The car buying experience was a pleasant one. Chris listened to what I had to say as far as what I was looking for, and was very informative when showing me the vehicle. No sugar coating, and no pushiness. Erin was also very helpful in helping me with the tech portion with the Kia app. They really seem to want to make the customer happy, and I appreciate that. I'm a satisfied customer thanks to both Chris and Erin!

Gabrielle went above and BEYOND with me. When I walked in he was the first person I saw, he greeted me and said I was leaving with a car he didn t make me feel overwhelmed, nor did I feel like he was getting over on me, along with explaining everything with me. If you visit them, please ask for Gabrielle. I left with a new family member

Chris Molnar at Taylor Kia made purchasing a vehicle easy. He was very helpful, found what I wanted and even had it delivered to me. He was the first salesperson to meet me outside and ask if he could assist. I went to 3 other dealerships and had to go find help. I give Chris and his assistant 5 stars for their professional and kind service.

I had a wonderful experience with Morey at Taylor kia!! He was awesome! Totally recommend asking for him if you choose to go buy a car from there. my mom and I went in and gave him details of what we wanted and he found something absolutely perfect!! I left 100% satisfied! I m so happy I chose to go with Taylor Kia! I couldn t be happier today! Thanks to all the team at Taylor!!

I have a 2019 Kia Niro that has been at the dealer since October 2024. I literally had to buy a new car so I could continue to go to work and pay my car note along with insurance for a car I have not been able to drive in over 5 months. They do not update me on progress and they have been rude. I think the most incredible part has been is that I still get calls, emails, and postcards that say "trade in" or "refer" or something like that. Why would I encourage someone to purchase a vehicle from here when they've had my car for over five months.

Gabriel Caudill was easy to work with not trying to sell us something we didn t need and he was one of the only people that could get us in a new car for a reasonable price which has been very hard to find! Will be back when I get my van!

This was my first time buying a car or even looking at a car. My experience from start to finish was amazing! I felt like I was listened to, heard, and I was not taken advantage of as I feel as a girl at some other places. Gabriel helped me find my car and was amazing! Chris was the one who sold me the car and he was patient with me and helped me make decisions. I could not be happier with my choice of Taylor Kia.

Taylor Kia treated me amazing on my service visit. My car needed a new transmission. I was concerned how I would get home and they offered me a shuttle to take me home. They also provided me a rental car to get to work the next day. When I returned my car was working perfectly. They took care of me quickly and with great care.

We bought a car there. TERRIBLE customer service. They said it was a certified pre owned! Took it in the shop and the alignment was way off. Had 1 new tire. 3 other tires had plugs in them. And very bad dry rot. They treated my mom and sister terrible and even tried to lie acting like they don t know about cars due to being a female. They told them we re not doing anything for you

Brandon helped my friend get approved for a car. He did an amazing job and was very polite and friendly. Will definitely be back to work with him soonCame back to Kia yesterday(3/1) to get myself a car after helping a friend out a month ago , well I traded my car in and got a bigger one for my family. Brandon does great everytime, he worked with every question I had, along with staying in my budget. Thank you again Brandon for all your help.

I recently bought my son on November of 2023 to Taylor Kia. Got a great Kia Forte for a very reasonable price from Chris Molnar. I believe customer service is just as important as the product you are buying. I was so happy with the service i came back in January 2024 for another Kia Forte. Again received great service in buying the car from Chris Molnar. Suggest anyone looking for a great Kia and great sales service contact Chris Molnar.

Great experience! If you go ask for Jay Jay!!!! This is my 4th car with Kia and 3rd time working with Jamel. He gets me together every time. He s a GREAT salesman. I I had extraordinary circumstances due to health constraints. Michael along with Joshua pulled off a miracle. I am now in a better car than on what I was formally. I can never extend enough appreciation. They made the payment work. Unbelievably smooth.
