Archie Beasley Jr. made my entire car buying search and purchase almost effortless and was beyond professional and knowledgeable. Not only did he find the EXACT car I wanted, he did this on his day off. This, in my opinion, is what a sales PROFESSIONAL is. He and Taylor Cadillac will be my go-to from this point on.

Dan Scott at Taylor Cadillac is a great salesman! Not only did he communicate with me amazingly, he drove out to pick me up (an hour away) personally and bring me to the dealership to get my vehicle! Even afterwards, Dan made sure to follow up with me and make sure things were all set after the sale was finalized. I would be happy to shop at Taylor Cadillac again! Thank you all!

We knew what car we wanted, but Shawn @ Taylor Cadillac narrowed down the available inventory & found not 1 but 2 great cars we otherwise would ve overlooked. We had done our research before heading to the dealership & were also working against a deadline, but Shawn navigated the entire process for us which was extremely helpful. Shawn was transparent during the search & got options in to our budget that we originally didn t think were possible. The car we ended up purchasing came with features we initially thought we couldn t afford so we re especially grateful for Shawn s expertise & direction. Shawn is extremely understanding & patient, we re so glad he was in our corner. We knew we d love the car, but we really love the car we ended up buying so thank you so much again Shawn. Justin at Taylor Cadillac helped me get my first Cadillac, a white 2020 XT4. Justin is very knowledgeable about Cadillacs, the current state of the market, and the whole buying and selling process. Justin made himself available to help locate the vehicle I wanted, with all the components I was looking for. He cared to pay attention to the details. After time for a final test drive and signing of papers, Justin continued his assistance by explaining all the features in the SUV and how everything works. Thankful for the help during this experience and looking forward to driving my beautiful new SUV.

Very great experience overall. This is the second car I ve purchased from a dealer and it is everything I could hope for. Being a young adult makes it hard to get into a car sometimes but Archie (my sales person) was very cooperative and helped me get into a new car and just overall a great place to by a car

Absolutely avoid getting a car from this dealership at all costs! My experience with them has been a nightmare. I leased a car that was supposedly brand new, but it has spent more time at the dealership for repairs than with me on the road. When I attempted to discuss my concerns with the person who leased the car to me, he simply brushed me off, claiming there was nothing he could do. He said he would inform his manager and promised they would contact me, but I haven't received a call from anyone since. Their customer service is beyond rude, and they show no willingness to assist customers in need. Now, I'm stuck with a lease for a so-called "brand new car" that constantly gives me trouble. Avoid this dealership at all costs!Update: Despite their promise to call and resolve the problem, it has been two weeks, and I haven't received any type of communication from them.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED

Take both my cts-v and wifes escalade there for service and maintenance. Staff is amazing ! Have gone out of their way several times to make sure our vehicles were fixed right and clean when leaving their place of buainess.

Don t buy a used car from them my Cadillac was purchased with 48k miles. Now with 60k miles it needs a transmission. They clearly knew this. Btw don t bother calling the body shop they don t answer or call back.

This was my first Cadillac purchase, and it was a wonderful experience. Archie Beasley, my sales associate, was very knowledgeable, and gave me a thorough explanation of the XT4. He made me feel at ease with the test drive and confident with this major purchase. I left that dealership being very pleased and proud to be a Cadillac owner. I highly recommend Taylor Cadillac, which is a top shelf dealership, and especially Archie Beasley, who is truly an outstanding Cadillac professional.

David at Taylor Cadillac made my first car buying experience super easy, didn t try to take advantage of me like some at other car dealerships(very easy thing to do with clueless first time car buyers). Dealership closed at 7, and didn t leave until around 8:30, and he wasn t trying to rush or hurry me out. Very knowledgeable and great guy! I bought my 2019 Mini Cooper there about a week ago and love it!
