I've been using Monroe Autos as my main mechanic for over a decade. Adam is the most honest and hard-working guy you will come across. He has literally saved me thousands of dollars in repairs where other mechanics would have taken advantage of me. He remembers me and my husband by name, and our cars, and is always happy to help us. He communicated with me quickly via telephone and helped me as soon as I pulled into the lot. He's a busy guy, probably because he's so good, and I would absolutely recommend him. I will not ever take my vehicles any other place.

Adam is amazing. Very honest and hardworking. He works on luxury cars and my kids cars.. his prices are good and does not take advantage of your money! I will never go to a dealership ever again!

Quick and honest service. Jim (and the other serviceman s name escapes me) we re very helpful and explained issues to me. Took my car right in with short wait time. My sister referred me and I m glad she did

Have been coming here for 10 years since he opened. All my family and friends as well. The owner is a hard working trustworthy guy who is fair and makes sure the job gets done right. Wouldn t go anywhere else

Adam the owner was great. I called on Thursday and was able to get in the next day. Adam helped diagnose starter problem which was intermittent. Adam kept me up to date with repair progress as parts needed were on back order. I'm happy I found a new mechanic. HE IS A CROOK! I would give ZERO stars if I could. I took my car to Adam in March, it was overheating and leaking coolant. He charged me $1,000 to change all 5 of my coolant lines (only two were cracked, but I figured change them all). He only changed ONE, maybe two. I have tried contacting him several times via phone call and text and have not heard one response. Also they ripped a hose and I was informed during an oil change that it was taped. He is a scam artist and a thief. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!

The owner is honest, ethical and very knowledgeable. I am very pleased I landed on this place through a friend of mine , I took my car to another place they gave me the wrong diagnosis so I got my car over Monroe Auto they diagnosed it , order the parts and was done fast . My car wouldn't shift so they took my car and diagnosed it and fixed it for $600. They charged me and gave it back with the SAME exact problem. They then told me it needed a new transmission. My car has been in the shop for 2 months and he finally calls AFTER PUTTING IN THE WRONG TRANSMISSION to tell me it's fixed BUT HE WONT OFFER ME A REFUND for the issue we never asked him to fix which he never even told us what it was. Wasn't listed on the paperwork either. Was listed as parts and labor.

Kept my car for 2 months to fix a transmission after "accidentally" putting in the wrong one. Charged me $600 for a job we never asked him to do and he refuses to offer me a refund.

My family has taken several cars to this shop and were very well pleased. Adam, the owner/manager is honest, and fair with prices! He will not release your car if he believes the job needs a little more attention and it's safe to drive. He's more about people than getting rich. More importantly, his actions show it! Great business for the second time. Very professional customer service. Especially with how busy they are. Respect to Monroe Auto because even fix the minor things. You didn't even think to ask them. Truly goes up and beyond to give an great experience. It's not a race, it's a marathon. Thanks for keeping my car running.

Refuses a refund on a job he lied to us about. Kept my car for two months, he "accidentally" put in the wrong transmission. Took 2 MONTHS. Won't work with me on a refund for a job before the transmission he did without bothering to ask us if we wanted this done.

Fair price, problem with fuel pump.newly installed pump was bad. The owner Adam replaced part with new one from The dealer. Can't beat that no extra charge . Great person

They have had my car for a week, and haven't even looked at it! I need my car to go to work. If they didn't have time for it, they should have said so! Don't take your car here if you need it back!! Terrible...
