This location sucks I called to purchase something and they told me the part I needed was in stock then I called a Uber to pick me up to drive 18 mins away just to get there asked them were they sure it was the part I called for they promised me yes I get all the way home and the part was not the part they promised just very unprofessional and I would not recommend people go there unless you want to waste time and money

Thanks to Donna! Was looking for an H11 headlight and I wanted the enexpensive brand that was not on the peg so she went and got one from the back. Very friendly and helpful and the store, as always, was neat and clean! I may be partial to my Irish roots but O'Reilly is always my 1st stop to my automotive needs!

After confirming that the location had the replacement pat for the defective one that they sold me and an hour round trip to pick up said part, I get home to realize that they gave me the incorrect part and didn't have the correct one. Instead of delivering the part from another local O'Reilly store and impressing me with their great customer service, Jeremy apologized and told ,e that I would have to make the hour plus round trip myself. Mistakes happen, but how they're resolved really shows the store's commitment to customer service (or in this case, the lack thereof). After making the trek out there to return yet another part, I won't be back.

The guys here are always so friendly and helpful. This trip was for just a pair of wiper blades, but they still helped with a smile and popped them on my car for me. I love having this location so close by home too!

Store neat, clean and well organized. Hard to get assistance to find part. Had to interrupt counter guy who was on computer. He did give me aisle# to check

I've always had great service. I don't really look for myself. I'm fairly car dumb so I ask an employee and tgn they're always happy to help look stuff up.

Showed up at 7:31 on March 8th to a store that opens at 730, doors were locked lights and open sign on. Called the number to open the door 6 times no answer, waited until 8 if zero stars was a rating I would of chose that

If I could give negative stars I would! Got in line to pay for a $10 tool I needed and was acknowledged by one worker saying he'd be with us in a minute. Then he disappeared and we didn't see him again. Wasn't acknowledged by any other employees either! After about 15 minutes in line we walked out. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

The store manager help me out and changing out my battery which I couldn't have done without his help. I think he went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it because I know I want to be able to do it myself.

Awesome people, Justin and Christian were very helpful! Liberty was also very friendly. ALL were good down to earth people. Best O'Reilly's ever!

Was in line for almost an hour, had to repeat the same information over 12 times after I had even called ahead. The employee helping me answered his phone in the middle of talking to me and didn't even apologize. Seemed like no one cared about their job or the customer.Super cool, totally coming back again soon!

These people don't know what the hell they are doing. I was in the store standing in line for over 45 minutes to exchange a alternator. Few people put their stuff back on the shelves an left because it was such a slow service. The employees that I dealt with were not friendly at all an acted as if they didn't want to sincerely help you with your problem. When you disagree with them they give you a attitude. I will never go to this store again.

Guys there go above and beyond for their customers, I was there waiting in line and listening to this clerk explain to a gentleman how to do a compression test and check timing on an engine. Way beyond what you would expect from somebody that's just supposed to cash you out.

When I return stuff to O'Reilly's they asked me for my receipt for something I bought 7 years ago okay AutoZone is the way to go they keep it under your phone number and it stays there

They didn't have the part I needed, had to drive across town, but they made it good by giving me a discount.They also warranty parts if they break when you are installing them.

The best auto parts store in the whole country especially the one on Dorr and Reynolds rd, very friendly crew and they work hard to get you what you need

The manager of all ppl was not helpful at all! Im pretty sure he supposed to sell stuff not tell me something isn't worth the money, but ok thanks. LoL he reminded me of Eeyore

Very good selection of engine additives. So if your car is older or has an issue, this would be a good place to start.

Poor service, parts rarely last, employees act like your an inconvience, and will insist on your data for there WARRANTY on anything you purchase.

The workers try to help but they don't seem to be super knowledgeable. They kind of give advice when they don't know what they're talking about instead of just saying they don't know.
