Best place to get your car serviced. Friendly and efficient. They make sure that you are well taken care off and they guarantee you to be back out in the road safely. Amazing engineers and very knowledge. They go the extra mile and make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Highly recommend

Scott did a great job getting me in and diagnosing the issue with my car. The technician, Stiffler, performed a quick weld on my muffler and I was on my way. Great way to start a Saturday. Thanks for the quick service!

I went there to have my belt tensioner and serpentine belt replaced. The guy at the desk was hilarious and answered all of my questions without hesitation.They also took care of me very fast. The whole deal took two hours which for car repair is super speedy.I always enjoy Midas but this time it really stood out. Will definitely be returning to this one specifically.

Poor customer service. Refused to touch my mother's car when her ABS light came on. Said she had to take it to the dealership without looking at it because it was almost closing time, which they could have looked at it the next day. She had it towed to Tuffy on Laskey Rd. They fixed it. Turned out to be Front Wheel ABS sensor and R&R traction control switch. I would avoid this Midas as I use the Midas in Perrysburg, better customer service there. Photo to show what the issue was. A pretty easy fix.

Very good and beyond good service and customer service . The front desk ppl very friendly. I drive from Chicago to Ohio as I work for pharmacy company to pick up medicine. I only do my service at this location as they treat me and other customers as I witnessed very nice . Oh, they have good coffee too.

I went in for them to check my vehicle I told them my vehicle wasn't taking gas that it kept stopping why I was trying to pump gas they told me to do a diagnostics check and I did then they said it was a EVAP sensor so I had them change it that was around 250 then I leave and it's doing the same thing so I come back and they say let's change the other EVAP part that should fix it they I pay out of pocket again and they discounted a little and I pick up my vehicle again and I went across the street to the gas station again and it's still doing it so I go back in and tell them now they saying that I will have to go buy another expensive part and bring it to them and they will put it on for free I bought another part and took it back even though I shouldn't have to come out of pocket again when I took it to a shop professional shop for them to figure it out and fix it and still not fix it so they put the part on and I want to go pick it up and it's doing the same thing now he's telling me that they can't do nothing about it I'm not getting none of my money back and if I don't leave the store they're calling the cops on me and hey give me his big boss number HR and I've been calling them everyday for the past 2 weeks and never gets a hold of me keeps on giving me the run m to run around his name is Scott bad for business all I wanted was my truck fixed over 500

Once again I am very pleased with my experience! Something else went wrong with my car and I brought it up yesterday. Someone from this location had checked it yesterday before closing and said that there was nothing wrong with it and I can pick it up in the morning but when I came in this morning to pick up my car Scott told me that he wanted to check himself just to make sure! And I am beyond grateful that he did!! He found a few things wrong with it and if it wasn t for him double checking something could ve happened when driving it with my kids!Scott s customer service is beyond amazing!! Always double checking his teams work to ensure the safety of his customers! Only reason why I keep coming back is because of his customer service! And we can t forget my tech!!! He caught something and brought it to Scott! I appreciate y all!

This review should actually be a 10 Star! Scott is absolutely wonderful! I ve had the worst experience with Tireman and I was terrified to try a different place to get work done on my car but when I walked in Scott s energy was wonderful! He was very helpful and explained everything to me! He was very patient and understanding and heard me and checked everything out! And techs that are here are very helpful and kind as well! I m beyond pleased to have walked in to Midas on Reynolds! Also shout out to my mechanic Stiffler I had so much work that needed to be done and he made sure that it was fixed and fixed correctly not only did they fix it but they explained what it was for and explained it me to where i understood it!!! I m so happy I stopped in! They made my experience so peaceful! I will be returning if needed as long as they are here!

The Midas on South Reynolds in Toledo ohio, will try to take advantage of you if you don't know about cars, long story short, instead of paying $600 and Midas,I end up paying a little over $100 at another car shop.

The crew were absolutely amazing! They handled my audi a4 with care and even shared some insight on an issue with my new tires purchased from a different shop that probably helped prevent a major issue/issues. Definitely recommend them to anyone on a low budget but requires great service.

I honestly love this location. Everyone is so friendly, the manager will joke around and just be really down to earth with everyone. Most places that service cars can honestly be intimidating, especially for women, but I don t have that worry here. I know everything will be done and handled to perfection and I know I will be assured about anything that is done to my vehicle. I always come here for my oil changes.

Scott Shepard (Manager) and Topper (Mechanic) were amazing! I was treated like family from the moment I walked into the shop. With this level of customer service and professionalism, I am never taking my vehicles to the dealership again! Why deal with long waits and high prices at a dealership when you can have all of your automotive needs meet quickly, efficiently, and for a great price at Midas!

Had to take my car back to Midas again. Scott was very knowledgeable as to what was going on with my car like always. Scott always has a smile for you when you walk theu the door.
