I've always had excellent service at this shop. However, I'm giving this only 2 stars because, my experience with the call center has been horrible.

When my 65 year old mother asked to get her tires filled up with air and the guy said there's a air hose out side u can do it ur self when it was 9* outside ya my mom was willing to pay for them to do it I would never and I mean never recommend this place ever again and the guy that said that to my mom one day you will be that old and not moving like you should and I hope and pray no one does that to you

Monroe Services is an all-around great service center. I get my oil changed here every time. They get .e in and out quick, about 30 minutes. They look over my truck and inform me of issues I may be having or issues that may come up in the near future. The staff is attentive and friendly, this is why I always go here for my truck issues.

Had a couple bolts break at a joint in my exhaust, most of it was hanging and almost scraping on the ground. The tech took 10mins and replaced the bolts, FREE OF CHARGE! Great service!

I needed some exhaust repairs done on a Saturday morning walked in and was greeted quickly and helped right away, the problem was found and fixed immediately and James and his staff were very kind and helpful, I couldn't have hoped for a better experience. Thank you! I will be back and I do recommend them!!! Great job

Don t go here. They will just get any dollar they can. Warranty s on tires don t cover everything unlike Belle Tire!

Horrible experience. Definitely do not recommend going here. Quality brake and muffler on collingwood is cheaper, cleaner and more professional. The shop told us the car would be ready same day, called 1 hour before we were told it would be ready for pick up to tell us the part that they ordered was wrong and they had to get a new one, so it wouldn t be ready till the next day. Had to rent a car and they didn t offer any discounts or any kind of anything for the complete inconvenience of the company ordering the wrong part because they didn t check the part number on it before ordering. When we picked up the car the following day the steering wheel, center console, gear shift, and door panels was covered in oil and dirt.

I had a brake issue while in town visiting my kid. They got it right in, called promptly with a diagnosis and repair options. The vehicle was fixed and I was driving it within two hours later. Thank you!!

Unfortunately there was a mix-up with the location of the shop I'd scheduled an oil change with and I didn't have enough time that day to drive elsewhere for the service. I was a regular at your Brooklyn, Ohio shop and I always experienced top notch service. Just from my treatment at the service desk I can tell that your store is in line of what I expect when I pull my car into a Monro.

I scheduled an oil change and air filter check. It only took about 30 minutes to complete the changes. They showed me what the filters looked like before they told me the total price, which I appreciated.Very nice interactions and reasonable pricing.

The most professional and courteous service I've ever received at a service shop. Jim the GM, Nate the assistant, and Jim the technician were fantastic to work with and got me in right away, took care of my needs and got me back on the road with ample time to enjoy the rest of my day off. Will be returning for all my future service needs. They earned a lifetime customer with me!

I can't say how appreciative I am of this business. Nate and Jim are very patient, and take the time to explain what you don't know. After getting prices on brakes, and checking around, these guys were less expensive than all the other quotes. I was able to come in same day, and they even checked around DURING the repair and found parts cheaper, and lowered the cost for me. They actually seem to care about their profession, and I'd say that's pretty rare in any job.Thank you guys. I will definitely be coming back for any work I need done!

I don t even know where to start with my experience with Monro Service Center because I m just floored by my experience. These guys went over and beyond for me today, and I m forever grateful for them. I have been in town working all week, and literally as I was getting ready to make my eight and a half hour drive home I noticed that my vehicle was overheating. Just so happened I saw Monro Service Center from a short distance. I talked with Jim about everything, and he said that he will get someone to look at my vehicle immediately. Within, a few minutes Jim came to me and told me it was my radiator. I was in relief that they took me right in, but then I started to panic again by asking him if they could fix it today. Literally, not thinking that they would be able to with my luck. However, Jim was very quick to say yes sir we will get right to work so you can get on the road home. Within, a couple of hours I was on my way home and again I m just so grateful and thankful for the team at Monro Service. I know without a doubt if I lived in the Toledo area I would solely use this location for all my vehicle needs. I will always remember what these guys did for me, and I will give them the highest recommendation!! Thanks for everything Jim and team!!

My car was overheating and luckily I happened to pull in. Nate, a technician, raced out to help me. He immediately got me in. I had a coolant leak and he helped more than I could have ever expected someone to! He was empathetic, kind, and has done an incredible job. I very much felt respected, appreciated and cared for here. I will now be choosing Monro Muffler on Monroe for all of my cars needs!! 10/10 service, will be recommending!!!!

I'm from out of town visiting on a scouting trip. On the way up apparently my axle broke. I called Saturday morning they were able to get me in replace the axle and the other damage all on Saturday. Anthony and team were extremely helpful and kind. Very glad as that type of service is hard to find today.

I couldn't tell if they were annoyed that I was there or if the guy just had a terribly dry sense of humor, but either way I felt like I was an inconvenience despite the lack of customers that day. I came in for a relatively simple job: to have tires put on some wheels. The wheels weren't even on a vehicle because they were a spare set. I was asked if I'd be staying or leaving and coming back and I decided to leave and run errands. I came back a few hours later and was told that they "got frustrated and had to take a break" from my wheels.. (I wonder if that would have happened had I chose to stay). I said that was fine because I could still get around and they told me that they would finish the job on their next business day. 3 business days pass and I finally get a call saying the wheels are done, including a reminder of how frustrating the job had been for the tire shop to put tires on the wheels. Still not a huge problem because I couldn't make it to the shop until the next day anyways, but not what they told me earlier in the week. When I finally went back to pick the wheels up I was greeted with the same "charm" from my first visit. After I got the wheels home I realized that one of my center caps was missing and every wheel had new scratches around the center. After re-installation I also became aware that something must have happened to the tire pressure sensors because there's a fault code (stock wheels, definitely worked before). The total cost was more than I had expected but I'm just glad to have my wheels back and to never have to go back there again.

