I'm from Illinois and I was in Ohio delivering goods. My semi tractor drive shaft broke down on a Monday. They got me back on the road Wed morning. Great staff, Sam took care of everything and I would recommend them to any trucker in need of service. Thank you.

Got me right in for an oil change and love how they look everything over not just what you are having done. Found a problem and instead of pressuring me to have it fixed they just wanted me to be aware of it. Great experience will try to make it my go to shop.

This is my company shop so I don't have options either way. That said, I went there for an eLog update, omnitracs quit last Thursday. Even with the tech having to answer calls and possibly order parts, I was out of there fairly quickly. I'm not sure if they deserve the demerit of 1 star, but logs still aren't working, so 4 it is. This may be company related, but as I understand it a serial number may have been or still is the problem. Turned out was the serial number, so all is well now, and it wasn't Shraders fault.

Good place for pm service on my feightliner bucket truck. They even grease the base of the boom for me.

Our tire broke off on the way to a horse show and these guys got us right in and got the job done. CJ was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Sam was easy to work with and very kind. Kudos to the whole shop honestly! They even did it with the horses still in the trailer by hand instead of with power tools because they didn t want us to have to pull them out. Absolutely recommend!

Have nothing bad to say about Derek and his crew. Had appointment for a oil change. Got there put me in bay 2 soon as I pulled up got right on it. It took me longer to get my check process then to do oil and lube how about that for efficiency. Had another problem they got on that. Great group of guys. Me Derek had a few laughs about the check and timing. They are very patient. If they succeed you will too. Got a problem I wouldn t pass them up.Sincerely,Sean Thomas international corp

I was traveling from Waterford Michigan to Parma Ohio. I had a tire blowout at the Alexis Road exist. Fortunately, I was able to get off the freeway and make it to their location. Schaefer Tire provided fast and quality service to get me back on the road. Due to the tire blowout my loaded shifted and they went beyond the scope of their duty and helped me put back the load properly. They provided fair prices and friendly service. I would highly recommend them.

While having our RV de-winterized by Cummins before a trip, we were told our tires had dry rot. We contacted Shrader T & O in Houghton Lake, MI and spoke to manager Jamy Ortbring who worked his magic to get the Michelin tires and had them installed the following day. My husband took a Semi truck in for pm service and a Annual inspection they didn't grease 90% of the grease fittings, he quit using them for service but let them do it when he gets his Annual inspection done. Same thing happened last year. Probably going to find a different place to do his inspections and pm service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Greg was very kind and knowledgeable and helped me with my truck issues I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a honest place to get tires, I also went next door to get my shocks changed and Tim was very courteous very professional and also very kind and knowledgeable he explained to me everything and went above and beyond to make sure my truck was ready to go on the road you don't find this kind of level of service anywhere else and I've been to top dealers and honestly this is the best service I've ever gotten and I will definitely come back.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim
