junk and it was not the motor that they described in the sale as a racing motor. This motor had alot of blow bye and the lower crankshaft bearings were shot.I called to complain about the purchased motor that they sold me and that there sales staff was using bad language towards me as a customer. You don t talk to your customers that way. Also I am going to file a fraudulent lawsuit against the Speedshop for stealing. I will never purchase anything from them ever again. They lie and cheat to gain get a fraudulent sale. I also filled a Better business complaint.

They ordered the wrong rims for my car. Plus they apparently don t know to Oder online. I waited about a week and still no rims. I would never step foot in that again

First timer and loved it if i need a radiator, alternator, spare, aftermarket wheel, steering wheel , or a column, valve covers for that classic whatever odds are im coming back. Yes four stars cause people were friendly and checked on some things for me and they didnt have it, but they had other things i need at a last minute felt comfortable in there.

Went to the speed shop today the owner Jim very nice guy very noligable was holding a event today and still took the time to help me. handed him a list and he went to work. great pricing staff was very friendly and it looks like they have everything. WILL DEFINITELY BE GOING BACK. THANKS JIM

The Speedshop is amazing. Jim the owner took care of a couple of issues that I had from another shop. I will definitely be back for some more mods for my 2012 Camaro SS.

They tell you they can order have in 2 days time then don't even call you to tell you the that's parts are week out then don't want to refund your money so you can order else or charge you restock fee for parts that ant even on the way

Called in looking for blue rock lights for my Wrangler to show support for our Fallen Officer Dia K.I.A. for the Memorial on July 7, 2020. James was the first to step up and start making calls for me. The tough part is blue lights are illegal, but for this he understood. Better yet, Dia was a customer and a friend. They have gained a customer in me for life. Semper Fi.

Would leave zero if I could. Worst customer service on top of if you try to call during business hours you can call 30 times back to back and they won t answer. Hopefully you guys hire better employees
