The manager was friendly and knowledgeable about parts. Employee carried battery to my car for me. Price was cheaper than Autozone.

The web site states the hours of operation. Today is Sunday July 26, 2020. Hours are 11am to 3 pm... Went to the store to pick up a grease gun I ordered this past week. Store was closed, had a computer printed sign that stated that the location was closed Sundays until further notice. That should be stated on the website!!!! While I was there, getting back into my Jeep,a red F150 drove up and saw me walking back to my vehicle. Clearly they were going to visit the location also, and only found they were closed after arriving at the store.Pretty inconsiderate of the management to decide to close on Sundays when leaving the hours posted on the website contradicting the actual hours they are open...

I go to Napa all the time for all of the products that they sell that are needed for the company I work for. The guys there and girls are always great and very knowledgeable. So if you are looking for great service and parts stop in and check them out.

The employees at this store could not have been more helpful to us. We pulled off the highway on a trip with an issue and they helped us find the product needed and showed us how to use it as we are not mechanically inclined! Lifesavers!

A house full of total professionals I'm crippled they came out to my car they diagnosed a problem fix one of them for free so I bought a torque wrench from them just to say thank you great guys by anything they got to sell those tools in town.

Good for hard to fine parts but the people need work on helping others too keep there word on ordering parts .im not happy about it
