Great service and courteous team! I was visiting the town but got flat tire. They are the only shop in the area who can get my special tire two days later. Calvin escorted me driving less than 5 mph with flat tire to drop my car in a safe place in the shop after hour, and he offered me ride to hotel. The next day Julius arranged me to the Enterprise across the street with a rental for one day. Went back home and came to pick up my car the next day with new tire on. Seamless service! Appreciate their work.

Had a great experience! The staff was great to work with. We had an issue with the car, they were able to quickly get the car taken care of and running at a great price. I haven t been anywhere else since discovering this place a few months ago.

Calvin and his team are wonderful! I took my car in for what I thought would be a simple alignment, they found I needed new tires and had bent rods that needed replaced. They completed the repair within 24hrs of having my vehicle. I'm so grateful for their expertise, as the tire shop I went to a month before gave no warning about the bent rods & misalignment. My car is good as new now, I'll be a returning customer for as long as I live here!

Excellent service. I was a little skeptical with a Carvana warranty claim but Julius and the guys went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care off. Quick and easy all the way around.

I got a flat tire while in town last week, and I called around to 5 different shops, but monro was the only one willing to squeeze me in. They saved my butt! And everyone was incredibly kind.Plus, the shop is next to a record store, so I was able to score some awesome vinyl while I waited!Would recommend!

I have been doing business with Monro Tire for a few years. My first visit to this location was due to a flat tire. Julius took great care of me explaining why the patch might not last. Brandon did an awesome job getting my new tires on the car. Mike took care of getting checked out & explained my warranty. They made a bad day better with the fast & friendly service

Good People, Good ServiceMy car needed brakes and my preferred body shop (Warren Street Garage) was booked so I went on Google and found Monro Auto Service. My car was towed in and like a lot of females I was worried about being overcharged or told that I need a million and one other things repaired. Thankfully, I had a great experience! Mr. Julius (Manager) was great. He was very professional, patient, and explained to me what I needed, why, and how much. He also told me about different payment options that were available since my repair was a little costly. There is another repair I want before the snow comes and because of the customer service I received I'm going to come back here and get it done.***Gave Mr. Julius a little shock when he seen my rotor ***

Wow where can I begin my experience with this company was awful I took my car in for a coolant flush they called me 3 days later and told me I owed them $499 then I asked them why was it 499 and all I wanted was a cooling Plus the manager explained to me that he didn't know what the mechanic done but the mechanic was in the background screaming I have 2 hours labor in that car then I explained to the manager that they were supposed to do a free inspection and then call me with my car was done I never received a phone call about my service then when I asked the manager why was it 499 he said he didn't know so I told him that I will wait till Monday and talk to the head manager the head manager came in Monday and said oh no that wasn't supposed to charge you for this and that so now my price went from 499 to 237 and I feel that's still too much for a coolant flush then when I went to go pick my vehicle up I asked him was my reservoir full of antifreeze and I asked him this twice they said yes you just asked us this question twice I'm making sure everything is done on my car they said yes it is I drove your car there's nothing wrong with it it's not running hot and then the manager said I'll tell you what you got great heat I always had heat in my vehicle he was not the problem but then I proceeded to drive my vehicle home got my car home and it's running hot antifreeze bubbling out of my radiator and everything so I called the Shop-Vac this was on a Monday I called the shop back they told me to bring it back I dropped it off to them Tuesday they called me Thursday and told me that my head gasket is bad so now I have to replace my motor then they investigated looked into it and the shop changed their paperwork now they're telling me it's my fault that my car is messed up the procedure say that my car ran hot because my radiator hoses are hard but if you have brand new radiator hoses on your car top and bottom will it be hard because it never been used before and never ran hot so therefore they're lying I'll continue this until Justice is doneu.

Went in cause my car was misfiring so I wanted them to switch out my spark plugs for me. They informed me that I had a bad gasket cover so it was actually causing my plugs to get worse then they should've been, They did great work but it was 302$ for just 4 spark plugs and labor. When the spark plugs themselves only cost roughly 9$. Probably won't be back unless I hit the lottery but thank you all.

