My husband scheduled an appointment and was told to drop his car between 9 and 11AM. Upon arrival, no one was there and the open sign was off despite their hours being listed as 9-5. We called multiple times with no answer. Now, our key is in the drop box area with no means to retrieve it. Absolutely do not recommend.

I have a son going to UT and is also under the spectrum he called me telling me the car wouldn't start amd he didn't know what to do. I called AAA, and they said the battery or alternator was bad after calling several shops. The only one available that day Saturday was Monro on Byrnes. I called and spoke with a employee and told him the situation and how I was worried that someone would try to get over on him because of his lack of knowledge and AAA was trying to get him to buy a 300 dollar battery and I just had the alternator replaced less than a year ago. He said sure no problem, have it towed here. A few hours went by, and he called and said the car is ready? I said I didn't even get a quote or call he replied. I charged the battery up, tightened the cables, and it started right up! No cost to you!! I couldn't of been happier to know there are still honest and good people in this world!!! Thank you for taking care of my son!

Made appointment for low tire light coming on despite filling tires. Day before appointment the back of my car started to make a loud rattling sound. Noise was my heat shield that cracked and was falling off. It couldn t be repaired but they told me there was no harm in just removing it, so they did so for me. My back left tire had a screw in the wall and couldn t be repaired. I had bought the tires a year ago at a nearby location. I called the store I bought the tires at and they said I purchased the road hazard coverage and they could replace the tire. They would have transferred over my info to the location I was at but the other store was the only one who had the tires in stock so I drove out there. I did a walk in and they had my tire replaced quickly. Both locations were very friendly, helpful, timely, and did not try to upsell me on anything I didn t need. Highly pleased with service.

I went for lunch at the taco truck in front of Monroe Auto service and it was delish! Open every day except Sunday, highly recommended!!Come to Monro to get your oil changed and have a great lunch while you wait!

The work was good but the guy at the front desk charge me $10 for food drive that he never asked me about or even told me that they were holding a food drive so therefore he stole $10 from me and I was gonna go back up there with my husband, but decided to just let God handle the thief. Spending 215 for a tire is beyond me but I really needed it done and couldn't make it to my regular tire shop. Never going back again!!

I called this location this morning (on a Sunday) and they stated they could fit me that day for new tires. I asked if I needed to call back to confirm or if I can show up. They stated show up & they were open until 5pm. Upon arrival, nobody was there & doors were locked. Open sign was off despite the hours listed from 9-5 pm. This was less than 40 minutes after I had called and just spoken to them on the phone.DO NOT RECOMMEND. I drove 20+ miles on a spare tire in the hopes of getting new tires and NOBODY WAS THERE. I waited around for about 40 minutes too and called them 4 times.Would give 0 stars if possible.

Poor customer service. Refused to work on my car claiming it s too low despite working on the same vehicle for 3 years straight. Monro has lost two customers. (my wife and I) I won t be back.

He's an opportunist, tried to charge me over $850 to replace a starter and battery post. If you're a single woman, do not take your car here!

Jim was great. He checked brakes and said they are fine for now. Recommend two new front tires(which I knew needed replacing soon) and priced and ordered them for the next day. He was the only one working but did an oil change for me anyway...great job!

A little pricey. The manager was less cranky than my first experience at this location. Didn't feel like he was trying to sell me things I didn't need, like the downtown location.

Sent my 66 year old mother there to get her tires filled and it was 9* outside and she offered to pay for it and the guy stated to her theres a air hose outside you can do it yourself I hope when you get that age and have pains in your hands I hope no one does that to you I will NEVER recommend this place to no one ever again very very very sad

I'm lucky enough to just live around the way from their shop I've taken my vehicles there the last 6 years we've livedIn the area and I am very grateful for their impressive service. I've dropped vehicles off on the weekend and I've even had a repair done the same day. No complaints.

So i was wondering why i kept losing oil when i had a oil change on 12-23-17 at this store. Then when i pulled up in my dads drive way my dad noticed it my oil pan plug fell out and i lost 2 1/2 qrtz of oil. Talked to the manager he said we will not fix it hung up on me twice when i tried to explain to him they were the last people who touched my car. Unprofessional and rude. Your the reason why i lost oil and you wont tighten my plug or put oil back in my car.

