Very unprofessional...I called days ago about getting my truck fixed they told me bring it in 2 days at 9am it'll be done by 12 -1.I drop it off at 9am hrs go by I call them at 12:30 for update they tell me they haven't even looked at it yet they tied up on a vehicle. Smh what's the point of making a appt? On top of that told me if they couldn't do it I'll have to pay a diagnostic fee.ok what's the fee for making a appt having someone car sit hrs and get nowhere? Den told me I can come pick it up and reschedule Ppl don't waste your time

Called to ask if they had any tools I could rent to pull my rusted rotor off the hub since a hammer isn't getting far. Told me they don't have anything and keep hitting it with a hammer, I asked if he had any advice on where to hit to maybe help get it off and he said no, how disrespectful just because I'm not buying your service can't even treat me with some respect and offer advice. This is one of those shady businesses who only care if you pay them for everything.

Absolutely terrible experience the guy was completely outta hand ! Took my truck in to get a simple nail replaced, was shortly asked if I knew where the wheel lock key was. I simply said I did not, I had just bought the vehicle. He became enraged and very rude quickly with me! I could tell he was irritated as he told me just to go to another place and get my tire fixed if I didn't know where it was the wheel lock was. Needless to say I highly recommend you don't go there. There's a ton of other places around. I've never been more disappointed with a place that I've been in, probably in my entire life

Too busy and took forever to get my vehicle in for an estimate. There were a few miss communication with the person scheduling my estimate and they wanted to keep my vehicle all weekend for it and aren't even open on the weekends. However I have been told that they do phenomenal work for great prices. Idk for sure as my jeep never got fixed through this business.

Made an appointment for my oil pump to be changed in my truck and the day of I took it in an he said I wasn't scheduled when I clearly saved his number because I was going to start using this shop but he definitely refused my truck. The second incident was today on monday when I scheduled the Thursday before for a tires mounted and balanced on my truck again I was refused services when I clearly booked an appointment

I dealt with Jeff as soon as I walked in. I explained my issues to him and he gave me a full diagnostics complete exclamation of what my problems were on my vehicle. This business does not charge a lot but gives you perfect quality work. If you have a problem with your vehicle, go to this business. They are honest, lower priced, perfect work, and you re not gonna get much better than Jeff. That man has 40 years experience under his belt!Services: General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning

Absolutely amazing. We're from out of town and hit a rock unexpectedly and needed a quick tire replacement before we came home -- they had us in and out in under an hour with them having to run to their warehouse to get a tire. If anyone ever needs tires, definitely go here. Support small business!

I thought I was having trouble with my SUV they assured me that it was in good shape for the milage. Excellent and thorough. We drove from CLE to look at a hard to find truck. Called in the hopes of finding someone to check it out mechanically. Jerry hadn't planned to be in on Saturday, but he said he would do it. He was very thorough and honest - good price too! We bought the truck with a little negotiation on stuff Jerry had found. Thank you, Jerry!

So, I go to them.. Pay 40 bucks to have a tire put on... I get going down 75 and the tire goes flat. They put it on a bad rim.. And said they "thought" it would be fine. I almost had an accident going 70 mph. I wonder if they ever "thought" that it could cause an accident and kill me or someone else? Granted they did come and put my donut back on... But basically I just paid 40 bucks for another flat tire, huge waste of time and near accident. When I called to tell them I didn't have a jack, the man was rude and hung up on me. You'd think I would have at least received a refund. But I guess my safety and everyone else's on the highway is worth exactly 40 bucks. I most definitely would not recommend this place. This was beyond bad judgment on their part... Then to add insult to injury, I was made to feel like I was in the wrong for calling and how dare they have to come help me!! And when I asked about a refund.. He may as well have laughed in my face.

I like to drive an older car that I own. Paid for. For more than 5 years Jeff and Jerry have helped me keep my classic cars running. They have dozens of years of experience and use the most modern high-tech tools to help diagnose problems. Nobody likes to pay for repairs, but I trust them to keep me on the road. That trust has been rewarded. I would highly recommend them to friends and have been sending people there for many years.

Very rude. Went there to get an alignment. They straightened the steering wheel but the truck still veers to the left. They didnt diagnose a part that needed replaced in order for the alignment to be done properly. When I brought it up to the owner and his son they got very offended and tried to attack me when i was leaving. Very unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Well when you call with the exact engine you need worked on and they tell you "you wouldn't know that" yet I did 10 hours of looking into my car to be able to tell the difference between 3 engine types for MY car and which engine I have... It turned me off. Don't talk to your customers like they are stupid. But thanks for thinking because I'm a woman I can't do.

Very unprofessional from the time he answered the phone till the end of the conversation. I chose not to do business with him or recommend anyone. He was rude and you can tell hes in the wrong field. If I could rate them a Zero I would.

had my engine replaced by them . and so far i had a coil they broke and tried to glue it back on and zip tied it. my rear valve cover is leaking. and i had some kind of sensor broke on the rear valve cover and none of it was a issue before. i would not recommend going to a shady mechanic like that.

We came in looking to buy 2 used tires for our vehicle. Friendly staff assisted us, although, after shopping around we found their used tire prices to be on the high side.

The older gentleman was friendly however the son rude and very disrespectful will not recommend them to anyone. You will overpay and waste your time.
