I'm a commercial customer and they don't care about fixing the problems that I have. I can't imagine how bad it is for a DIY customer to get decent service here. We bought an Engine that needed serviced under warranty. They mishandled the warranty claim. Then Chris the outside sales guy couldn t answer questions, the district manager passed the buck back to the store. So as much as I like the store guys, their corporate employees are terrible. I know writing this won t change their ways, but someone should know that these guys are kinda spineless dweebs. They can t give you a straight answer and then don t even have the testicular fortitude to call back themselves.

Better than the other business I bought from which I m not going to say their name, but they are the reason why we are not buying from them anymore and now switching to buy from O Reillys.

Good service and knowledgeable. Had old brake pads but they weren't right. Returned them 3 yrs later. (Rv, didn't rush to put them on and when I started doing my shock I figured might as well get them out) Stock and computer had no clue what I needed. The guy went out of his way and found exactly what I needed. Saved the day!

The store manager Donald came out in below freezing temperates and assisted me with changing what proved to be the most difficult rear windshield wiper blade that I have ever seen. The service and knowledge at this store was absolutely amazing!

Found brand-new hubcaps for less than $50 bucks! Kind helpful men upfront could answer my questions l had. Like, what size tire etc.

better than autozone young guy was lot more helpful even though they didn't have my exact brand of oil filter they matched me up with a comparable one.

The staff that works here is very friendly and will chit chat with me when I come in and ask about how to fix different things on my car. I recently bought a jack from this location that was significantly heavier than I could have ever imagined based on how my father just tossed his around growing up. The jack was $160 and that's exactly what it felt like. I struggled to carry this beast up to the counter while trying not to make eye contact with the gentleman working the desk. At last, I got the jack up to the counter and completed my purchase. I made an awkward joke about how heavy the darn thing was and the other gentleman talked about how someone prior had mentioned the aluminum ones being heavy, too. I kind of chuckled while dying inside because my pride was way too large to ask for help. So, I grabbed the two straps on the sides on the box and lifted. I told the men thank you and to have a nice night and penguin walked this massive jack all the way out to my car. I learned two lessons that day. 1) Leave the jack in the building and pull your car up to the curb. 2) Just ask for help, jacks are heavy.

Seems like the staff has been changed out for the better. Big improvement today over past experiences at this location. Update: That last comment turned out to be incorrect. I had the truck at the mechanics, and it turned out that the salesman at O'Reilly's had given me front pads and rotors instead of rears! He had one job!! Read a computer screen and go pull the correct part. It turned into a huge headache because I had to run across town to get them exchanged and back to my mechanic.

Had my part...but very expensive! How do they stay in business? Guess I answered my own question. If they have the part...they get your money. I will remember the price gouging when thinks get back to normal.

We love getting our auto parts from O'Reilly's. They always have what we need in stock and ready for pick up when we need it. Very knowledgeable staff and will help with all you need and answer any questions you may have.

I was treated like i was going to steal twice when i went to that store. I walked out the second time, i will makw sure my family amd friends will never go there. Thanks for the experience. You deserve no stars

Terrible Service. I went elsewhere.ONE person behind the counter who was looking up a zillion parts for some guy while the rest of us waited in line to buy still. I put it all down and went to AutoZone. I highly recommend AutoZone for much better service.

I'm Not even close to being a mechanic. When i need somthing i can fix they have it. Even if i don't know what it is. Very knowledgeable staff. Just very helpful. Price is right. Try um.

Horrible service. Stood at the counter just to buy a tire pressure gauge.... There was no line and there was no eye contact from not 1 associate! Those at the counter were even answering the phone before tending to me. I've bought parts there in the past... never again.

I stopped by while I was visiting my sister in Toledo. She was shopping at the Savers at the right side of the shopping center & I went to the O'Reilly store while I was waiting for her. Pretty much a normal auto parts store.

Fair prices and good workers if not in the store more then likely get it the next day , alot of business has been through this place ,,hoping they will put a store near the new Route 24 out by waterville soon ,

I have never been here... I keep telling Google that, but they don't believe me. Looks OK from the outside and I'm sure they have lots and lots of auto parts inside. I hear the menu isn't all that exciting...

The guy with the glasses is a liar almost had me remove a bumper for a blinker bulb