Sunday advertised hours show open 9:00 by 9:08 someone finally came walking up to the building with his head down as if he didn t look up nobody would notice him walking into the building late . Took a few more mins for him to gather himself together and finally turn the, open sign on.8 mins isn t a long time but, when it s a business and you advertise you ll be ready to serve customers at specific posted hours and you re not open at those posted hours 8mins then becomes an eternity .By then, I had already called Michel Tire on Alexis and got over there and they took care of me. A much better choice that I m glad I madeMaybe Monroe Tire should stick to selling food out of the Food truck shown in their profile pic!Very disappointed

Had the food yesterday and I had the worst night on the toilet the steak taco was good soo I thought lol and the taco salad tasted Weird not sure what did it? I will not return.

I've had good service at this location in the past. The website and doors say they're open today from 9-5. I got there at 10:30 and they were closed. Someone was there before me and two others came up as I was leaving.

This auto shop was very generous to me. I blew a tire out Saturday night while driving through Ohio and every tire shop was closed Sunday morning. Monro's shop was so quick and affordable, I was back on the road in no time. I would highly recommend this shop to everyone.

The front brake caliper on my 2010 Chevy Malibu lost a part while I was traveling from Deforest Wisconsin to my home in NJ .The brakes made a terrible loud grinding noise when ever I had to stop. I could still drive slow but I'm sure more damage would have occurred. This was on SUNDAY February 6, I called AAA and they said all their go to shops were closed. I found MONRO MUFFLER AND BRAKE on Google and saw they were open on SUNDAY. I called ahead while still an hour away on RT 80/90 and the manager said bring it right over. In a little over 1 hour they had it fixed and I was back on the road.The mechanic even had to leave the shop and go looking for the part. I tried to give the manager an extra $20 to buy lunch for himself and his mechanic but he said that wasn't necessary and refused to accept it. These guys are polite and professional and the fix at $72 was very reasonable. Clean and neat waiting room as well. THANX GUYS AT TOLEDO MONRO YOU GUYS SAVED THE DAY!!!!

Used to be a very good shop I could trust. However this past time I went in I definitely feel like I got ripped off. The shop advertised a Synthetic Oil Change as $50. When I go to pick it up the price was $70 for extra oil. I have a small Mazda 3 so I'm just wondering who in the heck could qualify for the $50 price. When I talked to who I think was the manager about this he argued that every shop does this. I've however never went to a shop that didn't first notify me about a cost increase before executing on it. In addition I asked for a mileage sticker which is there but barely readable. I had to get pricing on a tire and it was about $20 more expensive than just going to Discount Tire.I don't leave reviews much especially negative ones. But it is just such a shame such a good shop has gone so downhill. Old managers would have let a customer know about nearly a 50% increase in costs for an oil change.Y'all have lost a customer.

I went here to get a new muffler put on my truck and the crew was fast and thorough . The manager Tyson and tech i believe his name was Jon did a wonderful job making sure my needs and even wants were taken care of... from the sound i was looking for to the position of the tips coming out of the back of my truck! i am beyond happy with the work this shop provided me with! i highly recommend this shop for any needs you may have with your car.

I want to thank Tyson for the excellent service he gave me. I brought my car in because it was over heating and I was going out of town and wanted to make sure it was going to make the 3 hour drive I was planning to take with my children. He called me later in the day and told me he recommended that I not take it the way it is was because it wasnt safe. I really appreciate the honesty. The next day he called himself and told me my car was done and ready. This was my first time at this place and I will start coming for my future car services. Thank you again.

Wow! Amazing experience at the Byrne location! I had the opportunity to deal with the store manager Robert. I went in for an oil change and will come back again. He informed me about all the things I should do in the near future for the upkeep of my vehicle. They definitely have your safety in mind and I had a great coupon to use! #score

Absolutely excellent service - both for the vehicle and for the customer. I have been to multiple different mechanics in Toledo, and Monro's service has stopped me from looking anywhere else. Tyson and his team do an excellent job of communicating and working with their customers. I know I will receive high-quality service for a reasonable price with Monro. On top of that, they offer the use of their air pump for free and a military discount. To Tyson and the rest of the Monro team, thank you for all of your hard work!

Went in for an alignment. My truck was running straight as an arrow and the steering wheel was perfectly straight aswell it just needed the camber fixed as the wheels were cambered inwards. I got the truck back and the steering wheel was turned to the right 10-20 degrees and the camber was not fixed at all. I also was not given the alignment calibration sheet and when I asked for one hardly anything was changed on it. needless to say that was a waste of 140 dollars. Just save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

I didn't get any service done on my car but the guy was really nice and was telling me about mods I'm looking to change on my car. So he was very helpful and I appreciate that. Will come back to get work done on my car for sure and would recommend shop to anyone who needs service on their vehicles.
