My Dad always said finding a good mechanic was as important as finding a good doctor. Lucky to have been referred to Par and the Majestic crew a few years ago. They have kept our four cars (three with over 150, 000 miles) on the road and humming. Straight forward, fair estimates with a "this is what I would do if it was my car approach." In three years, when they say the car will be ready, it has always been ready. If you are looking for a new shop, give Majestic a spin.

It's never easy to find a good honest auto mechanic. I've been taking my car to the guys at Majestic Automotive for several years. Never had a bad experience. I know the car will be right and I know the cost will be fair. You're not likely to find a more honest place. Lifetime customer.

Amazing and efficient car shop! I was a walk-in, and needed to fix something underneath the car, needed a few things for the piece to hold in place and stop flapping when I drive, and they fixed it right away. Very friendly staff and what I assume was the owner at the front desk made sure I got done what I needed :). Would recommend this auto shop to anyone in the surrounding area and to not to go to the commercial auto/car shops near by. Majestic is the place to go!

Horrible horrible customer service here. The main guy that operates this place has a terrible attitude. I brought my car in on a monday to have spacers on and I asked the worker when can I pick the car back up he said if he can t get to it by today we ll have it done by tomorrow. So I asked him if he can t get to my car on Monday to call me and I ll pick it up and bring it back first thing in the morning because I didn t want to leave my car there overnight. I had to ask the guy 3 different times how much was it going to cost for the spacers and labor. After the third time I asked he said it ll be around 420$. They didn t get to it that Monday and I never got a call. So the following day I call them at 11am to ask how my car is doing and the guy rudely tells me there s nothing they can do with my car and to come pick it up. Never even called to tell me. That place is just horrible. Will never ever go back there. If I can give this place less than a 1 star I would.

As someone who s driven mostly used cars for the last 30 years, the monthly car payment savings don t matter if you can t also keep it running. Along with those 30 years of used cars, I ve also been to a LOT of mechanics. But I don t think I ll be searching for a new one in Toledo anymore.Par and the crew at Majestic Auto have made the roller coasters of owning used cars pretty painless for me for 2 years now and for that I am truly grateful. Easy drop off, fast turnaround, and fair prices. I need my car every single day for myriad reasons and I don t see that changing anytime soon. So the peace of mind I ve gotten knowing that Majestic has it quickly covered is invaluable and that s why they ve earned my highest recommendation.

These guys are awesome. Great crew. Honest and straightforward. Walking out each and every time knowing I didn t spend 1 dollar more than I had to means a ton. Do yourself a favor and don t take your car anywhere else.

they are honest and fair they diagnose your cars problem tell you what needs to be done always looking at the big picture, and most of all their work is spot on, they do it RIGHT, i had new tires put on once and didnt care for the ride they changed them to a diferent kind no questions asked, go once you will go forever

Majestic Auto has serviced my vehicle over several years I support small businesses this guy has always been straight up with me when he give me a price on my repair I trust him he always say if you have any problems bring it right back to me which I have not if you look into cut corners go elsewhere but if you looking to get your car fixed right at a good price check him out

I live close to this place, so whenever I have car issues I bring my car here so that I can walk back to my apartment. So far, I've had zero issues with them! I don't know much about cars, so whenever I get a diagnostic, I still call a few other places with the diagnostic Majestic has given me and ask them the general cost. It is always within the appropriate range. Cars are pricey to begin with, so I always assume it's going to be a pretty penny when I have to fix it. I've asked before which fixes are vital (and dangerous if I don't get them fixed) and which ones can be bypassed for now (so that I can actually budget in fixes) and they have always let me know that, too, so that I can actually manage my finances with big car issues.I will say that in an emergency, you may need to be aware of the timing constraints. Depending on how busy they are, it may take you a few days to get your car back. They're a popular place, so the last time I took my car in, it took me two days to get it back. This isn't an issue for me because I'm within walking distance of my work, but just keep in mind that if you bring your car here and need to commute to work, you may want to ask them what the time range for getting your car back is before you drop it off - that way you can make accommodations as needed.Service: Brakes

My band, "Venus de Mars & All The Pretty Horses" overnighted in Toledo OH while on tour... as we were heading back onto the turnpike, one of our rear breaks basically exploded. We got a tow from AAA (which is always a good thing to have while working in Rock and Roll,) which eventually landed us at Majestic, the only place after calling about every repair shop in town, who would take a look that same day... which they did, just hours before they closed for the weekend, diagnosed the issue, and totally got everything fixed, with just enough time for us to get back on the road. Which saved us from having to cancel 3 of our gigs in Pittsburg, (Which is where I am writing this today, the morning after our touring adventure) I cannot thank them enough! Professional, Honest, and even with the time-crunch, and no promises, because, you know, who knows what they were going to find LOL, they kept on track and got us back up and on our way. I had several services performed here as a first time customer over a period of a few days. I have always worked on my own vehicles in the past, so it's hard to trust someone to perform the same work with the same attention to detail - as if it was their own vehicle. Words are just words, but I want to say that I was very pleased with the work and the cost. This shop will not give you fluff. They are straightforward and to the point. If you want someone to hug you and wipe tears, go to a con-man shop. If you want a straight forward summary with a no-bull atmosphere, come here.It is rare for me to recommend a shop that would perform to the same or higher standards I would do myself. This was my second visit here over the last several years. The first time I came to Majestic they treated me like a million bucks. The second time was no different. They took great care of me. I got my vehicle in when it was convenient for me. I drove over 30 miles to get here and I will not go anywhere else. Majestic Automotive is awesome. We ve went to them for repairs and maintenance for years. Recently had my son s Dodge Avenger repaired. The alternator was shot and the front right bumper was damaged. They did an amazing job, as usual. I highly recommend them for all you vehicle repair and maintenance needs!

They did a great job rebalancing my 22s. Quick !at are honest work. Best part is that Jason runs the facebook messanger. They do all kinds of automotive work dont be afraid to ask.

My experience with Majestic was wonderful! They are very professional and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. Their work is quality and their prices affordable. I wanted to get rims for my car and after consulting with the staff I got the perfect rims for my vehicle. They did the work so quickly that I had my car back in no time.
