No. Just no. My gf has been here a few times. The first issue was they didn't tighten up one the of her rear tires so the car would knock when driving. Recently, my gf took her car there for one of the oil change deals. A few weeks later she asked if I could fill up her wiper fluid... which was supposed to be filled by Midas. I popped the hood to find that thermal sheet on the inside of the hood was bunched up and not properly placed. I then noticed the wiper hose was broken at the plastic nozzle that protrudes through the hood. My gf called and asked if they'd fix it because they obviously broke it. Midas vehemently denied our claim. She told me that the guy got an attitude with her and bullied her off the phone by speaking over her. They even charged up for wiper fluid. The two people on my receipt are Clayton Nofzinger and Tim Hughes. Now, this repair is going to cost more than that oil change.

Clayton and the other Techs completed my new/used car inspection. They showed me everything I needed to know. Tim has a great crew there. I always go there. Professional, timely and informative. Brought my vehicle at 8 am for a break inspection and oil change. When they were done I noticed there was damage to two rims that wasn t there when I dropped the car. Clayton and the tech seemed pretty good about it. He took pictures and took down my information. Clayton passed the information to his boss and notified him that I was expecting a follow up call by close of business. I haven t received any follow up from the manager. Not impressed with the customer service above Clayton( store manager)

They did a good job letting me know what's wrong with my car. But because I can't get financing my poor baby is gonna have to wait to get fixed. Praying is last until

Be very careful. This place will try to scam you. They tried to charge me $140.00 for an O2 sensor plus $235 for labor. An O2 senor costs $30.00 and labor at the shop I ended up going to was around $100. They also told me that my brand new wiper blades were streaking and needed to be replaced. They also told another customer that was waiting it cost nearly $90 just to check her transmission fluids. A lot of oil change places will check that for free if you ask.

Initially came for an oil change, guy quickly proceeds to tell me it's free added services with what I'm paying for and that it'll take no more than 30 minutes to an hour overall, I found myself in the waiting lobby 40 minutes past an hour . My tires weren't even on my car, and the hood was still open . I'm entirely dissatisfied with the estimated and "promised" time window I was given, also with how other customers received undivided attention & help toward their issues quickly before mine.Service: Oil change

Brought my acura in for just a front wheel alignment and two front abs sensors. They told me parts were good and they could do the alignment. Waited in the building for over an hour for them to call me to the back and say my tie rod just fell out of place and that its not broken but they re gonna charge me an hour for labor to put it back in before they can do the alignment. Upset but i tell them do it as i cant drive it out of there with the tie rod like that. After sitting there all day they bring me back and show me the computer says the alignment is at zero but the steering wheel is not center and they dont know why. So after a day of waiting in the building and $1000 dollars my car left pulling and driving worse than when i brought it in.

Excellent. This Saturday morning, I was driving down Monroe street and hit something. I heard a loud pop. Within one minute my *tire pressure* light came on. So, I turned into Midas because I thought to use their trusty free air pump on the side of the building. (That air pump has saved my life many times over the years). I hopped out the car and notice my tire is shredded. The manager, Tim Hughes, noticed and came out to let me know he can t repair it because of where I injured my tire. He offers to look up the tire to replace it. I accept the offer. I have him my car key. He pulled my car into the bay and looked up the tire and printed off the cost of replacement and warranty. He asked me if it s something I want to do today. I say yes. My tire was replaced in less than 2.5 hours WITHOUT an appointment. I m very grateful. Service: Tires

Stopped at the Midas Toledo location mid May due to my engine information system telling me to turn off my vehicle "now" due to overheating. Tim took that time to help me find out the issue caused by another company. The entire staff was very kind and accommodating. Tim explained my potential car issue and returned my call promptly then fixed the problem. This location has gained a new customer due to their customer service.Service: General repairs & maintenance

absolutely TERRIBLE! If I could post this with ZERO stars I would !! Sat for 2 hrs while they were working on my car for them to tell me that he can t fully do my alignment on my Jeep Liberty?? Absolutely RIDICULOUS! I will never come here again and i suggest you don t waste your time or money on these incompetent people!!

I am very pleased with the honest, friendly service I received today. Long story short another shop had done an alignment for me because I had a family member replace my struts and sway bar links. Since the alignment I had a knocking in my front end. I took it back to that shop and they said my sway bar links needed replace. Quoted me $150 for just parts. Knowing I had just replaced them 2 weeks prior I wanted a 2nd opinion. I brought it into Midas today and was on my way within 20 minutes. The links didn't need replaced, just tightened.Thank you again Midas for taking care of me today, that small fix has gained you a customer for any future needs. Highly recommend.

I always go to Midas. Very friendly and I have never been dissatisfied with the work done. But when I got ready to pay this time I had won a $100.00 visa gift card. But they wouldn't take it because it was not In my name or registered to my address.