Not Good...9 days and $800 later I still have same problem. CAR idle high and no heat but blower working should not cost $800 anyway..got heat but CAR still idles to high..

The new manager Julius sucks. Unprofessional, rude and tried to bait and switch me conveniently forgetting agreed upon services and then acting shocked when you don t want to pay extra for something you explicitly said you were paying for.

Long story short my experience was fantastic. I've never been treated so well at a mechanic shop before. As a female I worry about surprise billing or undermining my concern for my car due to my age/ gender. That was not the case here!�I was treated with kindness, respect and overall great service.They drove me back to my place of work and contacted me very quickly when it was done! A speedy workday turnaround!Mr. Julius Turner, the General Manager explained everything that happened to my car, the why's and how's and all the billing very clearly. A+ service!One unfortunate opportunity with my car turned into a great experience!I will be taking all my car needs from now on here when in Toledo!

Best mechanic I ve been to in a LONG time! Service is excellent and the work is done in a reasonable amount of time. Also, the quality of work is top-notch! Julius and his crew are who I ll be taking my car to when it needs anything!!

Julius the manager was incredible! I took my car here to get work done like brakes, wheel alignment, etc. It s hard finding an honest mechanic especially being young and a female, but this manager is very honest. Julius explained everything in detail along with the price and offered me alternatives of paying as well. This is a great shop I would recommend to any and everyone

I was on the freeway on my way to work when the light came on in my car reporting a problem. I called the shop and they told me to bring it in to have it checked. I drove my car straight to the shop. Not only did they look at my car, the shop kept me informed, gave friendly and professional service, and informed me of future work which needed to be done. Due to their thoughtfulness, I looked into new tires for winter. I not only made it to work that day but was able to confidently drive home that evening.

Unfortunately I had my car done there for 2 weeks and three days , great service and all but I learn that my rim or hub cap was missing Easter weekend I return to seek up from the owner and guess what I got excuse on top of excuse " oh we didn't do it " black folks now I just kick over $2000.00 for my car to be fix , but now I got to ride around Ohio with a brake dust rim or a truck tire with out a hub cap or the original rim , you would think I get a oh our fault we sorry .. so I'll do one better take down my great review and let it be known I'm riding around in my 300 Chrysler hemi wth one truck tire and no hub cap or just no hub cap at all on my car ... I left Friday didn't see it till Monday so there's nothing ya'll can do for me ok. Thanks again .

I would not recommend taking your vehicle to this repair shop they try to get out of warranty work that was done a month prior, management tried making up all kinds of excuses, management would not communicate with us what was going on with the vehicle, after it sat all day, they were very rude and opinionated and was trying desperately to get out of doing the work that was under warranty for a window regulator replacement. In my opinion, they had already made their money off me for the repair in July and did not want to commit or honor the warranty that I clearly had in my possession you should not have to dispute it with management when they're trying to get out of it, not very professional. After 2 days of them having the car I went to go pick it up, the manager commented to me, "I still think the door was tampered with", I looked at him and said, "seriously", then I felt like they did me a courtesy of a free repair, okay when you poke the bear you're not going to get a good result!! Then when I spoke back trying to defend myself, Wade, a manager said to me "get out of here" and threatened to call the police, I never made a threat or attempted to cause harm, I was just trying to defend my honor, well let's see what the judge has to say because I am filing a lawsuit claim against the business . After careful review of the warranty/invoice there was a signature required by management verifying work completed, it was left blank there ignorance

Had the first experience with them last week. Went there for tire installation and put new set of brake-pads and rotors later. Customer service was top -notch, so does the actual service. Gave good discounts too. They know what they are doing. This has become the auto-shop for me from now on.

I would recommend this place to anyone!! They are very professional,honest, and manages time very well!! I called many times to change my appointment time or even day but they still got the job done and correctly!! Thank you so much!!
