Went there with the problem that I had been having. He tested it and actually gave me a solution which I hope will work. None of the other car places give me any kind of solution. He Went out of his way to help.

Wouldnt read my check engine light since they only had 1 employee in the store and 1 that wasnt on the clock yet. I get the rules but would have been pretty easy to accommodate that situation.

I almost always go O'Reillys because they usually always have what you need.Sometimes it's cheaper than other places.They will also price match if it's the same part.I live an hour away and went down to Point Place in Toledo to work on my nieces car. It was a brand new store and only minutes from her house.That was a big++

I gave this place a 3star because they are not saling you new parts they're rebuilt parts even with a life time warranty, sorry O'REILLY'S Auto parts. Even they're electrical parts are junk so I do not go there...

They just built a new one in my neighborhood , point place Toledo Ohio , so happy to have a parts store 2 blocks from my house , the new store looks great , O'Riley's Rocks!

I haven't left a place and been so upset i went back in to do a complete return. I wouldn't suggest going here for anything but to find a dipstick.