Terrible customer Service. Had my Sons car for over 2 weeks. For a tuneup and oil leak. They did not know what they were doing. Spent almost $1100 for absolutely nothing. They are unqualified. Can t reach corporate to complain. They do not call back. We took it to a reputable mechanic that had it completely repaired in about 3 hours. They said the tuneup was never done. The spark plugs were years old. Just trying to get his money back. Impossible. Please go somewhere else.

I got my oil changed at this shop on August 2nd to prepare for a road trip. On the invoice they said they did a brake inspection as part of the oil change. Two weeks later, I took it in for a shaky steering wheel due to alignment. They tried to sell me $1,000 ticket overall giving me a laundry list of other items I needed done INCLUDING needing new front brakes without first addressing the initial problem why I took it in. I also asked them why did they not detect a brake problem two weeks prior when I had it in for an oil change and they were supposedly fine when they did their inspection . The guy just stared at me. Today I brought it in another shop and the mechanic showed me that they left my oil cap OFF leaving it lay on top of it. I have been driving with my car like this for over 2 weeks with having done a couple of longer commutes. I m very upset and have lost all confidence in this shop. *after I posted this review, the district manager called apologizing for the experience I had and offered to take care of my brakes for me. Nick at their Alexis location took tremendous care of me and explained things thoroughly and took his time. I appreciated them making good on a bad situation. More often than not, most places treat the customers like they don t need us nor care about our concerns. Thanks Monro for listening to this customer!

Took my car in to them only because they were the shop that the company handling my cars warranty deals with. The beginning of my experience with them started out fine the manager seemed up front and friendly when I called to get updates on what was needing done to my car. Find out the car needed the motor replaced, after getting told it would take about 2 weeks give or take a few days to get the job finished I said that was fine and waited 3 weeks then called back asking for an updated on my car thinking I would hear that they were done and maybe didn't realize I was never contacted about it. They guy said they had my motor and he was starting to work on it which I took as they had just that day stated to work on my car after i was told it would have been done at that point. Waited another week and called back asking again for an update and a general time frame of when it would be done. Still wasn't done and all the guy on the phone wanted to tell me was it was getting a motor put in it not when it would be expected to be done or anything. It has been 7 weeks now since I've dropped my car off with this shop and it is still not finished. I am beyond dissatisfied with this shop and will never take another one of my vehicles to them nor recommend them to anyone.

Best auto shop in northwest Ohio. Every time I have an issue or need regular routine maintenance, these guys (and gals) always do a great job and I never have the same issues again. Today in particular I was helped by Shawn and he was awesome. I ll never stop coming here as long as I live in the area. Such great people.

I highly recommend this place. I was a very difficult customer. Hats off to the manager Shawn. He knows how to take care of his customers. He had been dealing with me from the past 2 weeks on almost every day. His whole staff is very friendly. Today I left as a happy customer thank you Shawn and his team.

Brad and Shawn. If I could give these two more stars I would. Like seriously they deserve a raise or something. These guys (along with great prices, reliable fixes, and amazing service) made my wife and I s experience with Monro outstanding. They were very knowledgeable and extremely (I can t emphasize this enough) EXTREMELY helpful and kind. While on our way back from our honeymoon, my wife and I had to stop to get our AC fixed. We were in there for an hour due to difficulties with my car, but the entire time they kept us updated and explained everything that they were doing and what they thought might be wrong. Brad even came in on his day off when he heard about our call. If you ever need any work done to your vehicle, take it to this location. You won t be sorry.

Pretty quick! The fact that the manager went to PICK UP MY TIRE for me was pretty cool! Usually men tell me they ll order it and wait for it so I just leave and go buy them myself! But he went and got it for me and brought it back to his shop to put it on! That was really nice!!! Both of them were such gentlemen! Great place!

My first visit here for my oil change, Was excellent the gentleman really went above and beyond.. He was very friendly and made my first visit nice. He looked over my car explained what was needed and gave me a rough estimate on cost. I went back thinking id get the same service.. Smh.. Sadly mistaken while no one was rude.. The service was very laxed and no one went over the inspection of my car.. Just gave me the keys and said pay me..basically. The man that worked on my car never even came back out to talk to me.. He was MIA. Not only that they charged me $5 more than i paid the last time for the exact same package. ... A company is only as good as its employees..

I would definitely recommend. I was in a bit of a bind on a Friday afternoon. My brakes were completely shot, I had to make it to an interview, and I was getting ready to head out of town. I didn't have an appointment but stopped by anyway. Jack asked what time my interview was over and he said he would have it done before I got back to ensure that my trip out of town would not be delayed. I couldn't have been more satisfied.

Went there yesterday on a Saturday 2 hours before closing at 6 pm. I knew this was my last opportunity to get my car fixed before work on Monday.My car went into limp mode with check engine light after an oil change at the dealer a few days ago.They quickly diagnosed the issue. It was the MAF sensor and they fixed it.I m very grateful they got me in and fixed my car otherwise would have been out of a car and I had work Monday!
