I took my car in to have minor body work done and was quoted one price but was told something different when I dropped the car off. They kept it longer than what was told to me and when I picked it up it was only partially done. They said my car was in 2 separate accidents and it wasn't. They said what was repared was from one accident and the incomplete part was from a separate accident. I know how many times my car was hit. I felt like I was being treated like some dumb woman that didn't know what she was talking about. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

I wrecked my car back in December. It was told to us it would be done tentatively by Dec 22, I understand getting parts is difficult, but I also would also like to understand the staff not returning our calls and the delays. We have been very patient but this it getting out of hand. Thanks but no thanks...

This has got to be the absolute worst service I ve ever had. I purchased the car from the Taylor automotive group and had such high expectations. They lied to my insurance about when my car would be done. Leaving me without a car for over a week. They refused to answer my phone calls or voicemails regarding a loaner vehicle. Do not send your cars here!!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Body & Trim

First time around shop was amazing with my car repair from rear end accident. A year ago I was rear ended again at a stop light. Ive tried calling to have repairs completed. It's very hard to get a hold of someone you have to physically go to the shop. But due to post covid backlog and high worker turnover they never installed my hatch handle, I can't use my backup camera, and I don't have a light on my licence plate. So I can't drive it at night. They were an awesome shop but I think they take on too much work now and dont have enough employees.Service: Body & Trim

Very professional staff. I was a reck not having my car and I probably bugged them daily on when it was gonna be ready . They still were very kind and courteous to me in my nutty state, lol. Thanks guys!

I was disappointed that it took over a month to complete my car repairs. But when I learned how short of qualified help the body shop is I totally understood. We were treated very well by the personnel who thanked us for our patience.

I have paint spots that are crinkling on my car that I had just purchased recently from Taylor Kia. I'm very disappointed with that. The dealership told me to go to Taylor body shop downtown. I did so in hopes of getting it repaired. I still have a year and a half left on the overall warranty. When I got there, I talked to a man named Ken in the office. He was very busy but very friendly and took the time to come out to look at my vehicle and explain to me that unfortunately, it wasn't a warranty issue, it was an outside issue that they couldn't help me with. I was very disappointed and frustrated. I believe that Taylor should still be able to help me with this since I spent so much on the vehicle recently

Most if the work was done well. I would expect perfection after they had it 35 days. Paint don't really match well and after picking up my vehicle, I heard something dragging. Turns out they didn't mount the inner wheel well. So now I have to replace that myself. Driver's seat was broken in the accident and I made sure I pointed it out. Not replaced.

Went there to get an estimate on a very nice pickup that had been hit. The guy sat right there and talked to other people and worked on his computer for over 20 minutes after he said he'd give me an estimate. Super rude! I didn't see anything in the shop or about the shop that would make me really want to wait another 20 minutes just to get an estimate

Fixed my back bumper after accident, but trashed inside of my car. The car also came back with a dead battery that was working fine previously. Called to ask if they would take care of the battery, and the response was that they were not liable.DO NOT recommend them !

The Taylor Bodyshop professionals repaired the damage on my CTS and kept my car very clean as it went in! Reasonable time was spent for the repairs and the quality of the finish was excellent and paint match perfect! Very Happy with Taylor Bodyshop!

Poor communication about progress, no sense of urgency. Workmanship is ok at best. Not happy with their body shop. Nothing like the service u get at the dealershipService: PaintingService: Painting

This is the 2nd time going through these guys and just wanted to say thanks for the rental through Thanksgiving and a terrific job as usual. I really appreciate your guys hard work, Caddy looks absolutely perfect.
