I just want to say that the the service at this shop was incredible and the prices are very fair.I am not normally in Toledo and I had an emergency situation where I blew two tires near their shop, so I didn't look at reviews and choose where I went; it was just sheer good luck that I walked into this shop.It turned out that I had weird sized tires that they don't keep on hand, but we were able to track some down they took care of balancing and alignment and charged very fair prices for their work. I called around to a few other shops and these guys charged either the same as, or cheaper than other shops.Their shop and waiting room was very clean and they were very careful to not get my car dirty inside without me asking (my car has white leather seats).I had a lot of questions and they were very patient with me. Plus, they were just generally really personable guys who liked what they were doing and the boss really cared about his team.While I waited, I also saw how they interacted with other customers. They helped someone who was going through a hard time with discounts and made sure her kid had something to keep him occupied while they waited. These guys absolutely take care of their customers, way more than I would expect from a corporate chain.I wish I could find a shop like this in my town and would absolutely, 100% recommend this shop to anyone considering going to them.

Fast, efficient, cost effective and very respectful. Over past few years i have Have had oil changes, tires replaced, and vehicles inspections. I have been exceptionally pleased with quality of work every time! Highly recommend using this repair shop!

Came in on a Saturday and had an oil change, new tires put on and an alignment. The manager was kind as well as efficient. While waiting for my ride I sat in the waiting area, it was clean and had coffee. I was called when my car was ready to be picked up. Didn t take very long for a Saturday and there were other customers there as well. They were pretty efficient and price was reasonable. I will definitely continue to come here. Thanks guys!

Normally I never trust car repair people, however, that has all changed since I started working with Rich at the Midas on Holland Sylvania. He is honest and thorough and will show or talk you through any recommended repair. This thoughtfulness translates to his whole team and I would never take my vehicle to any other place. Thank you Rich and thank you Midas!

Richard and the other guys were great! Got me right in for my oil change and were super friendly. He said I had a torn boot but it was fine until spring. No pressure to get it repaired today. I love my Midas!

Went in for an oil change and left with a smile! Amazing service! The mechanics were thorough and provided exceptional service. Had a great conversation with the boss that was a highlight of my day! One of the best in Toledo! I m impressed! Highly recommended

The manager up front and the tech who worked on my Jeep renegade was great they fixed it and even told me I had a screw in it. Patched it up and got me back on the road! Thank you guys for the service. Made to where I had to go 2 1/2 hours away! You guys rock!Kim

Came in with no call and they took care of me right away. After I got the inspection done on my breaks they came to the conclusion that it needed to be put on diagnostic. Decided to take it to the dealership and they ended up not charging me for the inspection. All around great guys. Will be back, and definitely recommend.

I had a rental with a slow leak in the tire and was asked to take it to Midas. As soon as I walked in they were very polite and helpful. They were very informative and had my rental repaired in a little over an hour. I had a pleasant experience with this location and was very appreciative!!

Absolutely the rudest, most unprofessional Midas I have been to. They destroyed and busted up my rims and then said they didn t do it. I inspected my rims before hand and know there s no damage. District manager Jay took bad photos of my damage (done by Midas) and said he would show me the video footage of them changing my tires. He then ghosted me for a month before I had to call corporate (who also ducked me around for a month). Then there other district manger Jeremy steelmen contacted me and gave me the same run around until he said he would try and get me the footage so I can see it. Long story short I never heard from him either. DO NOT GO TO THIS MIDAS, THEY WILL MESS YOUR CAR UP AND NOT TAKE CARE OF IT!!! Worst tire shop in town. I paid them $750 to do $1600 worth of damage!Service: Tires

Rich the manager puts pride and effort to his work. Compared to previous management in the past, Rich will listen to my needs and make a good connection with his great personality. He s truthful with my car needs, and he made it easy and quick for my car repairs. Rich truly flipped this Midas around and I feel that he will continue to do so.

Went in for a quote. Rich and Noah were upfront and honest, not out to take advantage of me being a female or my money. They gave me recommendations on where to find tires, what to look for and other places that may be able to accomplish more of what I m looking for. They took the time to help me even though I didn t end up finalizing anything with them. I definitely recommend this Midas and will be coming back for anything I need in the future.

Their manager, Rich, and assistant manager, Tyler, were great! I needed help with my vehicle and each of them, plus the guys in the shop, took excellent care everything! They fixed what needed to be done with courtesy and professional!

These guys are the best. Had a flat and they were able to replace the tire in less than 15 minutes when 3 other shops in the area couldn't bother as it was almost closing time

Great customer service. They forgot (miscommunication) about my car being dropped of the day prior for an oil change, the manager quickly got it back and gave me the oil change free of charge for the mishaps.

Do NOT go anywhere else!!!I have never been to any Midas shop. But, boy howdy, am I glad I picked this one. I drive truck. And when the car needs attention, I don't usually have alot of time at the house to get everything done. But Rich, the owner, stepped up with a smile and genuine customer service to deal with my situation as a walk in brake system replacement. Straightforward, knowledgable and honest!Thank you Rick and your hard working crew...you have gained a new longterm customer!

Do NOT go here! Rich the owner kept our car for over a week, lied to us on multiple occasions, charged us $900 for a repair that did nothing. He then promised us a refund and followed up by not providing the refund and blaming his staff for not knowing what to do. I ve never met anyone in business as bad as Rich at the Holland Sylvania Midas.

Rich and staff did an outstanding job balancing the tires on my truck. I was in and out in a respectful time frame. "Arrived 30 mins late for my appointment and found the staff were busy! They warned about the crowd and the potential wait. Surprisingly, they fixed my issue in just 30 mins when I expected an hour+. "Transparency is key." Not exactly the words you think you'd hear from an auto shop, but this is exactly what was said to me by Rich. My car had issues on a Friday night, so that following Saturday morning, I dropped my car off to get looked at. Originally, there was no guarantee it could get looked at and finished by EoD, which was fine. Within a short while after dropping it off, I got a call from Rich stating what the issue was and the approximate cost to fix it. He called me several times after to keep me in the loop as to their progress and other price estimates for some requested routine maintenance. The great news was that they did manage to get the car fixed, and serviced, before they closed that day. I couldn't be happier with the consistent, clear, and honest communication from Rich. I would highly recommend this Midas to anyone, and props to Rich for being fantastic to deal with, along with the praise that he gives him team.
