I have been a customer of O'Reilly Auto Parts for many years. Most recently I purchased brake pads, rotors, and calipers. Everything I needed was in stock and reasonably priced (based upon prices obtained from two other stores). I was unable to have these installed, as the weather was below freezing, so I needed to return everything I had purchased. The clerk was very understanding, and I was refunded in full with no restocking fee. I will continue to use O'Reilly Auto Parts for any automotive needs.

Staff was not welcoming at all. 2 staff members helping one guy who walked in 30 seconds before me, the other staff member was busy in the back. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes and not a word said to me. I went over to look for a car battery and didn't see the one in the racks that was for my wife's car, so back to the counter for 2 more minutes with no hello be right with you so I left.

A great place for practicing sign language since the lady behind the counter can't even reply with words. Went in asking for something, said hi and greeted the female employees who did not reply and simply pointed to the section I was interested in. As I didn't find what I was looking for and decided to exit, I thanked her and yet again no response. I guess this is the new customer service style we need to get used to.

They were pretty helpful when getting my break pads. They made it a pretty quick trip. The lady had trouble finding something in a the computer which was slightly inconvenient but not that bad. Even offered to carry the rotors out to my car.

My oil light came on. John helped me by checking my oil. He put the correct amount in and told me I needed a new dip stick. Mines was broken from a previous oil change at Walmart. He was so helpful and friendly. John was very knowledgeable about my engine and how to care for it. Thank you sooo much!

Absolute worst customer service ever the gentleman might question and question me over a quest for finding a cheaper price on oil I showed him several ones and finally found the competitor to say that you have it in stock and it's far from my home. He said OK K that I'll match him because quit and we got it in stock so Nick the bigger black gentleman claimed he didn't have it in stock but he did have instructs so I have 3 other people or he doesn't deal with Myers isn't a competitor Myers is not a competitor Walmart is not a competitor everybody in your world is a competitor Mr. Nick o'reilly's should not be allowed to work there if hes going to act like this to customers

I snapped off my windshield wiper in ice and I wasn't quite sure how to replace it. I came here and the service was efficient and very helpful and replaced it for me.!I would have struggled if I tried to do it myself because a little piece of the old wiper was left behind. A special thank you to John for his excellent customer service!

Bit pricey. Found the same brake light needed for 20% less at Walmart... after I had purchased them. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The store needs a good cleaning. Overall, I will continue to buy my auto parts here.

Steve behind the counter is a jerk. Went over there for a simple hose for an evap system. Right away he seemed extremely annoyed and irritated. Could not find what I needed, cursing in front of myself and my fiance punching away at the keyboard. At one point he stopped turned around to grab ibuprofen to take because clearly I was his problem. Then he went on a rant about how he has 35 years experience in auto and how I don't even need this part it won't affect anything blah, blah, blah. At that point I'm not going to explain that I need it done when I move to state that has inspections. I just left, it was an unpleasant experience and definitely unprofessional. I'll take my $$$ elsewhere.

The staff seems more knowledgeable than the other auto parts stores but are not as friendly. Almost like they can't be troubled to look up a part. They do price match and stock more rare parts so that's a bonus and the reason I'm giving 3 stars.

I went to the store in Sylvania Ohio. All was good till I was told by the teller at the front check out that the part I needed was the part he brought to me. When it clearly different that the one I had in my hand! Completely different. He then insisted in turning the computer around to show me. In witch told me my part was the wrong one? I had just took this part off myself. I told him this. After letting him know this information he still insisted on telling me his computer doesn't lie! I then left OREILLYS and drove half a mile down the road to AutoZone ware the person looked up the same information I gave that person same information I gave to person at O'Reilly's. Well I guess the computer at Autozone is just more informed than the computer at the place down the street?But for him to get so upset as to turn the whole computer around for me to see. Showed me he obviously didn't want to do much to check out the information I gave him? Sorry no longer a customer of your business. If this helps in anyway at all I hope everything will work out for the best...Billy Phillip's 624 N. Crissy rd Holland Ohio 43528....

I used to work at the one on Monroe Street The Hub and some of the management there I think they're play kind of favorites they're in there a little bit prejudiced for my blood sorry I have to say that and the way they treat their employees is just ridiculous that's why I no longer belong there or an employee they wasted a lot of good talent through me I have 32 years in the automotive field experience and I cannot believe the way some of the people that work there behave and it's not everybody it's just some of them in all goofing off all the time could have caused a lot of accidents and you know her other employees in or just the way they do things are there human horses Department over there just sucks royally bad so I guess if they're going to say bad things about me I'll tell the truth about them and see how that goes so there it is people go to AutoZone Laskey Road that's right by my house they're very very nice over there and people they all these parts places get from the same suppliers they just got different labels a different names on the boxes that they sell over-the-counter but all the supplies come from the same warehouses and factories that make all these parts are there is people you know that's why they price match each other so you can go to any parts

Got what I needed had drive 20 min because your woodville store had get smart with my wife and navarre store well it's been over 5 months of issues need fire hole store there .So compaired to your other stores Monroe was awsome

Always very friendly and helpful...i especially like the service they guve by putting on your windshield wipers on in the freezing cold weather..anytime i have gone in there they have what you need or will get it for you...customer service is excellent!

O'Reilly, Autozone, and Advanced Auto are basically all the same store to me. Usually have the parts I need and prices are mostly comparable to each other. I always shop all 3 to see which actually has what I need at the price I want.My biggest complaint of this store is its location - it can be daunting to try to pull in and out off of Monroe street.

No way are they even close to 4.2 stars every time I go in there someone is complaining about wrong part i went there on alexis and told them i was going to bring rotors back to be turned and they said ok and when i got back they couldnt dind all the parts fir the machine to turn them

My only problem is if I need a brake braket why do I have to buy everything that was frozen inside my other one thats like charging me for everything that was spose to come with it
