I was driving from Chicago to Pittsburgh when my brakes started going soft in my Sprinter work van. From Leon who answered the phone and said yes they work on Sprinters (tough to find places sometime) and Jonathan the manager/tech who fixed the rusty leaking line to Mike behind the counter, this entire experience was nothing short of top notch and professional.They got me right in for an immediate emergency repair (driving on a tight schedule) and did a quality professional repair at a fair price.Courteous professional prompt service!Thanks guys!!Service: Brakes

1:15PM On my way to work and my exhaust went to pieces. Call Mytee and they said bring it in. 1:45PM Mytee start looking it over and say my resonator needs changing. By 4:30 PM I m on my way. I appreciate these guys and that s why I keep coming back.

Very knowledgeable staff. They were able to diagnose and fix a very tricky a/c system problem. Two other shops had failed to find the solution. Thanks to Leon at Mytee the CRV blows cold air once more

Took my 2007 crown Vic in for a oil change and tune up + wheel alignment sat in there shop parking lot for 4 days they didn t even touch it guess I didn t look apart might i say then when I called to check on the car they said i would have to come up there when I m in a whole nother state then proceeds to say it ll run me 5k for a new intake manifold what a waste of time and money .. then when I came to pick up my car at 11:30pm then said they never did any work then when I asked for an oil change they said it d be too dangerous then I asked for my key they gave me the key to some else car how careless take you car here if you hate it I guess

Jon the shop manager is extremely polite and helpful. He takes time to give in depth details when my car has issues and he explains things in simple terms so I can better understand. I have been taking my vehicles to Jon for almost 10 years and everytime I have an issue with any of my vehicles he always fixes the issue and gets me back on the road. Jon and his mechanics are top tier and extremely knowledgeable. I enjoying doing business at mytee auto

Recommended by friends. Johnathan was great! I thought I needed one thing repaired, and he made sure to double-check. He found that I needed something else, and saved me almost $200. He was very kind, honest, and efficient. Finished car in just a few hours. Thank you!!

After searching other tire shops while in the area, the guys at Mytee plugged a tire right away and were more than courteous and professional! The guys at Mytee were VERY helpful. After spending all day dealing with my insurance company and other shops, these guys were able to help me and get my exhaust fixed in less than 30 minutes, at a better price than others I checked with. Everyone was very pleasant, easy to work with, and transparent about the whole process. If I had known they were gonna be so great before, I could ve saved myself a week of headaches! Can t thank these guys enough.

I called about an exhaust issue and had it diagnosed the same day. The part was ordered to replace it right away and the car was fixed an back on the road in no time. They were able to get us in to diagnose and fix the issue same day. Ended up being something silly and simple and he didn t even charge. Honest, professional and dependable place to take your vehicle. We will definitely be returning if we have issues with our vehicles in the future.

Went in for a general inspection of my car. They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and prompt. They listened to everything I had to say, and got me in and out very quickly. I'll definitely be going back for any other service I need done.

I don't even know where to begin. When I 1st arrived I was welcomed and taken care of. I went to (2) other locations and Mytee by far was the best. Johnathan was amazing and compassionate. Now and days you can't find kind people like that. Johnathan explained everything to me so I could understand. He promised my truck to be completed by a certain time and it was done before scheduled time. I was very impressed with the over all service. Starting with Johnathan the front Service Representative who was very professional and kind he went over and above understanding my situation and applied that to the needs of my car repairs. My car was repaired faster than what he thought it would take. And Johnathan gave me good advice for my car future repairs. I plan to go back to have additional work completed. I had bought a used car. Took it to a place for an estimate. Very HIGH estimate. I walked across the street to Mytee to see what options they had. They were able to lower the price by around 1,000. I took those savings and put it towards more repairs. Only took a few days for them to do. Struts, brakes, exhaust and a timing belt. A lot of stuff :) They did a fantastic job. What impressed me was the 'care'. The big stuff got done, but it was the small stuff that really impressed me. I took my car to have some work done basically a full check. They did fix the air bag issue but my car was still not right so I called and was told to bring it back, I was already charged $600 the first time and I felt like nothing was done right. So now they want to charge me $700 more for tyrod ends & two tires. I saw all of the good reviews that were left so I thought I would be able to leave one as well but I cannot. That was something you were supposed to do the first time, my car is worst now than when I took it in. Never again.

I am surprised this place has good ratings. We took in a used car we bought to get a price on a power steering pump. They told my husband the brake line needed replaced as it was leaking. All total was a sticker shocking quote of $1000. WHAT? We ended up taking it to a friend of ours and he did the power steering for $240. Far cry from the $600 they wanted to charge us. My friend (who I trust implicitly) also said there was no leaking braking line. He said he even had someone else look at it to be sure. He said it was a little rusty but it was fine. I told him this place wanted $400 to replace it and he said that was a ridiculous price because they buy the lines in bulk and they are not expensive. They wanted $150 I believe just for the part. My husband is hearing impaired and it makes me wonder if he looked like an easy mark or something. There are too many reputable places around to have to deal with gouging and dishonesty.

I met Brent when I was in college. I have purchased from Brent 5 cars and been his customer for over 12 years. His honest and really go out of his way to help out without expectations of return. The quality is amazing, never had to come back for same issue. He offer on phone consultation to me with issues on my car and walked me through on to fix it myself when I got stuck on the road, better than triple AAA. Very personable and did I say honest? He has 3 locations and years of experience, the guys work there are pretty friendly and knowledgeable too. Prices really unbeatable compared them to tireman, Midas and guys work from their truck, Mytee was the best every time!!

Couldn't have asked for better service! I ve known Jonathan for at least four years and he s the only one I trust with my car. Honest opinions are given to customers. When I was there recently, Jonathan sat down with a customer (who needed a lot done to his car) to go over what absolutely needed to be done right away. Not very many places offer that kindness; most of the time, they just want you to get it all done so you have to pay. Definitely NOT the case here they will tell you exactly what needs to be done now and what can wait.They did a great job on my car and will absolutely be returning! I don t trust anyone other than Jonathan and the staff at Mytee to work on my car!

The gentlemen were very nice and did a great job. The guy at the front desk is awesome. Everyone was very kind and they were even helpful in avoiding an additional cost when it was found that I had a part still in tact with no damage. They even gave me a ride home with nearly no wait at all. I plan to return for any repairs needed in the future. Thanks guys!

Called I'm to check on a price to replace a wheel bearing. Spoke to Jeff. Was given a price higher than what I had been given by another shop and he not only matched it but beat it by 120 bucks. Was super friendly and professional. Made me feel comfortable and not like I was getting taken to the cleaners. Would def recommend checking them out if you haven't already.

After having sub par work done on my back brakes by a dealership (yes dealership) less than two years ago, it was really nice to experience real customer service with Mytee. I visited the Reynolds location and they were honest, clear and priced in the correct range. I have had them work on other things as well in the past and they are ALWAYS consistent. They even picked me up from work to make things easier on me. I highly recommend them! They can be trusted to help when you need it.

Had them do alignment on my daughter's car, because they did good job on other car I took, well had bad strut and inner tire rods, that they replaced gave deal on them too when different company said both tire rods needed it but only one and didn't catch bad strut. And yes it was bad. And car pulled , they didn't get steering wheel right and had to do it again, so they did good job and backed up there workService: Wheel alignment
